In this article,two cases of Standard Essential Patents,ruled by the Supreme People's Court of the People's Republic of China,are presented and *** first Chinese anti-suit injunction in SEP litigation appeared in the first case through the method of behavior preservation,and the second case illustrates a clear intent by the Chinese courts to compete for global royalty rate *** international concerns raised about these cases,it is proved that the anti-suit injunction cases in China do not show any abusive or illegal *** worldwide anti-suit injunctions in China are granted legitimately with legal jurisdiction over the cases,sufficient legal grounds for behavior preservation with the nature of anti-suit injunctions,the necessity of granting worldwide injunctions,and suitable granting *** pieces of advice are proposed for the future application of anti-suit injunctions,including improvements in the predictability of validity scope,consistency of implementation,and clarification of penalties.

Undertaking a comparative analysis of logistics talents or experts in Shanghai and Hong Kong, this paper concludes that Shanghai’ s talent supply is greater than Hong Kong’s but their quality still lags behind Hong Kong’ s. Therefore, it strongly suggests that the overall system of logistics education in Shanghai be urgently reformed and improved.

With the development of network technology and cloud computing, data sharing is becoming increasingly popular, and many scholars have conducted in-depth research to promote its flourish. As the scale of data sharing expands, its privacy protection has become a hot issue in research. Moreover, in data sharing, the data is usually maintained in multiple parties, which brings new challenges to protect the privacy of these multi-party data. In this paper, we propose a trusted data sharing scheme using blockchain. We use blockchain to prevent the shared data from being tampered, and use the Paillier cryptosystem to realize the confidentiality of the shared data. In the proposed scheme, the shared data can be traded, and the transaction information is protected by using the （p, t）-threshold Paillier cryptosystem. We conduct experiments in cloud storage scenarios and the experimental results demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Temporal variation of major nutrients and probabilistic eutrophication evaluation based on stochastic-fuzzy method in Honghu Lake, Middle China

Honghu Lake, which is listed in the Ramsar Convention, was found to be contaminated with elevated nutrients to a certain *** study investigated the seasonal variation of major nutrients and probabilistic eutrophic state in surface water from Honghu Lake. Average concentrations of total nitrogen(TN), total phosphorus(TP), chlorophyll-a(Chl-a), chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Mn)) and transparency(SD) in summer and winter generally exceeded Grade III of the Chinese environmental quality standards for surface water(GB 3838-2002), with the exception of COD_(Mn)in winter. Mean concentrations of Chl-a and COD_(Mn) in summer were higher than that in winter, while mean concentrations of TN, TP and SD were slightly higher in winter. The improved probabilistic comprehensive trophic level index(PTLI) method based on stochastic-fuzzy theory was established to evaluate the eutrophic state in Honghu Lake. Compared with the Monte-Carlo sampling method, the Latin Hypercube sampling(LH-TFN) method was selected for the evaluation simulation due to its efficiency and stability. Evaluation results indicated that mean PTLI in summer(69.70) and winter(61.96) were both subordinated to Grade IV(Medium eutrophication). The corresponding reliability of eutrophication level subordinating to Grade IV in summer was of relatively low reliability(51.27%),which might mislead decision makers to some extent and suggest recheck. The probabilistic eutrophication level in summer developed with a trend from medium to severe eutrophication. Sensitivity analysis illustrated that COD_(Mn)and Chl-a were the priority pollutants in summer, with the contributions to PTLI of 43.3% and 22.5% respectively. Chl-a was the priority pollutant in winter, with the contribution to PTLI up to 51.3%.

As a basic rule in the legal system of transfer pricing,arm’s length principle is widely accepted and universally applied by sovereign states,international organizations and *** the era when the transfer pricing behavior of transnational corporations was mainly aimed at tangible property transactions,the application of traditional arm’s length principle is clear,specific and predictable,and it is a normative rule of law that can be implemented by itself.;However,when the object of the transfer pricing behavior turns to the intangible asset transaction,the dilemma of the traditional arm’s length principle becomes more and more *** this context,in addition to the continuous updating of the applicable methods,the legal attributes of arm’s length principle have also undergone the evolution from normative legal rules to standard legal rules,which further strengthens the global core standard status of arm’s length principle in the transfer pricing system.

Pigeon-inspired optimization and extreme learning machine via wavelet packet analysis for predicting bulk commodity futures prices

In this paper, a hybrid approach consisting of pigeon-inspired optimization(PIO) and extreme learning machine(ELM) based on wavelet packet analysis(WPA) is presented for predicting bulk commodity futures prices. Firstly, WPA is applied to decompose the original futures prices into a set of lower-frequency subseries. Secondly, the PIO algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of ELM and then the optimized ELM is utilized to forecast the subseries. Finally, we adopt the hybrid method to calculate the final forecasting outcomes of futures prices. In order to further test the predictive ability of the hybrid forecasting model on bulk commodity futures prices, we use the prices of West Texas Intermediate crude oil futures and Chicago Board of Trade soybean futures to make one-step, two-step and four-step ahead predictions. In comparison with complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise, empirical mode decomposition and singular spectrum analysis, WPA is the most suitable for decomposing bulk commodity futures *** experimental outcomes show that the hybrid WPA-PIO-ELM model has better performance on horizontal precision, directional precision and robustness.

As to the social security system of reservoir land-lost emigrants,there are many problems to reflect,such as its incorrect positioning of emigrant resettlement,huge differences of social security between urban and rural emigrants,and the imperfection of basic social securities. In theory,this system is established on the citizen’s right to live and to develop as well as the social justice. And it shall be restructured on the principle of overall consideration,biased protection,gradual implementation and government obligation. In December 2020,the Draft Resolution on Reducing Space Threats through Norms,Rules and Principles of Responsible Behaviours proposed by the United Kingdom,United States,and other States was adopted at the UN General Assembly(hereafter referred to as the“New Initiative for Responsible Space Behaviours”).Nevertheless,it does not mean that the international community would achieve the expected breakthroughs and progress on the topic of preventing an arms race in outer *** methodology of“identifying threats-characterising behaviors(responsible/irresponsible)-formulating rules”proposed by the Initiative seems reasonable;however,it might bring more unexpected uncertainties than it is supposed to *** approach could also be found in the Defense Space Strategy promulgated by the United States in *** pros and cons of this Initiative should be calmly and objectively analyzed to avoid a political deadlock in formulating rules of *** should insist on identifying the threats and risks faced by the international community as a whole rather than that by individual States and interest groups,and reexamine the dichotomy of“responsible/irresponsible behaviors,”focus on the identification and interpretation of rule of international law related to space security so as to reach a consensus on the insufficiency of lex lata and subsequently lay the foundation for the formulation of effective new rules for arms control in outer space.
