[Objective]The paper was to establish a method for determining AF and AFG in red ginseng.[Method]A new simple,rapid and sensitive method for simultaneous determination of two amadori co.pounds,arginyl-fructose(AF)and arginyl-fructosyl-gluco.e(AFG),in extracts of three kinds of ginseng preparations was developed and validated using high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector(HPLC-ELSD).Two target analytes were efficiently separated by Prevail CTM18 co.umn(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min within 15 min of single chromatographic run.[Result]Under optimized co.ditions,the detection limits were 0.015 and 0.02 mg/mL for AF and AFG,*** curves of peak area for two analytes were linear over three orders of magnitude with the co.relation co.fficients greater than *** average reco.eries,precision,reproducibility and stability for two analytes(AF and AFG)were 99.5% and 100.9%,0.43% and 0.47%,0.46% and 0.43%,0.41% and 0.49%,respectively.[co.clusion]This method was successfully applied for quantifying AF and AFG in red ginseng and the method was efficient,sensitive and accurate.

B7 homolog 3(B7-H3) has attracted much attention in glioblastoma(GBM) radioimmunotherapy(RIT)due to its abnormally high expression on tumor *** this study,we report that two specific humanized anti-human B7-H3 antibodies(hu4G4 and hu4H12) derived from mouse anti-human B7-H3 antibodies that were generated by co.puter-aided design and exclusively reco.nize membrane expression of B7-H3 by human glioma cells,Hu4G4 and hu4H12 were radiolabeled with89Zr for RIT antibody ***-positron emission tomography(PET) imaging,biodistribution and pharmaco.inetic(PK) analyses of89Zr-labeled antibodies were performed in U87-xenografted models.125I labelling of the antibodies for single-photon emission co.puted tomography(SPECT) imaging was also used to investigate the biological behavior of the antibodies in *** rthermore,the pharmaco.ynamic(PD) of the131Ilabeled antibodies were evaluated in U87-xenografted mice and GL261 Red-FLuc-B7-H3 in situ glioma tumor ***-PET imaging and biodistribution analysis with a gamma co.nter showed that89Zr-deferoxamine(DFO)-hu4G4 had higher tumor targeting performance with lower liver uptake than89Zr-DFO-(hu4H12, immunoglobulin G(IgG)).The biodistribution results of125I-SPECT imaging were similar to those of89Zr-PET imaging,though the biodistribution in long bone joints and the thyroid *** PD analysis results indicated that131I-hu4G4 had an excellent therapeutic effect and high safety with no apparent ***,131I-hu4G4 improved the tumor vasculature in tissues with higher expression of co.lagen type Ⅳ and platelet-derived growth factor receptor β(PDGFR-β) co.pared with co.trol treatment,as determined by immunofluorescence(IF),which co.tributed to inhibiting tumor *** together,our data indicate that hu4G4 exhibits good tumor targeting and specificity,achieves low nonspecific co.centrations in normal tissues,and has acceptable PK characteristics.131I-hu4G4 also exerts effective antitumor effects

Once-daily tadalafil administration has been well established; however, studies about tadalafil once-daily treatment in the Chinese population are lacking. In this phase 4, postmarketing study, we ascertained the long-term safety and effectiveness of tadalafil 2.5 mg and 5.0 mg once daily in Chinese men with erectile dysfunction （n = 635）. The primary endpoint of the study was safety at 12 months as assessed by the proportion of patients experiencing at least one treatment-emergent adverse event （serious or nonserious）. The seco.dary endpoints included safety and effectiveness, measured by the International Index of Erectile Function-Erectile Function （IIEF-EF） domain sco.es. Similar adverse events to the known safety profile of tadalafil, such as nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, and dizziness, were detected. No new cardiovascular safety co.cerns were observed. After 3 months of treatment, significant increases in IIEF-EF domain sco.es were detected for both 2.5-mg （least squares [LS] mean change： 6.3; 95% co.fidence interval [CI]： 5.4-7.1; P 〈 0.001） and 5.0-mg （LS mean change： 7.4; 95% CI： 6.8-7.9; P 〈 0.001） tadalafil doses, and significance was maintained up to 12 months. In addition, approximately 40% of patients regained normal erectile function （IIEF-EF 〉26） following 1 year of tadalafil once-daily treatment. The findings in this study provide evidence for the extended effectiveness and tolerability of tadalafil, demonstrating no new safety co.cerns, in a Chinese population and make once-daily tadalafil administration a viable option for improving sexual performance and satisfaction in Chinese men with erectile dysfunction.

The SeDeM Expert System was first known as a galenic pre-formulation system, which was based on the experimental research and quantitative determination of powdered substances. And the mathematical formula provided by the SeDeM Expert System has plays an important role in the study of powder properties. The system can be used not only to evaluate the powder direct co.pression (DC) of excipients and active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s), but also to predict the possible formulations, so it can reduce unnecessary research and trials, and shorten the time of development. In this paper, the research development and application of SeDeM Expert System in DC was summarized, and the results showed that with a few exceptions, the system was skilled in predicting acceptable tablet formulations. Finally, the new application prospect of the system is presented, including the application of the Internet traffic and co.tent management (iTCM) database and the new co.processed excipients.

Background:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets(JQJT)have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China for many *** the effective substances and mechanisms of JQJT is important for its clinical application and further drug research and *** study aimed to explore the chemical basis and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of ***:With network pharmaco.ogy,we screened substances in JQJT and their possible targets,then co.structed the action network and enriched the biological functions and pathways associated with the active co.ponents,and identified the potential targets and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of *** on the network pharmaco.ogy data,we explored the hypoglycemic mechanisms of co.tisine in JQJT through western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain ***:Forty-three co.pounds with good pharmaco.inetic properties were identified in JQJT,together with 146 potential biological *** these potential targets,74 were associated with treatment of T2DM.A co.pound-target network of the 43 co.pounds against T2DM was *** process and signal pathway enrichment analysis of the network highlighted the FoxO signaling *** blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results showed that co.tisine,but not epiberberine,significantly inhibited expression of key genes involved in hepatocyte gluco.eogenesis by regulating the FoxO1 signaling ***:Network pharmaco.ogy analysis and cell experiments showed that co.tisine regulated gluco.e homeostasis by inhibiting the FoxO1 signaling pathway and hepatic gluco.eogenesis,which may be one of the mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.

Green chemistry is also called environment harmless or environment friendly *** chemistry requires to use new synthetic methods, engineering technologies and processes to eliminate or reduce by-products, wastes or products that harmful to human health, co.munity safety,and eco.ogy environment. Green chemistry pursues to co.trol the usage of the harmful and toxic materials, reduce waste emission, avoid necessity to treat the wastes; Green Chemistry advocates wastes management from the beginning, improving the efficiency of atoms, optimizing the use of resources and energy, lowering the co.t of production. Green Chemistry technologies are the ultimate path to the clean chemical production in the *** co. takes 'hospital of enterprises' and 'bank of technologies' as our characteristics in business, and deems the development and spread of green chemistry as our mission. We developed an unique business model which co.bines education, research and production. In the past 8 years,we had applied and obtained more than 30 patents and received more than ten national and provincial awards in technology *** had made great progress in the manufacturing of organophosphorus pesticides, especially the production of omethoate, methamidophos, paraquat and glycyrrhizinic phosphor, etc., which made a stable foundation for INSIGHT's development. We had also achieved great success in the high efficiency low toxic pesticides, such as imidacloprid, etofenprox, metalaxyl and in the new synthetic methods in various amino acids as well as in the pharmaceutical intermediates. The new method of preparation indigo using N-phenylglycinonitrile is an advanced process in the world in terms of the clean production technology for Ferro cyanide and HCN's transformation rate improvement.
