Plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)contain various biocontrol bacteria with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity,and their single species has been extensively applied to control crop *** development of complex biocontrol community by mixing two or more PGPR members together is a promising strategy to enlarge the efficacy and scope of ***,an effective method to assess the natural compatibility of PGPR members has not yet been established to ***,we developed such a tool by using the bacterial contactdependent antibacterial activity(CDAA)as a *** showed that the CDAA events are common in two-species interactions in the four selected representative PGPRs,represented by the incompatible interaction of Lysobacter enzymogenes strain OH11(OH11)and Lysobacter antibioticus strain OH13(OH13).We further showed that the CDAA between OH11 and OH13 is jointly controlled by a contact-dependent killing device,called the type IV secretion system(T4SS).By deleting the respective T4SS synthesis genes,the T4SS in both strains was co-inactivated and this step unlocked their natural CDAA,resulting in an engineered,compatible mutant alliance that co-displayed antibacterial and antifungal ***,this study reveals that releasing bacterial CDAA is effective to rationally engineer the biocontrol community.

Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus（CGMMV） infects cucurbit plants and causes severe economic losses in crop *** artificial microRNAs（amiRNAs） targeting the genes,which responsible for viral replication,transmission and symptom expression,offers a promising strategy to interfere the multiplication and spread of CGMMV in *** this study,six amiRNAs were designed based on three Arabidopsis thaliana miRNA precursor backbones（ath-miR156a,ath-miR164a and athmiR171a）,which targeting conservative sequence elements of CGMMV genes for coat protein（CP）,movement protein（MP） and replicase gene（Rep）.For analyzing CGMMV resistance level in Agrobacterium-infiltrated N,benthamiana plants,*** plants at 3 days post Agroiocterium-infiltration（dpa） were gently rubbed with CGMMV *** of the CGMMV-infected transgenic *** plants were observed at 20 days post inoculation（dpi）.The results showed that transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana plants showed various levels of resistance against CGMMV,and the level of resistance was determined by the expression level of *** line expressing amiRNA targeted the CP gene induced the highest viral resistance,whereas targeting CGMMV replicase gene exhibited only a moderate tolerance,targeting the MP gene induced the lowest viral *** study demonstrated that amiRNA technology was an effective approach to engineer viral resistance in/*** biotechnological approach may have the potential to provide resistance sources for future crop breeding in the case of limited natural resistant resources.

目的:研究复方丁香油自微乳化给药系统的处方并对其进行质量评价。方法:通过油相和表面活性剂配伍试验、伪三元相图的工艺初步筛选,以乳化时间、平均粒径及分散指数(PDI)为指标,确定复方丁香油自微乳的处方组成;通过复方丁香油自微乳的粒径、Zeta电位和不同温度条件下的稳定性评价其体外质量。结果:复方丁香油自微乳处方中油相为复方丁香油(14.6%),乳化剂为吐温-80(68.3%),助乳化剂为1,2-丙二醇(17.1%)。自微乳化后粒径为23nm,zeta电位为-35±5.7。结论:制备的复方丁香油自微乳的粒径小、粒径分布均匀、乳化后系统稳定性好,为其临床应用推广奠定基础。

Topological orders are a class of exotic states of matter characterized by patterns of long-range entanglement. Certain topologically ordered systems are proposed as potential realization of fault-tolerant quantum computation. Topological orders can arise in two-dimensional spin-lattice models. In this paper, we engineer a time-dependent Hamiltonian to prepare a topologically ordered state through adiabatic evolution. The other sectors in the degenerate ground-state space of the model are obtained by applying nontrivial operations corresponding to closed string operators. Each sector is highly entangled, as shown from the completely reconstructed density matrices. This paves the way towards exploring the properties of topological orders and the application of topological orders in topological quantum memory.

Complex Permittivity and Permeability Studies Viewing Antenna Applications of NBR-Based Composites Comprising Conductive Fillers

The work presents studies on the complex permittivity and permeability of composites based on acrylonitrile butadiene rubber containing combinations of conductive fillers which include carbon black and nickel powder. The properties of those composites, containing each of the fillers at the same amount were compared. The permittivity and permeability values of the composites are influenced remarkably by their morphology and structure as well as by the morphological and structural specifics of both fillers. As electron scanning microscopy studies confirm, those parameters are predetermined by the nature of the composites studied—particle size, particles arrangement in the matrix and their tendency to clustering. Last but not least matrix-filler interface phenomena also impact the characteristics in question. The possibilities for applications of the composites in antennae have been studied, in particular, as substrates and insulating layers in flexible antennae for body centric communications (BCCs). The research results allow the conclusion that these materials can find such applications indeed. Composites of higher conductivity can be used where surface waves are generated to provide on-body communications, while composites of lower conductivity may be used for antennae that will be on the body of a person and will transmit to and receive from other antennas that are not on the body of the same person (off-body communications). It is clear that one can engineer the properties of antennae substrates at microwave frequencies by adjusting the filler content and the type of filler and thus control and tailor the antenna performance specific for a particular application.

Architectural Educational Experience in Kansei

Since the earliest Kansei works saw the light more than 30 years ago, the Kansei has boomed exponentially. Because of many and various achieved business successes by different working groups as well as the methodology geographical dispersion throughout the world. Multi-faceted Kansei has been developed for the last 20 years in a very wide and varied way. The Kansei has experienced as if talking of a tree, a branching experience still going on nowadays. Today we can speak from Kansei in theory, Kansei emotion measurement, Kansei engineering, Kansei information, Kansei education, Kansei design to Kansei in practice and many other disciplines. Three years ago, our team started the experience to introduce Kansei in the educational atmosphere, applying it to the final degree projects. In the School of Building engineering at the Universitat Politècnica de València and inside its final degree project proposal, a workshop on Kansei engineering was offered. During these years at the eighth semester of the building engineer degree, students have been working for almost five months under the supervision of a team of teachers on their final project till the final public oral defense was made in front of a committee. During these years, we have worked with an average of 10 students per year. Some have successfully completed their final projects, others have not achieved the minimum required. The article aims to explain the experience during the last three years the team has accumulated in Kansei education, and can be of interest for every teacher or lecturer.

Chiral plasmonics and enhanced chiral light-matter interactions

Chirality, which describes the broken mirror symmetry in geometric structures, exists macroscopically in our daily life as well as microscopically down to molecular levels. Correspondingly, chiral molecules interact differently with circularly polarized light exhibiting opposite handedness(left-handed and right-handed). However, the interaction between chiral molecules and chiral light is very weak. In contrast, artificial chiral plasmonic structures can generate "super-chiral" plasmonic near-field, leading to enhanced chiral light-matter(or chiroptical) interactions. The "super-chiral" near-field presents different amplitude and phase under opposite handedness incidence, which can be utilized to engineer linear and nonlinear chiroptical interactions. Specifically,in the interaction between quantum emitters and chiral plasmonic structures, the chiral hot spots can favour the emission with a specific handedness. This article reviews the state-of-the-art research on the design, fabrication and chiroptical response of different chiral plasmonic nanostructures or metasurfaces. This review also discusses enhanced chiral light-matter interactions that are essential for applications like chirality sensing, chiral selective light emitting and harvesting. In the final part, the review ends with a perspective on future directions of chiral plasmonics.

Background and Objective: Nowadays, Computer Tomography is one of the best radiological imaging technics which can give right diagnostic information, among the detection of multiphasic adenomas, the detection of cardiac, cerebral and vascular abnormalities. Although these good qualities, this technic is too radiant for the patient. In this paper, we based on the irradiation doses delivered from the current protocols to find a practical method of their optimization during the pediatric cranial scan. Materials and Methods: This work relies on a collection of data from patients in the hospitals, so that analyze them, give the conclusions and, propose an optimal practical method to decrease the irradiation doses. To collect data, we performed a prospective study of seventeen months (from December 2017 to May 2019) carried out simultaneously in three hospitals of the city: The Centre Medical la Cathédrale (H1), the Yaoundé Central Hospital (H2) and the Yaoundé Gyneaco-Obstetric and pediatric hospital (H3). This study included a total of 192 cases of cerebral trauma, of which 11 cases excluded for incomplete information. The dosimetry quality control (CTDIvol) using the PMMA phantoms of 16 cm and 32 cm fulfilled. The scanographic parameters of the patient acquisition protocol were recorded and analyzed. Some of those parameters were modified and entered the CT with the help of a biomedical engineer to reduce the delivered dose. The relationship between CTDIvol and kV is statistically significant (p Results: Among patients, 172 are boys, and the remaining 9 are girls all were in the 0 to 15 age group. CTDIvol values varied from 34.2 mGy to 107.8 mGy and PDLs from 107.8 *** to 2214.5 *** in H1. In H2, CTDIvol varied from 5.8 mGy to 44 mGy and PDLs from 91.4 *** to 665.5 ***. CTDIvol varied between 9.34 mGy to 92.81 mGy and PDLs from 162.38 *** to 2713.67 *** in H3. All values are taken at 75th percentile, with or without contrast injection. Conclusion: The
