Monofluoroalkenes are important and versatile privileged components in pharmacologically relevant ***,we report a method for the selective construction of these compounds in a diversity-oriented fashion through regiodivergent cross-coupling of gem-difluorocyclopropanes with allylboronates by employing a palladium catalyst with two different ligands,in which gem-difluorocyclopropanes were used as allyl electrophiles by C—C and C—F bond *** the presence of 2-biphenylyl(diphenyl)phosphine as ligand,the linear-selective allyl–allyl bond formation is highly obtained,while utilizing the sterically hindered BrettPhos(dicyclohexyl[3,6-dimethoxy-2',4',6'-tris(1-methylethyl)[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl]phosphine)as the ligand favors the generation of the branched-selective *** and computational studies investigated the key steps of the cross-coupling reactions,revealing the origin of the ligand-controlled regiodivergence.

The self-assembly of 5-bromoisophthalic acid （H2BIPA） with Eu（NO3）3·6H2O under the hydrothermal conditions gave a 3D coordination polymer, Eu2（BIPA）3（CH3CH2OH）（1）, which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 displayed an unusual three-dimensional network of a rare （4,6）-connected （48.66.8）2（44.62）2（42.84） topology, which was different from Eu2（BDC）3（H2O）2 （BDC=isophthalate）, because the -Br substituent of the isophthalate resulted in the different electronic effects and the steric hindrance to change the coordination modes of carboxylate groups in the assembled process. Moreover, the luminescent properties of 1 were also investigated in the solid state.

A quantum mechanical calculation was performed to study the hydrogen atom transfer of collinear OH…O/OD…O system, for which Delves' coordinates and R-matrix propagation method were applied in a Melius-Blint potential energy surface. The calculation result showed that the state-state H atom transfer probability comported strong oscillation phenomena and collision delay time of the title system was in the fs-ps time scale. The kinetic isotope effect was calculated in this work too.

Two new complexes [Pd（L-phe）2·2H2O] （1） and [Pd（4,4＇-dcbpy）（en）·H2O] （2）（L-phe = L-phenylalanine, 4,4＇-dcbpy = 2,2＇-bipyridyl-4,4＇-dicarboxylate, en = ethylenediamine） were synthesized and characterized. L-phenylalanine was in situ formed via the hydrolysis of N-（tert-butoxycarbonyl）-L-phenylalanine, and ethylenediamine came from the in situ reaction of piperazine （pip） under hydrothermal conditions. The single-crystal X-ray structure analyses reveal that the Pd（Ⅱ） ion constructs a square planer coordination geometry in complexes 1 and 2, respectively. Complex 1 extends into a 2D layered structure via H-bond interactions and complex 2 connects into a 3D network through hydrogen bonds and 7r-tr stacking interactions. The interactions of 1 and 2 with fish sperm DNA （FS-DNA） were examined via UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectroscopy. The cleavage reaction for plasmid DNA has been assayed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The results indicate that two complexes interact with DNA and the insertion is the main binding mode.

Inorganic anions such as phosphates and carbonates are essential in the natural system and it is important for the detec-tion of such *** this work,the fluorescence sensing capacity of Zr(IV)framework with an amino-functional group,namely UiO-66-NH_(2),towards specific inorganic anions was investigated in aqueous *** results revealed that the fluorescence emission intensity of UiO-66-NH2 could be strongly enhanced by phosphate and carbonate anions including HPO_(4)^(2-),H_(2)PO_(4)^(-),PO_(4)^(3-),P_(2)O_(7)^(4-),HCO_(3)^(-)and CO_(3)^(2-),implying its sensing capacity towards phosphate and carbonate ***,fluorescence titration experiments exhibit that the emission intensity enhancement ratio depends linearly on the concentration of anions,suggesting the possibility of quantitative detection of these *** studies suggest that the sensing of UiO-66-NH,towards HPO_(4)^(2-)/PO_(4)^(3-)/P_(2)O_(4)^(-)/HCO_(3)^(-)/CO_(2)-could be ascribed to the collapse of the framework,while that for H_(2)PO_(4)-could be attributed to the adsorption of H,PO4-by UiO-66-NH2 with hydrogen bonding interactions between H,PO4-and the amino group of UiO-66-NH_(2) supported by the different fluorescence response of UiO-66 and UiO-66-NH,towards the anions.

The reaction of CuCl2-2H2O or NiCl2.6H2O with K2(C5H6S4) [potassium salt of 6,7-dihydro-5H-1,4-dithiepin-2,3-dithiolate] under nitrogen atmosphere resulted in the isolation of [Cu(C5H6S4)2]- or [Ni(C5H6S4)2]- as the tetrabutylammonium salt. Both complexes show characteristic IR and UV-Vis absorptions of transition metal dithiolenes. Cyclic voltammograms contain two waves indicating a two step electrochemical procedure [M(C5H6S4)2]0 = [M(C5H6S4)2]1-= [M(C5H6S4)2]2-. Single crystal structure study has been carried out on the nickel complex. Crystal of [Bu4N][Ni(C5H6S4)2] belongs to monoclinic space group P21/c with a=17.576(5), 6=10.883(2), c=17.773(4) A,B=91.07(2)0, Z=4, and o(calcd.)=1.348 g/cm3. Final result is R=0.059 for 2959 reflections. The NiS4 core exhibits square planar coordination with average Ni-S bond length of 2.134(5) A. There are not anion pairs in crystal. The anions stack along a and c axes while the cations intercalate in them. The nearest S-S contact is 4.429 A. The solid powder ESR spectrum of the nickel complex shows three broadening signals at g1=2.097, g2=2.042, g3=2.022. Magnetic susceptibility data for [Bu4N][Ni(CgH6S4)2] reveal enhanced anti-ferromagnetic interaction.

A binuclear complex [Cu2（phen）2（ip）（Hip）2].4H2O has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu（CH3COO）2.H2O, phen（1,10-phenanthroline） and isophthalic acid （H2ip） under hydrothermal condition. Elemental analysis, IR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carded out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex： monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 19.214（3）, b = 10.6973（14）, c = 22.567（3） A, β = 105.081（2）°, C24H19N2O8Cu, Mr= 526.95, Z = 8, F（000） = 2160, V= 4478.6（10） A3, Dc = 1.563 g/cm^3,μ = 1.030 mm^-1, -24≤h≤ 16, -13≤k≤13, -28≤l≤28, R = 0.0369 and wR = 0.0819 for 4615 （Rint = 1.0357） independent reflections and 3290 observed ones （I 〉 2σ（I））. Structural analysis shows that coordination geometry of Cu（ Ⅱ ） is a planar square, and the title complex exhibits a 2-D framework supramolecular structure by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions.

The cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc and cadmium complexes of S-methyl-N-(ferrocenyl-l-methyl-methylidene)-dithiocarbazate (H-LSM) and S-benzyl-N-(ferrocenyl-l-methyl-methylidene)-dithiocarbazate (H-LSB) were synthesized and the crystal structure of Cd[Fe-C(CH3) = NNCSS. (CH3)]2 was solved by X-ray diffraction. The crystal is in the orthorhombic system with space group Pbca, cell parameters a=19.741(3), b=19.924(5), c=15.452(4) A, and the final factors of R=0.032. The study on quenching the luminescence of Ru(bpy)3 by those complexes showed that bimolecular quenching constants obtained from the Stern-Vohner constant and the excited-state lifetime were related to the redox potential of the quencher. Linear relationship is shown in the plot of logkq vs. E1/2(Q+/Q). The main factor which influences the quenching rate constant and the redox potential is the coordinating ability of the metal in the complex.
