Individuals and PCs(personal computers)can be recognized using CAPTCHAs(Completely Automated public Turing test to distinguish Computers and Humans)which are mechanized for distinguishing ***,CAPTCHAs are intended to be solved by the people,but are unsolvable by the *** a result,using Convolutional Neural Networks(CNNs)these tests can similarly be ***,the CNNs quality depends majorly on:the size of preparation set and the information that the classifier is found out ***,it is almost unmanageable to handle issue with CNNs.A new method of detecting CAPTCHA has been proposed,which simultaneously solves the challenges like preprocessing of images,proper segmentation of CAPTCHA using strokes,and the data *** hyper parameters such as:Recall,Precision,Accuracy,Execution time,F-Measure(H-mean)and Error Rate are used for computation and *** preprocessing,image enhancement and binarization are performed based on the stroke region of the *** key points of these areas are based on the SURF *** exploratory outcomes show that the model has a decent acknowledgment impact on CAPTCHA with foundation commotion and character grip bending.

Risk factors of admission for acute colonic diverticulitis in a population-based cohort study: The North Trondelag health Study, Norway

AIM To assess risk factors of hospital admission for acute colonic *** The study was conducted as part of the second wave of the population-based North Trondelag health Study(HUNT2), performed in North Trondelag County, Norway, 1995 to 1997. The study consisted of 42570 participants(65.1% from HUNT2) who were followed up from 1998 to 2012. Of these, 22436(52.7%) were females. The cases were defined as those 358 participants admitted with acute colonic diverticulitis during follow-up. The remaining participants were used as controls. Univariable and multivariable Cox regression analyses was used for each sex separately after multiple imputation to calculate *** Multivariable Cox regression analyses showed that increasing age increased the risk of admission for acute colonic diverticulitis: Comparing with ages 70 years, HR = 6.19, P < 0.001. In males the corresponding values were HR = 1.85, P = 0.004 and 2.56, P < 0.001. In patients with obesity(body mass index ≥ 30) the HR = 2.06, P < 0.001 in females and HR = 2.58, P < 0.001 in males. In females, present(HR = 2.11, P < 0.001) or previous(HR = 1.65, P = 0.007) cigarette smoking increased the risk of admission. In males, breathlessness(HR = 2.57, P < 0.001) and living in rural areas(HR = 1.74, P = 0.007) increased the risk. Level of education, physical activity, constipation and type of bread eaten showed no association with admission for acute colonic *** The risk of hospital admission for acute colonic diverticulitis increased with increasing age, in obese individuals, in ever cigarette smoking females and in males living in rural areas.

Impact of fecal incontinence on quality of life

AIM:To explore the impact of fecal incontinence (FI) on quality of life (QOL) of patients attending urogynecology and colorectal clinics (CCs).METHODS:Cross-sectional study of 154 patients (27 male) with FI,who attended the clinics at a regional hospital in North Queensland,Australia in 2003 and 2004,and completed the Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Scale (FIQL:1=very affected;4=not affected).RESULTS:More than 22% of patients had their QOL affected severely by *** reported that they had not previously been asked about FI by a medical practitioner nor did they voluntarily disclose its *** median FIQL scores for all participants were:lifestyle=3.24;coping=2.23;depression=2.42;and embarrassment=*** frequency of soiling had a negative effect on all four FIQL scales (P < 0.001) as did the quantity of soiling (P < 0.01).Female CC patients had poorer FIQL scores than urogynecology clinic patients for lifestyle (P=0.015),coping (P=0.004) and embarrassment (P=0.009),but not depression (P=0.062),despite having experienced FI for a shorter ***:Failure to seek treatment for FI degrades the quality of patients' lives over *** assessment tools should incorporate the quantity of fecal loss.

During an infectious disease outbreak,biases in the data and complexities of the underlying dynamics pose significant challenges in mathematically modelling the outbreak and designing *** by the ongoing response to COVID-19,we provide a toolkit of statistical and mathematical models beyond the simple SIR-type differential equation models for analysing the early stages of an outbreak and assessing *** particular,we focus on parameter estimation in the presence of known biases in the data,and the effect of non-pharmaceutical interventions in enclosed subpopulations,such as households and care *** illustrate these methods by applying them to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Wastewater surveillance(WWS)can leverage its wide coverage,population-based sampling,and high monitoring frequency to capture citywide pandemic trends independent of clinical *** we conducted a nine months daily WWS for severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARSCoV-2)from 12 wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs),covering approximately 80%of the population,to monitor infection dynamics in Hong Kong,*** found that the SARS-CoV-2 virus concentration in wastewater was correlated with the daily number of reported cases and reached two pandemic peaks three days earlier during the study *** addition,two different methods were established to estimate the prevalence/incidence rates from wastewater *** estimated results from wastewater were consistent with findings from two independent citywide clinical surveillance programmes(rapid antigen test(RAT)surveillance and serology surveillance),but higher than the cases number reported by the centre for health Protection(CHP)of Hong Kong,***,the effective reproductive number(R_(t))was estimated from wastewater measurements to reflect both citywide and regional transmission *** findings demonstrate that large-scale intensive WWS from WWTPs provides cost-effective and timely public health information,especially when the clinical surveillance is inadequate and *** approach also provides insights into pandemic dynamics at higher spatiotemporal resolutions,facilitating the formulation of effective control policies and targeted resource allocation.

This article aims to address the aspects of conflict between Iran and the GCC starting from the geographical location,focusing on the factors that influence the acquisition of power by different state actors in this maritime *** purpose of the article is to uncover the significant factors that directly and indirectly affect the distribution of influence between Iran and the GCC countries in this strategic marine area through following different sub-goals that deal with the main elements regarding security,political and economic conditions within every country in that region,as well as among the various regional and international *** analysis reveals that the interests of the GCC in this strategic maritime outweighs the interests of *** the meantime,Saudi Arabia and UAE consider this area a high security threat region,while Iran sees it as one of the multiple security axes that are associated with its *** security risks that threaten the Arab Gulf states because of the new political and economic relationship with Yemen due to the war,in addition to the declared and latent maneuvers of world powers from outside the region either to besiege the Gulf axis or to initiate alliances with the Gulf states,signify without doubt the strong future influence of this geographical spot for the GCC and the possibilities of conflict escalation between Iran and GCC.
