A multipath routing algorithm for satellite networksbased on service demand and traffic awareness

With the reduction in manufacturing and launch costs of low Earth orbit satellites and the advantages of large coverage and high data transmission rates,satellites have become an important part of data transmission in air-ground ***,due to the factors such as geographical location and people’s living habits,the differences in user’demand for multimedia data will result in unbalanced network traffic,which may lead to network congestion and affect data *** addition,in traditional satellite network transmission,the convergence of network information acquisition is slow and global network information cannot be collected in a fine-grained manner,which is not conducive to calculating optimal *** service quality requirements cannot be satisfied when multiple service requests are *** on the above,in this paper artificial intelligence technology is applied to the satellite network,and a software-defined network is used to obtain the global network information,perceive network traffic,develop comprehensive decisions online through reinforcement learning,and update the optimal routing strategy in real *** results show that the proposed reinforcement learning algorithm has good convergence performance and strong *** with traditional routing,the throughput is 8%higher,and the proposed method has load balancing characteristics.

In order to find the roles of knowledge-intensive business services （KIBS） in the innovation activities, This paper focus on three perspectives. First, we find that KIBS possess good prerequisites to function as vehicles in innovation distribution, the sources of innovation and the facilitators of innovation in their client firms. Second, we further discuss KIBS as the knowledge and innovation infrastructure of society in parallel with the research, educational and other public institutions. Third, we present some research policies and agenda to promote the development of KIBS. It is regarded that much remains to be studied both in the use of KIBS and in their own activities, including integrating and networking the knowledge-intensive services into the client companies, the convergence of various services and closer connection with the client companies＇ strategy, and the national policies to connect the KIBS to the different sectors.

Recurrent Sigmoid Volvulus after Sigmoidectomy: 3 Clinical Cases

Introduction: Recurrent sigmoid volvulus is a medical and surgical emergency. It is the recurrence of a twisting of the sigmoid loop around its mesenteric axis initiating an occlusion by strangulation. The risk factors of colonic volvulus are: a dolichosigmoid, a chronic constipation, a tumor, …In Western countries, recurrences of sigmoid volvulus after surgery are rare and due to a non resection of a dolicho-megacolon. Most African studies do not report any recurrence of sigmoid volvulus after sigmoidectomy. This work aims to describe three original cases of recurrence of sigmoid volvulus after sigmoidectomy recorded at the University Hospital of Brazzaville and to analyze their causes and surgical management. Clinical Observation: We studied the cases of three male patients, whose average age was 73 years, each of them having a history of chronic constipation and sigmoidectomy for sigmoid volvulus with an average delay of recurrence of 5.3 years. They all underwent emergency laparotomy for acute intestinal obstruction on scarred abdomen. The surgery permitted to unfold a recurrent volvulus of the sigmoid associated with circumferential scar fibrosis on the volvulated sigmoid loop. A second colectomy was performed. The histological results of the surgical specimens were normal for two patients and revealed signs of tissue necrosis for the third patient. The postoperative outcome was without incident for two patients. The third patient died after developing a septic shock. Conclusion: Recurrent sigmoid volvulus after sigmoidectomy is rare. The etiological factors for our three patients were incomplete sigmoidectomy during the first operation and chronic constipation.

MatChat: A large language model and application service platform for materials science

The prediction of chemical synthesis pathways plays a pivotal role in materials science research. Challenges, such as the complexity of synthesis pathways and the lack of comprehensive datasets, currently hinder our ability to predict these chemical processes accurately. However, recent advancements in generative artificial intelligence(GAI), including automated text generation and question–answering systems, coupled with fine-tuning techniques, have facilitated the deployment of large-scale AI models tailored to specific domains. In this study, we harness the power of the LLaMA2-7B model and enhance it through a learning process that incorporates 13878 pieces of structured material knowledge *** specialized AI model, named Mat Chat, focuses on predicting inorganic material synthesis pathways. Mat Chat exhibits remarkable proficiency in generating and reasoning with knowledge in materials science. Although Mat Chat requires further refinement to meet the diverse material design needs, this research undeniably highlights its impressive reasoning capabilities and innovative potential in materials science. Mat Chat is now accessible online and open for use, with both the model and its application framework available as open source. This study establishes a robust foundation for collaborative innovation in the integration of generative AI in materials science.

Determining the biological zero for gonadal development razor clams Sinonovacula constricta (lamarck 1818) in Zhejiang,China

The biological zero of gonadal development and the effective accumulated temperature of one and two-year-old razor clams Sinonovacula constricta(Lamarck 1818)were studied in Sanmen County,Zhejiang Province,China between April 2016 to October 2017,using a new variety named“Shen-Zhe No.1”.The biological zero was determined by using the rule of effective accumulated temperature and the linear regression method,which was confirmed using a histological analysis of the full gonadal development *** results showed that the biological zero of gonadal reproduction of 1-year-old and 2-year-old *** was the same:20.8℃.When the temperature reached 20–21℃,analysis of the histological sections indicated that more than half of the *** individuals initiated gonadal *** average effective accumulated temperature over two years was 806 d℃.This study contributes to our understanding of the regulation and control of gonadal maturation,suggesting that changes in the spawning and breeding season during one-year of farming using the new variety of razor clam could provide an economic benefit to industrialized large-scale spat *** results demonstrated that the razor clam *** is a typical clam of the accumulative temperature mature oviposition *** addition,although *** does not display hypothermy,it requires a lower temperature for gonadal maturity and spawning.

比较加湿处理后热罩和自然条件下热罩对黄龙病的防治效果,结果表明自然条件处理后30d叶片平均病菌浓度下降了85%以上,而加湿条件下叶片平均病菌浓度仅下降3.7%,与自然条件处理间差异达到显著水平;自然条件热罩处理后90d叶片平均病菌浓度下降了97%以上,而加湿处理病树叶片平均病菌浓度下降了38%,与自然条件处理间的差异达到极显著水平。对照组叶片平均病菌浓度处理后30d和90d均有略微增加;加湿未热罩处理叶片平均病菌浓度在处理后30d和90d分别增加了4.5倍和8.7倍,但与对照组无显著差异。本研究结果表明加湿热罩处理病树显著减弱了其杀灭黄龙病菌效果,同时表明增加土壤湿度对黄龙病菌繁殖可能具有一定的促进作用。

Fibromatosis Colli in Bamako: An Entity to Know in Infants

Introduction: Fibromatosis colli is a congenital muscle tumor with an incidence of 0.4%. This lesion is fibrous involving the sternocleidomastoid muscle, discovered after a few weeks of life in a patient who had known or unknown perinatal trauma. Rarely bilateral, it evolves spontaneously favorably in a few weeks or months in the vast majority of cases. Objectives: The purpose of this work is to bring the interest in ultrasound in the management of fibromatosis colli. Material and Methods: This is a descriptive cross-sectional study covering a period of 21 months from December 2019 to December 2021 in the medical imaging department of the medical clinic “Marie Cuire” in Bamako. The variables analyzed were age, sex and ultrasound results. The ultrasound system used was General Electric (GE). Data analysis was performed using Excel software. Results: During the 21-month study period, 1260 infants were seen in our service, including 0.95% for cervical swelling. We had a male predominance with 8 cases out of 12 cases and the age of the patients was mainly between 21 days and 30 days. The diagnosis was made by ultrasound, which revealed within the Sterno-cleido-mastoid muscle (MSCM) a hypo-isoechoic or heterogeneous oblong mass or thickening without any other associated anomaly. Conclusion: Cervical ultrasound is a significant examination in the management of fibromatosis colli for diagnostic confirmation and therapeutic follow-up.

Healthcare for Patients with Hepatitis B Virus:Analysis of 367381 Inpatient Cases in China

Objective Hepatitis B virus(HBV)infection,which has been recognized as an international public health challenge,has caused significant morbidity for the entire *** research focused on patients with HBV in China to examine health utilization and *** Patients hospitalized with HBV from 2017 to 2019 in tertiary hospitals in Hubei,a province located in central China,were selected as the study *** information was collected from the provincial inpatient electronic system *** and regression analyses were performed to describe the basic situation of healthcare services and determine the influencing indicators of inpatient service *** A total of 367381 cases of HBV infection were identified in the study *** of these cases were patients who were married(90.2%)and males(63%).With the great efforts by the universal coverage of the basic medical insurance(BMI)in China,the increasing rate of inpatient hospitalization for HBV was 3.5 times higher than that of the total inpatient health service cases in the study *** average age of this group was 52.84±14.10 years and 11.1%of patients paid for their own medical expenditures without *** average length of stay(LOS)was 11.10 days,and the average cost per patient was 15712.05 *** values were higher than the average level in study ***,marital status,career,payment type,and kind of hospitals significantly influenced healthcare *** and the elderly might incur higher healthcare costs than their *** The BMI operated by government has played a role in the utilization release of health services for HBV ***,researchers must pay more attention to the continuing increase in the medical expenses of this group.

Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma of the Central Nervous System. Immunophenotype, Clinicopathological Features and Differential Diagnosis

Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas of the central nervous system (DLBCL CNS) represent less than 1% of all lymphomas and between 2% and 3% of all cerebral tumors. They occur in adults of 60 years of age or more. The objective of this work is to describe the clinical-pathological characteristics, the immunophenotype and the differential diagnosis. Clinical Case: From the files of the surgical pathology unit we found four cases of primary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the central nervous system in a 6-year period. Three corresponded to women over 47 years of age and the other to a 42-year-old man. The time of evolution was between 2 and 4 months. The symptoms were headache, blurred vision, hemiparesis, and seizures. Localization was in the pineal region, the frontal, parietal regions, and the right thalamus. Morphologically, large lymphoid cells with a diffuse growth pattern and necrosis were observed. Immunohistochemical markers, such as CD 20 and bcl2 were positive, one was positive to CD3. Expression of bcl6 and CD 10 was positive in one case, and MUM-1 was positive in three cases. All the cases were negative for Epstein-Barr virus. Conclusions: The diffuse large-B cell lymphoma of the central nervous system is rare. Its average age of presentation is at 60 years or older. The localization is in the pineal, frontal, parietal and thalamic regions. Three cases were originated by activated B lymphocyte (MUM-1 expression) and other from the Germinal center (GC) (CD 10 expression). The clinical course was bad. The four patients died shortly after the diagnosis.
