Effect of Doping on Microstructure and Technical Usage Property of Tantalum Wire

Effect of different dopants and various dopants quantity at different annealing temperatures on microstructure of tantalum wire, bending of tantalum wire after sintering and bending after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering were investigated through observation of microstructure and testing of bending of tantalum wire after sintering and bending after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering. The results show that the recrystallization temperature of tantalum wire increases and the grain of microstructure can be reduced with the increase of dopants quantity. At the same time, the effect of dopant Ce on reduction of the grain is more obvious than that of dopant Ge. The bending time of tantalum wire after sintering increases with the increase of dopant Ge or Ce quantity. Under the same condition, the bending time of tantalum wire after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering worsens with the increase of oxygen content in tantalum powder. The bending time of tantalum wire doped with Ge and Ce after pressing into tantalum powder and sintering is better than that of tantalum wire doped with Ge, while that of tantalum wire doped with Ge is better than that of pure one when oxygen content in tantalum powder is not too high.

Xylooligosaccharides(XOS)are mainly derived from lignocellulosic materials,such as rice husk,corn cobs,straw,wheat bran,wheat straw and other grain *** have become one of the functional oligosaccharides of great concern at home and abroad due to their beneficial functional properties,such as low calorie,high stability,poor digestibility and high performance in proliferating *** present,the XOS extraction methods from grain byproducts mainly include autohydrolysis,acidolysis and *** them,autohydrolysis has high requirements for equipment for achieving higher extraction rate and higher purity of products;and acidolysis can cause environmental pollution due to the usage of harmful *** is the most common method for the production of XOS because of its high convenience,high efficiency and no pollution;and the widely used enzyme is the xylanase from Aspergillus *** researches have showed that XOS can be utilized by probiotics such as Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus to exert prebiotic effects,such as optimizing intestinal flora,promoting intestinal health,improving intestinal barrier,enhancing immune function,improving antioxidant capacity and so ***,XOS extracted from the grain byproducts contain a large amount of impurities,which limits their industrial application and makes it dif-ficult to control the product ***,XOS refining,separation and purification has become the key to their subsequent industrial *** paper reviewed the current status of XOS extraction technologies from various grain by-products,and also summarized the prebiotic effect of XOS to provide reference for industrial production of XOS and its wide application in prebiotics market,thereby facilitating utilization and development of grain byproducts.

Most existing image inpainting methods aim to fill in the missing content in the inside-hole region of the target image. However, the areas to be restored in realistically degraded images are unspecified. Previous studies have failed to recover the degradations due to the absence of the explicit mask indication. Meanwhile, inconsistent patterns are blended complexly with the image content. Therefore, estimating whether certain pixels are out of distribution and considering whether the object is consistent with the context is necessary. Motivated by these observations, a two-stage blind image inpainting network, which utilizes global semantic features of the image to locate semantically inconsistent regions and then generates reasonable content in the areas, is proposed. Specifically, the representation differences between inconsistent and available content are first amplified, iteratively predicting the region to be restored from coarse to fine. A confidence-driven inpainting network based on prediction masks is then used to estimate the information regarding missing regions. Furthermore, a multiscale contextual aggregation module is introduced for spatial feature transfer to refine the generated contents. Extensive experiments over multiple datasets demonstrate that the proposed method can generate visually plausible and structurally complete results that are particularly effective in recovering diverse degraded images.

The effects of different feeds and feeding regimes on growth performance, flesh quality and fecal viscosity of Atlantic salmon （Salmo salar L.） in recirculating aquaculture systems （***） were investigated. Fish （initial body weight of 1677 g＋ 157 g） were fed with four commercial feeds （Nosan salmon-NS, Aller gold-AG, Skretting salmon-SS and Hart ye-HY） in two feeding regimes （80% and 100% satiation） for 78 d. The results showed that salmon specific growth ratio （SGR） and weight gain ratio （WGR） were significantly affected by feed type and feeding regime （P〈0.05）. Feed conversion ratio （FCR） varied between 0.93 and 3.40, which was significantly affected by feed type （P〈0.05）, and slightly improved with increased satiation degree. The activities of digestive enzymes including protease, lipase and amylase were also significantly affected by feed type and feeding regime （P〈0.05）, increasing with satiation degree. Flesh qualities for vitamin E, hydroxyproline （HYP）, liquid loss and muscle pH among all groups showed significant differences （P〈0.05）, ranging from 26.67 to 29.67, while no obvious difference was found in flesh color. Fecal viscosity for different treatments showed no significant difference, though improvement was found in 100% satiation group. From present experiment, it was concluded that both feed type and feeding regime can affect the important quality attributes of Atlantic salmon.

In this study, several kinds of flexible protective materials sprayed with polyurea elastomers （hereinafter referred to as polyurea elastomer protective material） were adopted to meet the abrasion resistance requirement of hydraulic structures, and their abrasion resistances against the water flow with suspended load or bed load were studied systematically through tests. Natural basalt stones were adopted as the abrasive for simulation of the abrasion effect of the water flow with bed load, and test results indicate that the basalt stone is suitable for use in the abrasion resistance test of the flexible protective material. The wear process of the polyurea elastomer protective material is stable, and the wear loss is linear with the time of abrasion. If the wear thickness is regarded as the abrasion resistance evaluation factor, the abrasion resistance of the 351 pure polyurea is about twice those of pure polyurea with a high level of hardness and aliphatic polyurea, and over five times that of high-performance abrasion-resistant concrete under the abrasion of the water flow with suspended load. It is also about 50 times that of high-performance abrasion-resistant concrete under the abrasion of the water flow with bed load. Overall, the abrasion resistance of pure polyurea presented a decreasing trend with increasing hardness. Pure polyurea with a Shore hardness of D30 has the best abrasion resistance, which is 60 to 70 times that of high-performance abrasion-resistant concrete under the abrasion of the water flow with bed load, and has been recommended, among the five kinds of pure polyurea materials with different hardness, in anti-abrasion protection of hydraulic structures.

Hatchery-roared juvenile black sea breams are characterized by a low level of highly unsaturated fatty acids in their bodies, as compared with wild fish. To assess the effect of docosahaxaenoic acid （DHA） on lipegenic and lipelysis enzymes, one-year fish were roared on a casein-based purified diet and a DHA fortified diet （ 1.5% DHA ethyl ester/kg diet） for 60 d, followed with a period of 55 d for starvation. Dietary DHA was effectively incorporated into the fish body. Fortification of DHA depressed activities of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and NADP-isocitrate dehydrogenase as lipogenic enzymes in the hepatopancroas and intraperitoneal fat body. Carnitine palmitoyltransferase as lipolysis enzyme in the hepatopancreas was active in the DHA fortified fish. Starvation after feeding experiment induced increased carnitine palmitoyltransferase activity in both control and DHA fortified fish and the activity remained higher in the DHA fortified fish, while the monoenes were selectively consumed prior to highly unsaturated fatty acids. These results indicated that dietary DHA depressed lipogenesis and activated lipolysis.

An Advanced Oscillation Mixing Method for Improving the cooling Uniformity in Quenching

In quenching, the cooling uniformity is most important to diminish distortion occurring on work pieces. As a trial to accomplish uniform cooling, therefore, there exist various mixing methods of a quenchant and the quenchant circulation with an external pump has so far been the well accepted mixing method. However, this study proposes an advanced oscillation mixing method that can improve more the cooling uniformity in quenching. The proposed method includes a stirrer in oscillating motion, so that the simultaneous oscillating and mixing movements of the stirrer are considered to provide effectively the uniform cooling characteristics for the quenchant. In comparison with the case of the circulation pump mixing, the investigation using the oscillation mixing method has demonstrated the following two experimental facts: (1) the short vapor blanket stage caused by the quick breakage of the oil vapor blanket and (2) the reduced variation of the quenching distortion.

AIM: To evaluate the effects of cordyceps militaris extract (CME) on angiogenesis and tumor growth. METHODS:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC), HT1080, and B16-F10 cells were used. DNA fragment, angio-genic related gene expressions (MMPs, bFGF, VEGF, etc), capillary tube formation, wound healing in vitro, tumorgrowth in vivo were measured. RESULTS: CME inhibited growth of HUVECs and HT1080 (Pcompared withcontrol group (PcoNCLUSION: CME has antiangiogenetic properties.
