Comprehensive evaluation of multi-energy complementary ecosystem based on improved multicriteria decision-making method

The multi-energy complementary ecosystem is an important form of the modern energy system. However, standardized evaluation criteria and the corresponding method framework have not yet been formed, resulting in unclear standards and irregular processes of its construction. To cope with this issue, a novel comprehensive evaluation framework for multi-energy complementary ecosystems is proposed in this study. First, a 5D comprehensive evaluation criteria system, including environment, economy, technology, safety and systematicness, is constructed. Then, a novel multicriteria decision-making model integrating an analytic network process, entropy and preference-ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation under an intuitional fuzzy environment is proposed. Finally, four practical cases are used for model testing and empirical analysis. The results of the research show that the unit cost of the energy supply and the internal rate of return indexes have the highest weights of 0.142 and 0.010, respectively. It means that they are the focus in the construction of a multi-energy complementary ecosystem. The net flows of four cases are 0.015, 0.123, -0.132 and -0.005, indicating that cases with a variety of energy supply forms and using intelligent management and control platforms to achieve cold, heat and electrical coupling have more advantages. A novel evaluation framework for multi-energy ecosystems is developed based on 5 criteria and using a multicriteria decision-making model integrating an analytic network process, entropy and preference-ranking organization method in an intuitional fuzzy environment. In this paper, we propose a novel anomaly detection method for data centers based on a combination of graphstructure and abnormal attention mechanism. The method leverages the sensor monitoring data from targetpower substations to construct multidimensional time series. These time series are subsequently transformed intograph structures, and corresponding adjacency matrices are obtained. By incorporating the adjacency matricesand additional weights associated with the graph structure, an aggregation matrix is derived. The aggregationmatrix is then fed into a pre-trained graph convolutional neural network (GCN) to extract graph structure ***, both themultidimensional time series segments and the graph structure features are inputted into a pretrainedanomaly detectionmodel, resulting in corresponding anomaly detection results that help identify abnormaldata. The anomaly detection model consists of a multi-level encoder-decoder module, wherein each level includesa transformer encoder and decoder based on correlation differences. The attention module in the encoding layeradopts an abnormal attention module with a dual-branch structure. Experimental results demonstrate that ourproposed method significantly improves the accuracy and stability of anomaly detection.

A simulation analysis and an experiment are carried out to investigate how the gap difference between the breaks of a direct current vacuum circuit breakers with multi-breaks(MB-DC VCB)caused by the mechanism dispersion of the breaker influences the distribution of TRV among the *** interruption model of MB-DC VCB,combining the continuous transition model,is established to analyse the rising rate of transient recovery voltage and the dielectric strength recovery speed of the breaks for MB-DC VCB under different gap difference *** on the experimental platform of dual break DC vacuum circuit breaker breaking,the correctness of the simulation model is verified on a DC VCB with the double-breaks interruption experimental ***,a model is applied to the non-synchronous interruption simulation of a DC VCB with *** relationship between the TRVs of the breaks under different gap difference conditions is analysed using the comparative analysis method,obtaining the maximum gap difference at the moment of breaking *** results of this study show that large-gap breaks have a higher TRV than small-gap breaks(the fracture of the action delay module),with double fractures reaching 1.4 times and triple fractures reaching a maximum of 1.52 times;the ability of small-gap breaks to withstand TRV is weak,giving rise to re-breakdown or even interruption failure;as the number of fractures increases,the maximum gap difference also *** the synchronous interruption ability of the MB-DC VCB is conducive to improving the interruption performance and interruption success rate of this type of a circuit breaker.

The automatic collection of power grid situation information, along with real-time multimedia interaction between the front and back ends during the accident handling process, has generated a massive amount of power grid data. While wireless communication offers a convenient channel for grid terminal access and data transmission, it is important to note that the bandwidth of wireless communication is limited. Additionally, the broadcast nature of wireless transmission raises concerns about the potential for unauthorized eavesdropping during data transmission. To address these challenges and achieve reliable, secure, and real-time transmission of power grid data, an intelligent security transmission strategy with sensor-transmission-computing linkage is proposed in this paper. The primary objective of this strategy is to maximize the confidentiality capacity of the system. To tackle this, an optimization problem is formulated, taking into consideration interruption probability and interception probability as constraints. To efficiently solve this optimization problem, a low-complexity algorithm rooted in deep reinforcement learning is designed, which aims to derive a suboptimal solution for the problem at hand. Ultimately, through simulation results, the validity of the proposed strategy in guaranteed communication security, stability, and timeliness is substantiated. The results confirm that the proposed intelligent security transmission strategy significantly contributes to the safeguarding of communication integrity, system stability, and timely data delivery.

When a line failure occurs in a power grid, a load transfer is implemented to reconfigure the network by changingthe states of tie-switches and load demands. Computation speed is one of the major performance indicators inpower grid load transfer, as a fast load transfer model can greatly reduce the economic loss of post-fault powergrids. In this study, a reinforcement learning method is developed based on a deep deterministic policy *** tedious training process of the reinforcement learning model can be conducted offline, so the model showssatisfactory performance in real-time operation, indicating that it is suitable for fast load transfer. Consideringthat the reinforcement learning model performs poorly in satisfying safety constraints, a safe action-correctionframework is proposed to modify the learning model. In the framework, the action of load shedding is correctedaccording to sensitivity analysis results under a small discrete increment so as to match the constraints of line flowlimits. The results of case studies indicate that the proposed method is practical for fast and safe power grid loadtransfer.
