Spinal muscular atrophy(SMA)is a genetic condition that results in selective lower motor neuron loss with concomitant muscle weakness and *** genetic cause of SMA was understood in 1995 when loss or impairment of the survival motor neuron 1(SMN1)gene was identified as the main contributing factor(Lefebvre et al.,1995).This,in combination with the discovery that humans have a“back-up”gene,SMN2,which can produce low levels(approximately 10%)of the full-length functional SMN protein,has led to the generation of SMA-specific gene *** was traditionally classified according to age of symptom onset and developmental milestones achieved,with life expectancy and severity varying between ***,SMN2 copy number is used as a proxy for the prediction of disease severity,with higher SMN2 copy number typically being associated with reduced severity of SMA,although this relationship is not absolute:some individuals with low SMN2 copy number have less severe SMA phenotypes and vice ***,the etiology of SMA is further complicated by other factors,such as non-typical nucleotide variants and SMN2-independent modifiers of disease severity.

Infection complicating pancreatic necrosis leads to persisting sepsis, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and accounts for about half the deaths that occur following acute pancreatitis. Severe cases due to gallstones require urgent endoscopic sphincterotomy. Patients with pancreatic necrosis should be followed with serial contrast enhanced computed tomography (CE-CT) and if infection is suspected fine needle aspiration of the necrotic area for bacteriology (FNAB) should be undertaken. Treatment of sterile necrosis should initially be non-operative. In the presence of infection necrosectomy is indicated. Although traditionally this has been by open surgery, minimally invasive procedures are a promising new alternative. There are many unresolved issues in the management of pancreatic necrosis. These include, the use of antibiotic prophylaxis, the precise indications for and frequency of repeat CE-CT and FNAB,and the role of enteral feeding.

Six new species of Fusarium associated with soil and plant hosts from ecosystems of minimal anthropogenic disturbance in Australia are *** coicis from Coix gasteenii,*** from Xanthorrhoea glauca,*** from soil and Mangifera indica,*** from soil,*** from Sorghum interjectum and *** from soil,Triodia microstachya,Sorghum interjectum and Sorghum *** and phylogenetic analysis of EF-1α,RPB1 and RPB2 sequence data were used to delineate species *** new species were phylogenetically distributed in the Fusarium sambucinum,***,and *** species complexes,and two novel species *** six new species have particular phylogeographic significance as not only do they provide further insight into the geographic patterns of Fusarium evolution but also challenge current phylogeographic hypotheses.

The surface quality of chamfer milling of stainless steel is closed related to the products of 3 C(Computer, Communication and Consumer electronics), where a cutter is a major part to achieve that. Targeting a high-quality cutter,an experimental evaluation is carried out on the influence of grinding texture of cutter flank face on surface *** mathematic models of chamfer cutter are established, and they are validated by a numerical simulation. Also the grinding data are generated by the models and tested by a grinding simulation for safety reasons. Then, a set of chamfer cutting tools are machined in a five-axis CNC grinding machine, and consist of five angles between the cutting edge and the grinding texture on the 1 st flank faces, i.e., 0°, 15°, 30°, 45° and 60°. Furthermore, the machined cutting tools are tested in a series of milling experiments of chamfer hole of stainless steel, where cutting forces and surface morphologies are measured and observed. The results show that the best state of both surface quality and cutting force is archived by the tool with 45° grinding texture, which can provide a support for manufacturing of cutting tool used in chamfer milling.

This research was carried out to assess the effect of different varieties and mulching types on insect and disease infestation,and the yield of *** experiment was conducted in Sangkat TuekVil,KrongSiem Reap,in Cambodia.A 2×4 factorial in RCBD(Randomized Complete Blocks Design)was used to layout the trial,in which two varieties(Texas Early Grano 502 PRR and Earth F1)and four mulch types(non-mulch,rice Straw,silver plastic mulching and black plastic mulching)were used as the *** of these treatments was to enhance soil temperature,leaf number plant-1,stand count,bulb diameter,single bulb weight,insect incidence,disease incidence and bulb yield are different to all *** the result,the bulb yields of onions among these treatments were found superior in Texas Early Grano 502 PRR combined with Black Plastic mulch followed by Texas Early Grano 502 PRR combined with silver plastic mulch and Texas Early Grano 502 PRR combined rice straw mulch,whereas the lowest was found in Earth F1combined with non-mulch.

The survey was conducted four times between September 2015 and June 2016 with an interval of three *** survey lasted for 7 days at two main slaughterhouses in Phnom Penh city:Chroy Chongva and Beung Salang *** objective of this study is to evaluate the perceptions of cattle traders on their business and the BCS(Body Condition Score)of cattle arriving *** have shown that the interviewed traders started their business between 1995 and *** of them bought 3 to 4 cattle per time and slaughtered one head of cattle each day with an interval of one day *** buying of cattle relied on collectors and during of the time of study cattle were purcahsed from 13 different *** supply of cattle was high from July to August and low from March to *** arriving gathering areas nearby slaughterhouse,cattle were sent to slaughterhouse within one day and could be maintained with one *** was mostly sold by themselves and to their relatives for *** also sold beef to outside retailer,distributor and sold at *** price of beef was high from March to *** percentage of male cattle were found in slaughterhouses than female cattle with the age of 3 to 6 years *** distribution of cattle were found to have BCS between 2 and 3 scores,and it is found that male cattle had higher BCS than female *** amount of meat varies with BCS,*** to 57.56%of total liveweight when BCS was 4 *** price of live cattle varies with cattle BCS and meat proportion of animal.
