In recent years,the expansion of the power grid has led to a continuous increase in the number of consumers within the distribution ***,due to the scarcity of historical data for these new consumers,it has become a com-plex challenge to accurately forecast their electricity demands through traditional forecasting *** paper proposes an innovative short-term residential load forecasting method that harnesses advanced clustering,deep learning,and transfer learning technologies to address this *** begin,this paper leverages the domain adversarial transfer *** employs limited data as target domain data and more abundant data as source domain data,thus enabling the utilization of source do-main insights for the forecasting task of the target ***,a K-shape clustering method is proposed,which effec-tively identifies source domain data that align optimally with the target domain,and enhances the forecasting ***-sequently,a composite architecture is devised,amalgamating at-tention mechanism,long short-term memory network,and seq2seq *** composite structure is integrated into the domain adversarial transfer network,bolstering the perfor-mance of feature extractor and refining the forecasting *** illustrative analysis is conducted using the residential load dataset of the Independent System Operator to validate the proposed method *** the case study,the relative mean square error of the proposed method is within 30 MW,and the mean absolute percentage error is within 2%.A signifi-cant improvement in accuracy,compared with other compara-tive experimental results,underscores the reliability of the pro-posed *** findings unequivocally demonstrate that the proposed method advocated in this paper yields superior fore-casting results compared with prevailing mainstream forecast-ing methods.

For digital image transmission security and information copyright,a new holographic image self-embedding watermarking encryption scheme is ***,the plaintext is converted to the RGB three-color channel,the corresponding phase hologram is obtained by holographic technology and the watermark is self-embedded in the frequency ***,by applying the Hilbert transform principle and genetic center law,a complete set of image encryption algorithms is constructed to realize the encryption of image ***,simulation results and security analysis indicate that the scheme can effectively encrypt and decrypt image information and realize the copyright protection of *** introduced scheme can provide some support for relevant theoretical research,and has practical significance.

Cadmium(Cd)pollution poses a serious threat to plant growth and *** have shown great application potential for alleviation of Cd toxicity to *** this study,we applied graphitic carbon nitride nanosheets(g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs)for alleviation of Cd-toxicity to soybean(Glycine max L.).The g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs supplementation significantly improved plant growth and reduced oxidative damage in the Cd-toxicated soybean seedlings through hydroponic ***,the g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs dynamically regulated the root cell wall(RCW)components by increasing pectin content and modifying its demethylation via enhancing pectin methylesterase(PME)activity,therefore greatly enhanced stronger RCW-Cd retention(up to 82.8%)and reduced Cd migration to the ***,the g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs reversed the Cd-induced chlorosis,increased photosynthetic efficiency because of enhancement in F_v/F_mration,Y(Ⅱ)and sugars *** results provide new insights into the alleviation of Cd toxicity to plants by g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs,and shed light on the application of low-cost and environmental-friendly carbon-based NMs for alleviating heavy metal toxicity to plants.

The aim of this paper was to study the effect of combination of Lactobacillus strains and tryptophan-rich diet on the intestinal barrier function of Balb/c mice exposed to a cocktail of antibiotics (ABX)and dextran sodium sulfate (DSS). Several Lactobacillus strains isolated from the healthy human fecal sample was found to utilize tryptophan(Trp) to produce indole derivatives. The results of Trp metabolism indicated that the ability of Lactobacillus to metabolize Trp to produce Indole-3-lactic Acid (ILA)， indole-3-carboxaldehyde (I3A)， and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA)varies in vitro and in vivo. The effect of Lactobacillus with high-yielding indole derivatives on disease activity index (DAI)， colon length， and intestinal permeability was significantly better than that of Lactobacillus with low-yielding indole derivatives in a high Trp diet. And Lactobacillus combined with Trp intervention also had a certain regulatory effect on the intestinal flora of male Balb/C mice. Among them， Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) DPUL-S164 produced more ILA both in vivo and in vitro， and the combination of L. plantarum DPUL-S164 and Trp significantly decreased the expression level of the serum pro-inflammatory cytokine interleukin (IL)-6 and increased the expression level of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10， significantly improved the number of goblet cells in the mouse mucous layer and increased mucin and tight junction protein expression. Furthermore， L. plantarum DPUL-S164 combined with Trp intervention activated the aryl hydrocarbon receptors (AhR) signaling pathway. Furthermore， we found that the expression of colonic tight junction protein was positively correlated with the expression of colonic AhR， and the expression of AhR was positively correlated with the concentrations of ILA and I3A in vivo. Therefore， we conclude that the ILA as AhR ligand produced by L. plantarum DPUL-S164 regulated the AhR pathway， thus up-regulating the expression of the tight junction

Biological structural materials not only exhibit remarkable mechanical properties but also often embody dynamic characteristics such as environmental responsiveness,autonomy,and self-healing,which are difficult to achieve in conventional engineering *** merging materials science,synthetic biology,and other disciplines,engineered living materials(ELMs)provide a promising solution to combine living organisms with abiotic components,thus facilitating the construction of functional“living”*** natural materials,ELMs possess vitality and hold immense application potential in areas such as medicine,electronics,and construction,captivating increasing research attention *** an emerging branch of ELMs,structural ELMs aim to mimic living biological structural materials by achieving desired mechanical performance while maintaining important“living”*** we summarize the recent progress and provide our perspectives for this emerging research *** first summarize the superiority of structural ELMs by reviewing biological structural materials and biomimetic material design ***,we provide a systematic discussion on the definition and classifications of structural ELMs,their mechanical performance,and physiological ***,we summarize some critical challenges faced by structural ELMs and highlight directions of future *** hope this review article can provide a timely summary of the state of the art and relevant perspectives for future development of structural ELMs.

The increasing need for electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding of electronics in cold environments such as those in aircraft,space exploration,and wearable heaters to avoid hazardous icing conditions or hypothermia requires the development of thin and lightweight EMI shielding materials preferably by absorbing rather than reflecting electromagnetic(EM)waves while also generating heat through energy-efficient electrothermal ***,it is challenging to achieve absorption-dominant EMI shielding and energy-efficient electrothermal heating simultaneously in a thin and lightweight ***,we develop a heterogeneous composite film comprising a porous multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)/bacterial cellulose(BC)film and an aligned MXene/Ag nanowires(NWs)backing via a sequential vacuum filtration *** porous film contains random conductive networks of MWCNTs with moderate conductivity while the aligned MXene sheets atop Ag NWs network affords high conductivity in the backing,giving rise to graded electrical conductivity for absorption-dominant EMI *** increasing Ag NW coverage leads to significantly increased electrical conductivity without increasing the EM wave reflection as well as the density and thickness of the film,yielding excellent specific EMI shielding effectiveness(>8500 dB/(g·cm^(2))),low driving voltage for energy-efficient electrothermal heating(163℃at 2.5 V),and fast response time(60 s)at a low areal density of 0.015 mg/cm^(2).Combining EMI shielding and electrothermal heating,the heterogeneous film developed here are promising contenders for the protection of electronic equipment in low-temperature environment.

The main goal of the article is the creation and study of thermosensitive and wound-healing gelatin-alginate bio-polymer hydrogels modiﬁed with humic *** rheological properties,swelling and contraction behavior were experimentally investigated,elucidated using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and used to achieve the physiological melting point,which is necessary for successful drug *** has been shown that in the gelatin-alginate-humic acid biopolymer hydrogels systems,it is possible to obtain a gel-sol transition temperature close to the physiological temperature of 37°C,which is important for drug delivery in the treatment of *** changing the type and concentration of humic acids in the gelatin-alginate hydrogel,it turned out to be achiev-able to regulate the softening time of the gel on the human body in the range from 6 to 20 min,which provides the possibility of controlled prolonged delivery of *** on the study of the inﬂuence of calcium ions on the properties of humic acids and ion exchange,as well as the interaction of humic acids,sodium alginate and gelatin with the formation of tighter gel networks,approaches to regulate the rate of softening of hydrogels at physiological temperature and their swelling,which simulates the absorption of exudate,were proposed and *** addition,low shrinkage of the hydrogel surface due to cross-linking of gelatin-alginate networks when modiﬁed with humic acids was experimentally conﬁrmed,which is important for avoiding problems of wound contracture and contour deformations when using dressings for wound ***,the developed opti-mized innovative biopolymer hydrogels synergistically combine the outstanding properties of natural molecular polymers and humic acids and are promising for the creation of effective medicines for wound healing.

This article mainly investigates the fuzzy optimization robust control issue for nonlinear networked systems characterized by the interval type-2(IT2)fuzzy technique under a differential evolution *** provide a more reasonable utilization of the constrained communication channel,a novel adaptive memory event-triggered(AMET)mechanism is developed,where two event-triggered thresholds can be dynamically adjusted in the light of the current system information and the transmitted historical *** conditions with less conservative design of the fuzzy imperfect premise matching(IPM)controller are presented by introducing the Wirtinger-based integral inequality,the information of membership functions(MFs)and slack ***,under the IPM policy,a new MFs intelligent optimization technique that takes advantage of the differential evolution algorithm is first provided for IT2 TakagiSugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems to update the fuzzy controller MFs in real-time and achieve a better system control ***,simulation results demonstrate that the proposed control scheme can obtain better system performance in the case of using fewer communication resources.
