The technological revolution has spawned a new generation of industrial systems,but it has also put forward higher requirements for safety management accuracy,timeliness,and *** assessment needs to evolve to address the existing and future challenges by considering the new demands and advancements in safety *** study aims to propose a systematic and comprehensive risk assessment method to meet the needs of process system safety *** methodology first incorporates possibility,severity,and dynamicity(PSD)to structure the“51X”evaluation indicator system,including the inherent,management,and disturbance risk ***,the four-tier(risk point-unit-enterprise-region)risk assessment(RA)mathematical model has been established to consider supervision *** in conclusion,the application of the PSD-RA method in ammonia refrigeration workshop cases and safety risk monitoring systems is presented to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed PSD-RA method in safety *** findings show that the PSD-RA method can be well integrated with the needs of safety work informatization,which is also helpful for implementing the enterprise's safety work responsibility and the government's safety supervision responsibility.

We report a facile solution method to form titanium oxide(TiO_(2))nano-flower structure on the titanium(Ti)substrates for realizing good physical sterilization and *** first prepare TiO_(2) nanotubes(NT)with a diameter of about 80-100 nm and a length of about 5μm on Ti substrates by anodization,which is utilized as ***,we employ immersion treatment in different concentrations of phosphoric acid solution at 75℃ for 5 h to realize the transformation from TiO_(2) NT to TiO_(2) nano-flower *** addition,we studied the effects of phosphoric acid concentration(1 wt%,2.5 wt%,5 wt% and 10 wt%)on the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure,and the antibacterial properties and biocompatibility of the TiO_(2) nano-flower *** results show that TiO_(2) nano-flower structure become larger and thicker with the increase in the phosphoric acid concentration,and the thickness of the coating can reach 6.88μ***,the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure shows good physical sterilization effect,especially for the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure formed in 10 wt%H^(3)PO_(4) solution,the antibacterial rate can reach 95%.In addition,the TiO_(2) nano-flower structure have no toxicity to the osteoblasts and support cell growth.

Polypores play a cru cial role in energy recycling and forest regeneration in forest *** majority of them are wood degraders;some are forest pathogens and others are ectomycorrhizal *** basidiocarps provide food and shelter for many organisms,mostly invertebrates,but also some vertebrates,as well as food and medicine for *** extensive research on the species diversity and phylogenetic relationships of polypores in recent years,there remains a lack of comprehensive understanding of their distribution patterns and species composition at the large *** of polypores from the tropical zone,including tropical Africa,tropical America,and tropical Asia,were analyzed for species diversity,distribution patterns,major taxa,and nutritional modes.A total of 1,902 polypore species was found in the three regions,representing 8 orders,46families,and 250 genera of *** orders Polyporales(especially the family Polyporaceae)and Hymenochaetales(especially the family Hymenochaetaceae)had the most prolific taxa,with their species accounting for 93.4%of the total polypores *** of 1,565(or 82.3%)of the total 1,902 species were found in only one of the three regions studied,and we treat them temporarily as"regional endemic species".Only 141species were shared among all three regions,accounting for a mere 7.4%.Tropical Africa and tropical America had the greatest number of shared species and the highest S?rensen similarity index(SC)*** forests had a higher species richness compared with temperate to boreal forests of the Northern Hemisphere,and in addition,also a higher proportion of white rot polypores compared to brown rot and ectomycorrhizal *** study outlines the distribution patterns and species diversity of polypores in the world,shedding light on their ecological significance in diverse ecosystems.

disaster information content is an objective mapping of disaster situations,social response,and public *** response to emergency is an important mechanism for implementing and guaranteeing emergency management of major natural hazard-related *** how disaster information content affects social response to emergencies is helpful for managing risk communication and efficient disaster *** on the 2008 freezing-rain and snowstorm disasters in southern China,this study used Python to extract 7,857 case-related media reports and applied natural language processing for text *** used three typical cases to identify and analyze disaster media report content and the relationship between these reports and the social response to the *** categories of disaster response-such as prewarning and forecasting,announcements by the authorities,and social mobilization-appeared in the disaster information in the media,along with disaster impact information,that is,real-time disaster *** response information and an appropriate amount of disaster impact information played important roles in prewarning,disaster relief,public opinion guidance,and social stability maintenance and can serve important functions in communicating with all stakeholders of emergency management,assisting or influencing emergency departments or individuals in decision making,and eliminating "information islands." Empathy caused the general public to become "disaster responders" through receiving *** and an excess of negative information may have a perverse amplification effect on public opinion and increase the unpredictability of the disaster situation and the risk of social crisis.

Karap?nar region (Konya， Turkey) is one of the important regions of the world in terms of sinkhole formations. The research aimed to map the sinkholes in detail， to determine their spatial distribution and geometrical parameters. For this purpose， the long axes， short axes， depths and the proximity to settlements of the sinkholes were measured and their circumferences and areas were calculated. During the studies， the relationship of the sinkholes with lithology， their cross sections， shapes and the related structures were determined and the sinkholes were divided into five main groups as following; Basement rock sinkholes， Obruk Plateau sinkholes， Seyithac? sinkholes， Siyeklik sinkholes and Basin sinkholes. The d/l ratios of each sinkhole group were separately determined and interpreted. Accordingly， most of the d/l ratios are small than 0.2. Namely， the long axes are higher than the depth and it indicates that the shallow and wide sinkholes are common in the region. It has been determined that the fracture systems in the region， as well as the lithology and groundwater factors， are quite effective in the formation and distribution of the sinkholes in the Karap?nar region. Considering the distance of the sinkholes to the settlements， Seyithac? sinkholes are the most risky group in the region because they are deep and close to the settlements.

BACKGROUND The current understanding of the magnitude and consequences of multimorbidity in Chinese older adults with coronary heart disease(CHD)is *** aimed to assess the association and population-attributable fractions(PAFs)between multimorbidity and mortality among hospitalized older patients who were diagnosed with CHD in Shenzhen,*** We conducted a retrospective cohort study of older Chinese patients(aged≥65 years)who were diagnosed with *** proportional hazards models were used to estimate the associations between multimorbidity and all-cause and cardiovascular disease(CVD)*** also calculated the *** The study comprised 76,455 older hospitalized patients who were diagnosed with CHD between January 1,2016,and August 31,*** them,70,217(91.9%)had multimorbidity,defined as the presence of at least one of the predefined 14 chronic *** with cancer,hemorrhagic stroke and chronic liver disease had the worst overall death risk,with adjusted HRs(95%CIs)of 4.05(3.77,4.38),2.22(1.94,2.53),and 1.85(1.63,2.11),*** CVD mortality,the highest risk was observed for hemorrhagic stroke,ischemic stroke,and chronic kidney disease;the corresponding adjusted HRs(95%CIs)were 3.24(2.77,3.79),1.91(1.79,2.04),and 1.81(1.64,1.99),***-cause mortality was mostly attributable to cancer,heart failure and ischemic stroke,with PAFs of 11.8,10.2,and 9.1,*** for CVD mortality,the leading PAFs were heart failure,ischemic stroke and diabetes;the corresponding PAFs were 18.0,15.7,and 6.1,*** Multimorbidity was common and had a significant impact on mortality among older patients with CHD in Shenzhen,***,heart failure,ischemic stroke and diabetes are the primary contributors to ***,prioritizing improved treatment and management of these comorbidities is essential for the survival prognosis of CHD patients from a holistic public health perspective.

Mapping rapeseed planting areas using an automatic phenology-and pixel-based algorithm(APPA) in Google Earth Engine

The timely and rapid mapping of rapeseed planting areas is desirable for national food security. Most current rapeseed mapping methods depend strongly on images with good observations obtained during the flowering stages. Although vegetation indices have been proposed to identify the rapeseed flowering stage in some areas, automatically mapping rapeseed planting areas in large regions is still *** developed an automatic phenology-and pixel-based algorithm(APPA) by integrating Landsat 8 and Sentinel-1 satellite data. We found that the Normalized Rapeseed Flowering Index shows unique spectral characteristics during the flowering and post-flowering periods, which distinguish rapeseed parcels from other land-use types(urban, water, forest, grass, maize, wheat, barley, and soybean). To verify the robustness of APPA, we applied APPA to seven areas in five rapeseed-producing countries with flowering images unavailable. The rapeseed maps by APPA showed consistently high accuracies with producer accuracies of 0.87–0.93 and F-scores of 0.92–0.95 based on 4503 verification samples. They showed high spatial consistency at the pixel level with the land cover Scientific Expertise Centres(SEC) map in France,Crop Map of England in United Kingdom, national-scale crop-and land-cover map of Germany, and Annual Crop Inventory in Canada at the pixel level. We propose APPA as a highly promising method for automatically and efficiently mapping rapeseed areas.

The post-earthquake emergency period,which is a sensitive time segment just after an event,mainly focuses on saving life and restoring social *** improve the seismic resilience of city road networks,a resilience evaluation method used in the post-earthquake emergency period is *** road seismic damage index of a city road network can consider the influence of roads,bridges and buildings along the roads,*** road capacity after an earthquake.A function index for a city road network is developed,which reflects the connectivity,redundancy,traffic demand and traffic function of the *** optimization model for improving the road repair order in the post-earthquake emergency period is also developed according to the resilience evaluation,to enable decision support for city emergency management and achieve the best seismic resilience of the city road *** optimization model is applied to a city road network and the results illustrate the feasibility of the resilience evaluation and optimization method for a city road network in the post-earthquake emergency period.
