The housing price has been paid close attention by people in all walks of life,and the development of big data provides a new data environment for the study of urban housing *** price data of four national central cities (Beijing,Shanghai,guangzhou and Wuhan) are taken as research *** the help of software GIS,exploratory spatial data analysis method is used to depict the spatial distribution pattern of urban housing price,and commonness and difference of spatial distribution of housing price are *** conclusions are as below:①regional imbalance of housing price in national central cities is significant.②Spatial distribution of urban housing price in Beijing,Shanghai,guangzhou and Wuhan presents a polycentric pattern,and there is obvious spatial agglomeration.③The internal change of housing price in different cities has significant spatial ***,Shanghai,guangzhou and Wuhan are taken as typical city samples for research,with reference and practical significance,which could help to effectively predict spatial development trend of housing prices in other first and second tier *** research aims to provide certain reference for the government implementing real estate control policies according to local conditions,project location and reasonable pricing of real estate developers.

Determination of Total Flavonoids in Leaves of Tetracera asiatica

[Objectives] This study was conducted to determine and compare the contents of flavonoids in the leaves of Tetracera asiatica , an ethnic medicine from different habitats, in order to provide a basis for the quality control of its medicinal materials. [Methods] The flavonoid compounds in the leaves of T. asiatica were reflux-extracted in a water bath, and the total flavonoid content in T. asiatica was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. [Results] The total flavonoid content in T. asiatica leaves varied according to different habitats. The highest content was found in Gaofeng (19.41%) of Guangxi, followed by Huizhou (16.88%) of Guangdong and Hong Kong (16.76%). The lowest total flavonoid content was found in Shangcuntang (3.91%) of Bobai County, Guangxi, followed by Beiliu (4.15%), Guangxi. The total flavonoid contents in the samples ranged from 3.91% to 19.41%, with an average content of about 12.36%. [Conclusions] The UV spectrophotometry method is easy to operate, and has good repeatability, accurate detection results, and high reliability, and can be used for the determination of flavonoids in T. asiatica .

Downward shift of gas hydrate stability zone due to seafloor erosion in the eastern Dongsha Island,South China Sea

New acquired and reprocessed three-dimensional(3D)seismic data were used to delineate the distribution and characterization of bottom simulating reflections(BSRs)in the Chaoshan Sag,in the eastern part of Dongsha Island,South China *** submarine canyons with different scales were interpreted from the 3D seismic data,displaying three stages of canyon development and are related with the variation of *** faults were identified from the coherence and ant-tracing attributions extracted from 3D seismic data,which provide the evidence for fluid migration from deeper sediments to the gas hydrate stability zone(GHSZ).The uplift of Dongsha Island created a large number of faults and leads to the increased seafloor *** erosion caused the cooling of the seafloor sediments and deepening of the base of the gas hydrate stability zone,which is attributed to the presence of paleo-BSR and BSR downward shift in the study ***,methane gas may be released during the BSR resetting and gas hydrate dissociation related with seafloor erosion.

Background:Resting heart rate(RHR)is considered as a strong predictor of total mortality and hospitalization due to heart failure in hypertension *** fumarate,a second-generation beta-adrenoreceptor blockers(β-blocker)is commonly prescribed drug to manage *** present study was to retrospectively evaluate changes in the average RHR and its association with cardiovascular outcomes in bisoprolol-treated coronary artery disease(CAD)patients from the CAD treated with bisoprolol(BISO-CAD)study who had comorbid ***::We performed ad-hoc analysis for hypertension sub-group of the BISO-CAD study(n=866),which was a phase IV,multination,multi-center,single-arm,observational study carried out from October 2011 to July 2015 across China,South Korea,and *** regression analysis was used to identify factors associated with incidence of composite cardiac clinical outcome(CCCO),the results were presented as adjusted odds ratio(OR)along with 95%confidence interval(CI)and adjusted P ***::A total of 681 patients(mean age:64.77±10.33 years)with hypertension from BISO-CAD study were included in the *** improved CCCOs in CAD patients with comorbid hypertension,with RHR<65 and<70 beats/min compared with RHR≥65 and≥75 beats/min,respectively,in the efficacy analysis(EA)*** addition,it lowered RHR in both intent-to-treat(ITT)and EA groups after 6,12,and 18 months of ***,RHR 70 to 74 beats/min resulted in significantly higher risk of CCCOs EA set of patients(adjusted OR:4.34;95%CI:1.19-15.89;P=0.03).Also,events of hospitalization due to acute coronary syndrome were higher when RHR 69 to 74 beats/min compared to RHR<69 beats/min in ITT ***::Bisoprolol can effectively reduce RHR in Asian CAD patients with comorbid hypertension and hence,improve CCCO without affecting their blood pressure.

Neutron-induced nuclear recoil background is critical to dark matter searches in the PandaX-4T liquid xenon *** this study,we investigate the features of neutron background in liquid xenon and evaluate its contribution in single scattering nuclear recoil events using three *** first method is fully based on Monte Carlo *** last two are data-driven methods that also use multiple scattering signals and high energy signals in the *** the PandaX-4T commissioning data with an exposure of 0.63 tonne-year,all these methods give a consistent result,i.e.,there are 1.15±0.57 neutron-induced backgrounds in the dark matter signal region within an approximated nuclear recoil energy window between 5 and 100 keV.

Objective Investigate the correlation between serum sclerostinlevel and chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder(CKD-MBD),especially vascular calcification,in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)*** This is across-sectional study,a total of 72 MHD patients were included from the first affiliated hospital of Jinan *** the biochemical indicators of mineral metabolism,renal function,and serum sclerostin level by *** abdominal aorta calcification score(AACS)was assessed according to Kauppila method on lateral spine imaging using *** were distributed into two groups according to the level of serum sclerostin:low sclerostingroup(≤125 pg/ml)and high sclerostingroup(>125 pg/ml).Analyze the association of serum sclerostin level with the indicators of *** There was significant difference in i PTH level between high sclerost in group and low sclerost in *** Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that dialysis duration,male and anuria were independent risk factor of high sclerostin level,and i PTH and Kt/V were protective *** Dialysis duration,man,anuria was independent risk factors and i PTH,Kt/V were protective factors of high serum sclerostin level in MHD *** was no correlation between abdominal aorta calcification and serum sclerostin level.
