Objective:To explore the clinical effect of iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy for immediate repair in children with young permanent teeth crown ***:From September 2017 to October 2018,80 children(80 affected teeth)with young permanent teeth crown fracture who treated in the hospital were selected as the research *** number table method was used to divide them into observation and control groups with each group of forty patients(40 affected teeth).The children in the control group were treated with calcium hydroxide resin,while the observation group were treated with iRoot BP Plus for immediate *** surgical success rate was compared between the two groups,and the pulp vitality before and after treatment were ***:At 3 months and 6 months after surgery,the success rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The percentage of children with negative pulp activity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate repair with iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy in children with young permanent teeth crown fracture has significant clinical effect.

Background: Nurses serve as the primary source of care for minor patients in intensive care units. Even though they support both patients and their relatives, these nurses may experience moral distress from their profession. While managing their daily relationships with their patients, nurses must also be able to control their actions to feel that they are from a social unit and feel their competence in association with ***: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress among nurses working in children's units and pediatric intensive care wards. Methods: This descriptive/comparative cross-sectional study was conducted in 2015 using 120 nurses as subjects. Subjects were selected using the census method. The research tools used to gain measurable data were the Pankratznursing questionnaire(PNQ) and Corley'sMoral distress scale (MDS). In order to analyze the collected data, descriptive statistic tests such as the relative frequency distribution, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson correlation test, T-test, ANOVA, and regression were used. The SPSSv.20 software was also used to analyze the data obtained. Results: The relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress revealed that there was a significant positive relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress in the intensity (r=0.39;P<0.001) and the iteration (r=0.41;P<0.001). In addition, professional autonomy predicted 18% of changes in intensity of moral distress in total(MR = 0.42, R2 = 0.18) and also professional au-tonomy predicted 25% of iteration in moral distress in total(MR = 0.507, R2= 0.25). Conclusions: The results of this study revealed that there was a direct positive relationship between professional autonomy and moral distress.

[Objectives]To explore nursing strategy for comprehensive treatment of children with fulminant myocarditis by multidisciplinary team(MDT),and clarify the nursing emphasis and difficulties in the treatment of fulminant myocarditis in children.[Methods]Retrospective analysis was made on three cases of fulminant myocarditis in children treated in Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City from January 2021 to January *** different clinical characteristics and treatment plans were analyzed and compared,and the nursing emphasis and difficulties in comprehensive treatment of fulminant myocarditis in children were discussed.[Results]The minimum age of three children with fulminant myocarditis was 11 days old,and the remaining two children were 9-12 years *** three children were successfully treated,in which two cases were treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)combining with mechanical ventilation(MV),including one case of neonatal explosive *** case was treated with temporary cardiac pacing *** psychological counseling and nursing of children with fulminant myocarditis and their guardians were also critical to the successful treatment and good prognosis of the disease.[Conclusions]The condition of fulminant myocarditis in children is dangerous,and it should closely observe the changes of the illness *** key to successful treatment is to start a comprehensive treatment plan based on life support as early as *** key point of nursing is to closely assist in observing the condition at the early stage,assist in maintaining and operation during advanced life support period,and avoid *** the same time,strengthening the psychological care of pediatric patients and guardians and health education after leaving hospital are the key and difficult points of nursing.

A Scale of Parental Anxiety about pediatric Emergency Medical Care Services of Japan: Development, Reliability, Validity, Generalizability and Usefulness

Aim: The purpose of this study was to develop a scale, “parental anxiety about pediatric emergency medical care services” (PAPEMCS), and to evaluate its psychometric properties. Methods: Participants were 14,510 parents with children 6 years old or younger in Kagawa Prefecture. Using each half of the participants, exploratory factor analysis was performed to generate items and factors for the PAPEMCS, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to establish the construct validity. The generalizability of the PAPEMCS was evaluated by congruence tests and multigroup CFA. The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the relationship between the PAPEMCS and non-urgent usage of pediatric emergency medical care services (PEMCS). Results: The PAPEMCS compromised 4 factors: “anxiety about quality of PEMCS”, “anxiety about PEMCS system”, “anxiety about public support”, and “anxiety about private support”. All reliability estimates (polychoric ordinal alpha coefficients, item-rest correlations), the item discrimination, 5 fit indices for CFA, the convergent validity (indicator reliabilities, composite reliabilities, average variance extracteds), and the discriminant validity fulfilled the acceptability thresholds. All generalizability estimates fulfilled the predetermined levels of acceptability (Tucker’s congruence coefficients, congruence tests, strict factorial invariance). The usefulness of the PAPEMCS was established by the higher scores of the PAPEMCS being related to non-urgent usage of PEMCS. Conclusions: The PAPEMCS demonstrated satisfactory reliability, validity, generalizability and usefulness. The PAPEMCS is useful to quantify the contents and extent of parental anxiety about PEMCS, and to clarify the mechanisms of non-urgent PEMCS usage.

This aim is to clarify thinking process of nursing students’ clinical judgment, i.e., how nursing students act and think and what influences this thinking process of identifying approaches necessary for the children under their care in pediatric nursing practicum. By the analysis of M-GTA, students concurrently performed “A: Analytically contemplating the state of this child’s body” and “B: Contextually contemplating this child’s?individuality”. As a result, they acquired “C: Understandingof this child as a familiar existence.” This allows students to enable them to “D: Identify the necessary approach using judgment criteria for this child.” Furthermore, as situations that promote thinking by relating to all processes of thinking, students experienced “E: Attempts to solve problems through various measures” and “F: Encouragement of thinking through reflection.” Meanwhile, “G: Stagnation of thinking because of concerning matters” inhibited the progress of thinking. We found a need for education after grasping the process of student thought.

Objective:To investigate the levels of serum vitamin D and IgE in infants with different allergic risks and to analyze their ***:In the present study,the participants were selected and recruited from the infant ward of our hospital from February 2012 to December 2012.A total of 120 patients were selected and *** these patients,64 patients with symptoms of allergic diseases were assigned to the experimental *** remaining 56 patients who had respiratory infections,but without other symptoms of allergic diseases,were assigned to the control *** serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels were measured using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and the IgE levels were measured using radioimmunoassay in both experimental and control ***,the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 levels and IgE levels were compared between the experimental group and control ***:The following findings were obtained through data *** serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the experimental group was 18.19±7.84 ng/mL,and the IgE level was 551.51±705.88 IU/*** serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the control group was 21.95±7.834 ng/mL,IgE level was 49.39±32.46 IU/*** data comparison indicates that the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in the control group was higher than the experimental group,and the IgE level in the control group was lower than the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of vitamin D3 in patients with allergic symptoms is relatively *** may be one of the causes leading to *** the same time,IgE is also one of the causes contributing to *** elevation of the IgE level is very likely to cause the allergic,and there is a correlation between serum vitamin D and IgE *** the same time,research has found that proper supplementation of vitamin D3 can help prevent allergic diseases,and can be considered in a new and highquality program for the prevention of allergic diseases.
