Methylene blue(MB) is commonly used in aquaculture as a fungicide and antidotes. This study was designed to explore the pharmacokinetics of MB in Japanese eel(Anguilla Japonica) immersed in 10 mg L^-1 and 20 mg L^-1 MB for 0.5 h. The concentrations of MB and its derivatives in the blood, liver, kidney, skin and muscle were determined by HPLC after immersion. The results showed that the changes of drug concentrations in Japanese eel were basically the same in different dose groups, showing a general trend of increasing at first and then decreasing, but the peak time was slightly different. The peak concentration of the drug was positively correlated with the dose level. The peak concentrations of MB in MB(20 mg L^-1) group, MB, azure A and azure B in the tissues of Japanese eel were significantly higher than those in MB(10 mg L^-1) group. Moreover, MB, azure A and azure B remained for a long time and could still be detected at 64 days, and azure C was not detected in tissues.

China has achieved a political consensus around the need to transform the path of economic growth toward one that lowers carbon intensity and ultimately leads to reductions in carbon emissions, but there remain different views on pathways that could achieve such a transformation. The essential question is whether radical or incremental reforms are required in the coming decades. This study explores relevant pathways in China beyond 2020, particularly modeling the major target choices of carbon emission peaking in China around 2030 as China-US Joint Announcement by an integrated assessment model for climate change IAMC based on carbon factor theory. Here scenarios DGS-2020, LGS2025, LBS-2030 and DBS-2040 derived from the historical pathways of developed countries are developed to access the comprehensive impacts on the economy, energy and climate security for the greener development in China. The findings suggest that the period of 2025--2030 is the window of opportunity to achieve a peak in carbon emissions at a level below 12 Gt CO2 and 8.5 t per capita by reasonable trade-offs from economy growth, annually -0.2% in average and cumulatively -3% deviation to BAU in 2030. The oil and natural gas import dependence will exceed 70% and 45% respectively while the non-fossil energy and electricity share will rise to above 20% and 45%. Meantime, the electrification level in end use sectors will increase substantially and the electricity energy ratio approaching 50%, the labor and capital productivity should be double in improvements and the carbon intensity drop by 65% by 2030 compared to the 2005 level, and the cumulative emission reductions are estimated to be more than 20 Gt CO2 in 2015-2030.

This paper reports the classification of 90 sample pavilions in Shanghai World Expo. An artificial intelligence based nonlinear clustering method known as Self-Organizing Map(SOM) has been used to classify expo pavilions. SOM is an efficient tool for visualization of multidimensional data. To conduct the classification, four characteristics namely Hurst exponent for queue length, Hurst exponent for waiting time, mean queue length and mean waiting time have been applied. The classification results show that Shanghai World Expo pavilions can be optimally classified into four classes. This result will shed light on further studies that how to manage the queue of World Expo pavilions in the future.

Based on related literature and this research, an ecological security evaluation from the pixel scale to the small watershed or county scale was presented using remote sensing data and related models. With the driver-pressure, state and exposure to pollution-response （DPSER） model as a basis, a conceptual framework of regional ecological evaluation and an index system were established. The extraction and standardization of evaluation indices were carried out with GIS techniques, an information extraction model and a data standardization model. The conversion of regional ecological security results from the pixel scale to a small watershed or county scale was obtained with an evaluation model and a scaling model. Two conceptual scale conversion models of regional ecological security from the pixel scale to the county scale were proposed： 1） scale conversion of ecological security regime results from plxel to small watershed; and 2） scale conversion from pixel to county. These research results could provide useful ideas for regional ecological security evaluation as well as ecological and environmental management.

The development of overseas industrial parks is a key component of the Belt and Road Initiative and an expected experimental way of promoting inclusive globalization by inventing new forms of cooperation between China and local host countries. Policy mobility, a classic theory within international political geography addressing the connection between local and global policies, has implications for overseas industrial parks development. In this paper, we argue that policies are not easily moved directly from one place to another; instead, policies are embedded due to the role of local actors in policy mobility. This article first pro- vides an overview of seven China-Southeast Asia economic and trade cooperation zones identified by the Ministry of Commerce, and analyzes their key participants. It then discusses policy mobility by looking into the roles of revenue, land, and talent in developing these in- dustrial parks. The paper finds that these parks face challenges, such as the complicated geographical environments of host countries, huge pressure from enterprise investment capital, the lack of overseas service platforms, and underdeveloped agglomeration econo- mies. In the light of the current situation, policy suggestions for the future sustainable devel- opment of overseas industrial parks are put forward.

FRMD6,a member of the 4.1 ezrin-radixin-moesin domain-containing protein family,has been reported to inhibit tumor progression in multiple ***,we demonstrate the involvement of FRMD6 in lung cancer *** find that FRMD6 is overexpressed in lung cancer tissues relative to in normal lung *** addition,the enhanced expression of FRMD6 is associated with poor outcomes in patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma(n=75,P=0.0054)and lung adenocarcinoma(n=94,P=0.0330).Cell migration and proliferation in vitro and tumor formation in vivo are promoted by FRMD6 but are suppressed by the depletion of ***,FRMD6 interacts and colocalizes with mTOR and S6K,which are the key molecules of the mTOR signaling ***6 markedly enhances the interaction between mTOR and S6K,subsequently increasing the levels of endogenous pS6K and downstream pS6 in lung cancer ***,knocking out FRMD6 inhibits the activation of the mTOR signaling pathway in Frmd6^(−/−)gene KO MEFs and ***,our results show that FRMD6 contributes to lung cancer progression by activating the mTOR signaling pathway.

Sex-biased mortality can occur in birds during development,for example due to sexual differences in energy requirement and/or environmental sensitivity,or the effects of sex hormones or sex differences in the expression of mutations linked to sex *** extent of sex-bias in mortality may also be related to environmental conditions that influence offspring development and *** areas often provide poorer conditions for nestling development resulting in higher offspring mortality compared to natural areas,which may accelerate sex differences in offspring mortality in *** test this hypothesis,we examined the sex ratio of dead offspring in Great Tits(Parus major),using 427 samples of unhatched eggs and dead nestlings collected in two urban and two forest sites between 2013 and *** ratio of males in the whole sample of dead offspring(56.9%)was significantly higher than expected by an 1:1 ratio,and the strongest sex biases were detected in urban areas(57.6%males)and in young nestlings(<14 days old,59.0%males).However,the sex ratios of dead offspring did not differ significantly among study sites and between offspring developmental stages.29.3%of unhatched eggs contained a visible embryo,and the proportion of embryo-containing unhatched eggs did not differ significantly between urban and forest study *** results suggest male-biased offspring mortality in Great Tits,and highlight the need of large datasets to detect subtle differences between habitats and developmental stages.

Analysis and Optimization of Passenger Side Knee Slider Compression in Front Impact

The influences of different design factors,as well as dummy posture,on an occupants' knee slider compression,were studied in this *** on the vehicle geometry data,the simulation model,including both the multi-rigid-body and finite element(FE)part,was built up and validated with China New Car Assessment Program(C-NCAP)full impact to ensure the accuracy of the *** adjusting the design parameters and the posture of the femur and lower leg,different factors affecting the passengers' knee slider compression were evaluated,with the help of MAthematical DYnamic MOdel(MADYMO)*** study indicated that the leg posture,the stiffness of the IP and angles of the carpet have significant effects on the knee slider compression in this *** decreasing the angle between the femur and lower leg from 133° to 124°,the maximum knee slider compression was decreased by 17.3% and by scaling the IP stiffness from 1 to 0.7,it could be decreased by 18.6%.Also,decreasing the angles of the carpet from 28° to 37°can help reduce the knee slider compression by 18.3%.

In the past decades,global land cover datasets have been produced but also been criticized for their low accuracies,which have been affecting the applications of these *** a new global dataset requires a tremendous amount of efforts;however,it is also possible to improve the accuracy of global land cover mapping by fusing the existing datasets.A decision-fuse method was developed based on fuzzy logic to quantify the consistencies and uncertainties of the existing datasets and then aggregated to provide the most certain *** method was applied to produce a 1-km global land cover map(SYNLCover)by integrating five global land cover datasets and three global datasets of tree cover and *** were carried out to assess the quality:1)inter-comparison of the datasets revealed that the SYNLCover dataset had higher consistency than these input global land cover datasets,suggesting that the data fusion method reduced the disagreement among the input datasets;2)quality assessment using the human-interpreted reference dataset reported the highest accuracy in the fused SYNLCover dataset,which had an overall accuracy of 71.1%,in contrast to the overall accuracy between 48.6%and 68.9%for the other global land cover datasets.
