With the development and regulatory approval of immune checkpoint inhibitors and adoptive cell therapies,cancer immunotherapy has undergone a profound transformation over the past ***,therapeutic cancer vaccines have shown promise by eliciting de novo T cell responses targeting tumor antigens,including tumor-associated antigens and tumor-specific *** objective was to amplify and diversify the intrinsic repertoire of tumor-specific T ***,the complete realization of these capabilities remains an ongoing ***,we provide an overview of the current landscape of cancer vaccines in this *** range of antigen selection,antigen delivery systems development the strategic nuances underlying effective antigen presentation have pioneered cancer vaccine ***,this review addresses the current status of clinical trials and discusses their strategies,focusing on tumor-specific immunogenicity and anti-tumor efficacy ***,current clinical attempts toward developing cancer vaccines have not yielded breakthrough clinical outcomes due to significant challenges,including tumor immune microenvironment suppression,optimal candidate identification,immune response evaluation,and vaccine manufacturing ***,the field is poised to overcome hurdles and improve patient outcomes in the future by acknowledging these clinical complexities and persistently striving to surmount inherent constraints.

Objective:The efficacy of medications for Parkinson’s disease(PD)tend to decline over time,which has a serious impact on patients’health and quality of *** some extent,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can resolve the distressing problem of ineffective dopaminergic medication in PD *** purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude,acceptance,and independent predictors of TCM in PD patients admitted to the outpatient department of a tertiary ***:A cross-sectional study of PD patients was conducted in the outpatient department of a large tertiary hospital in Beijing from March 2022 to June 2023.A self-report questionnaire was developed to investigate PD patients’attitudes and acceptance of TCM based on the *** logistic regression analyses were also performed to further clarify the independent predictors influencing patients’adoption of TCM ***:A total of 397 patients completed the questionnaire,of which 78.09%were willing to be treated with TCM and 21.91%indicated that they were not willing to use *** logistic regression analysis showed that several parameters were correlated with a patient’s willingness to include TCM in their therapeutic *** included education level of a bachelor’s degree(odds ratio[OR)=8.554;95%confidence interval[CI]:4.112–17.794;Pschool education),living in an urban setting(OR=8.022;95%CI:4.577–14.060;P<0.001,vs rural),having other underlying diseases(OR=5.126;95%CI:3.078–8.537;P<0.001,vs none),having previously used TCM(OR=3.083;95%CI:1.852–5.134;P<0.001,vs not used),believing that TCM therapy is safe(OR=3.530;95%CI:1.446–8.616;P=0.006,vs not thought),believing that TCM therapy is effective(OR=3.859;95%CI:1.482–10.047;P=0.006,vs not understood),and being willing to discuss ongoing TCM therapy with an attending physician(OR=62.468;95%CI:30.350–128.574;P<0.001,vs not informed).Conclusion:This study initially investigated the acceptance

Traditional Chinese medicine,such as Tripterygium wilfordii and Paeonia lactiflora,has potential values in treating systemic sclerosis(SSc)and other autoimmune diseases,while their toxic side effect elimination and precise tropical drug delivery are still ***,we present multiple traditional Chinese medicine integrated photoresponsive black phosphorus(BP)microneedles(MNs)with the desired features for the SSc *** employing a template-assisted layer-by-layer curing method,such MNs with triptolide(TP)/paeoniflorin(Pae)needle tips and BP-hydrogel needle bottoms could be well *** combined administration of TP and Pae can not only provide anti-inflammatory,detoxification,and immunomodulatory effects to treat skin lesions in the early stage of SSc but also remarkably reduce the toxicity of single drug ***,the additive BPs possess good biocompatibility and near-infrared(NIR)responsiveness,imparting the MN photothermal-controlled drug release *** on these features,we have demonstrated that the traditional Chinese medicine integrated responsive MNs could effectively improve skin fibrosis and telangiectasia,reduce collagen deposition,and reduce epidermal thickness in the SSc mouse *** results indicated that the proposed Chinese medicine integrated responsive MNs had enormous potential in clinical therapy of SSc and other diseases.

Repeated blast impacts on personnel in explosive environments can exacerbate craniocerebral *** existing studies focus on the injury effects of a single blast,lacking in-depth analysis on the injury effects and cumulative effects of repeated ***,rats were used as the experimental samples to suffer from explosion blasts with different peak air overpressures(167 kPa~482 kPa)and varying number of repeated *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma was most pronounced for moderate repeated blast,showing approximately 95%increase of trauma severity with penta blast,and an approximately 85%increase of trauma severity with penta minor *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma from severe,repeated blast has a smaller rate of change compared to the other two *** severity of trauma from penta blast increased by approximately 69%compared to a single *** physiological,pathological and biochemical analysis show that the degree of neurological trauma caused by repeated blasts is higher than that of single blasts,and the pathological trauma to brain tissue is more extensive and *** trauma degree remains unchanged after double blast,increases by one grade after triple or quadruple blast,and increases by two grades after penta blast.

Emerging evidence discloses the involvement of calcium channel protein in the pathological process of liver *** receptor potential cation channel subfamily C member 3(TRPC3),a ubiquitously expressed non-selective cation channel protein,controls proliferation,inflammation,and immune response via operating calcium influx in various ***,our understanding on the biofunction of hepatic TRPC3 is still *** present study aims to clarify the role and potential mechanism(s)of TRPC3 in alcohol-associated liver disease(ALD).We recently found that TRPC3 expression plays an important role in the disease process of *** exposure led to a significant reduction of hepatic TRPC3 in patients with alcohol-related hepatitis(AH)and ALD ***(N-acetylcysteine and mitoquinone)intervention improved alcohol-induced suppression of TRPC3 via a miR-339-5p-involved ***3 loss robustly aggravated the alcohol-induced hepatic steatosis and liver injury in mouse liver;this was associated with the suppression of Ca^(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase 2(CAMKK2)/AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)and dysregulation of genes related to lipid ***3 loss also enhanced hepatic inflammation and early fibrosis-like change in *** hepatic TRPC3 effectively reversed chronic alcohol-induced detrimental alterations in ALD ***,chronic alcohol exposure-induced TRPC3 reduction contributes to the pathological development of ALD via suppression of the CAMKK2/AMPK *** stress-stimulated miR-339-5p upregulation contributes to alcohol-reduced ***3 is the requisite and a potential target to defend alcohol consumption-caused ALD.
