In the given work results of researches asymmetric rolling on reversive mill 5000 are considered. Stone coal,which has high ash yield,low carbon content,and low calorific value,releases toxic elements during the combustion *** this study,samples were collected from an open-pit stone coal mine in the southern Shaanxi province,China.A simulated combustion experiment and sequential chemical extraction were applied to investigate the enrichment,occurrence,and release of Cr,Cd,and Pb in raw stone coal and *** contents of Cr,Cd,and Pb in raw stone coal were larger than those reported for other coals in China and *** enrichment factors of Cr,Cd,and Pb in ash at different temperatures exceeded 0.7,with the exception of Cd at 1000 ℃.This indicates that Cr,Cd,and Pb were first enriched at low temperature (below 600 ℃) and then volatilized at high temperature due to the decomposition of clay *** dominant forms of toxic elements in raw stone coal were Fe-Mn-bound Cr and Cd and carbonates of *** the temperature increased,the organic forms decreased obviously,and the residual forms increased;however,the Fe-Mn-bound forms remained the dominant forms of Cr,Cd,and Pb.

The article presents a new technological solution to improve the safety of embankment bases on taliks during construction periods. The use of geotextile-sleeved sand columns and geogrids on low-temperature permafrost is investigated. The correlations between mechanical and temperature processes under this in-depth base improvement method are calculated.

Herein an estimation is given to the efficiency of nuclear explosive devices in a space-rocket complex to withdraw Hazardous Space Objects （HS0）-asteroids and cometary nuclei from the trajectories leading to their dangerous entry to the atmosphere and falling to the Earth. A conceptual choice of parameters and schemes of application of nuclear explosive devices in impact modules of space-rocket complexes to ensure asteroidal-cometary safety was made.

As a result of research into the cold rolling theory and practice, a complex of mathematical models and model-based process solutions has been elaborated to improve quality of cold rolled steel strips and reduce energy consumption. The use of the above designs made it possible to establish a number of new regularities and employ them for cold rolling practice improvement and cold-rolled strip quality upgrading.

During state perception of a power system, fragments of harmonic data are inevitably lost owing to the loss of synchronization signals, transmission delays, instrument failures, or other factors. A harmonic data recovery method is proposed based on multivariate norm matrix in this paper. The proposed method involves dynamic time warping for correlation analysis of harmonic data, normalized cuts for correlation clustering of power-quality monitoring devices, and adaptive alternating direction method of multipliers for multivariable norm joint optimization. Compared with existing data recovery methods, our proposed method maintains excellent recovery accuracy without requiring prior information or optimization of the power-quality monitoring device. Simulation results on the IEEE 39-bus and IEEE 118-bus test systems demonstrate the low computational complexity of the proposed method and its robustness against noise. In addition, the application of the proposed method to field data from a real-world system provides consistent results with those obtained from simulations.

A multi-block model and a corresponding computer program have been developed which predict the kinematics of ***,a unique event for studying different models simulating the triggering and movement of landslides is the 2008Wenchuan earthquake in the mountainous region in Sichuan Province of China,which caused a large number of rapid *** purpose of the paper is two-fold:(a)to propose and incorporate into the multi-block model constitutive relations predicting soil response along slip surfaces,and(b)to apply the multi-block model with the constitutive relations at landslides triggered by the Wenchuan *** proposed constitutive equations predict the shape of the shear stress-displacement response measured in ring shear *** the application,four landslides caused by the Wenchuan earthquake were *** in one of these landslides the shear resistance-displacement response along the slip surface has been measured in laboratory *** this landslide,the triggering and movement of the landslide was *** the other landslides,back analyses were performed and it was observed that the multi-block model predicted reasonably well the final configuration of all *** addition,as the measured and back-estimated total friction angle of all landslides was less than 180,and the materials along the slip surface were sandy,it is inferred that some,or all of the slip surface during these slides was sheared in an undrained manner and excess pore pressures generated during sliding played a key role in the triggering and movement of these ***,the paper(A)proposed and validated a multi-block constitutive model which can be applied to predict the triggering and movement of earthquake-induced slides and(B)by analyzing four landslides of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake,it concludes that some,or all of the slip surface during these slides,was sheared in an undrained manner and excess pore pressures generated during s
