Concise chemistry leads to a family of heptanuclear Co^(Ⅱ)-clusters,[Co_(7)(N_(3))_(12)(CH_(3)CN)_(12)][Y_(2)(NO_(3))_(4)(piv)_(4)]·2CH_(3)CN(DC1)(pivH=pivalic acid),[Co_(7)(N_(3))_(12)(CH_(3)CN)_(10)(NO_(3))_(0.4)(Cl)_(1.6)]·4CH_(3)CN(DC2)and[Co_(7)(N_(3))_(12)(CH_(3)CN)_(10)(NO_(3))_(2)]·4CH_(3)CN(DC3),in which the metal ions are exclusively bridged by end-on azido ligands to stabilize a beautiful disk-like *** resulting clusters exhibit interesting structural transformations and thermodynamically-distinct steady states verified by theoretical *** studies reveal the first observation of zero-field SMM behaviour in disk-like heptanuclear Co^(Ⅱ)complexes.

The attributable burden is codetermined by the exposure level and nontarget ***,the conventional method of health impact assessment based on preestablished exposure−response functions includes only a few well-known characteristics and thus is insufficient to capture the comprehensive *** aimed to develop a method to fuse health impact assessment with epidemiological analysis and to identify factors driving baseline *** method was applied to identify the factors underlying the change in the number of fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5))related deaths in China between 2000 and *** the study period,the number of PM_(2.5)-related deaths across China's Mainland increased by 0.62(95%CI:0.57,0.69)million,with 0.65(95%CI:0.47,0.91)million,0.55(95%CI:0.39,0.79)million,and 0.11(95%CI:0.06,0.18)million deaths being associated with increased PM_(2.5)exposure,population aging,and growth in population size,***,economic growth,urbanization,improvement of welfare services,and improvement of hospital services resulted in 0.25(95%CI:0.15,0.40)million,0.16(95%CI:0.10,0.27)million,0.16(95%CI:0.09,0.26)million,and 0.09(95%CI:0.05,0.15)million fewer deaths,*** indicated that increased exposure was the major driver of the change in the number of PM_(2.5)-related deaths,and economic growth was the main driver of increased resilience to air pollution.

Continual evolution of the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)virus has allowed for its gradual evasion of neutralizing antibodies(nAbs)produced in response to natural infection or *** rapid nature of these changes has incited a need for the development of superior broad nAbs(bnAbs)and/or the rational design of an antibody cocktail that can protect against the mutated virus ***,we report two angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 competing nAbs—8H12 and 3E2—with synergistic neutralization but evaded by some Omicron ***-electron microscopy reveals the two nAbs synergistic neutralizing virus through a rigorous pairing permitted by rearrangement of the 472-489 loop in the receptor-binding domain to avoid steric *** antibodies based on these two nAbs tremendously extend the neutralizing breadth and restore neutralization against recent variants including currently dominant ***,these findings expand our understanding of the potential strategies for the neutralization of SARS-CoV-2 variants toward the design of broad-acting antibody therapeutics and vaccines.

Despite the existence of many interventions to mitigate or adapt to the health effects of climate change,their effectiveness remains ***,we introduce the Comprehensive Evaluation Framework for Intervention on health Effects of Ambient Temperature to evaluate study designs and effects of intervention *** framework comprises three types of interventions:proactive,indirect,and direct,and four categories of indicators:classification,methods,scope,and *** trialed the framework by an evaluation of existing intervention *** evaluation revealed that each intervention has its own applicable characteristics in terms of effectiveness,feasibility,and generalizability *** expanded the framework's potential by offering a list of intervention recommendations in different *** applications are then explored to establish models of the relationship between study designs and intervention effects,facilitating effective interventions to address the health effects of ambient temperature under climate change.

The response patterns of microbial functional genes involved in biogeochemical cycles to cadaver decay is a central topic of recent environmental ***,the response mechanisms and pathways of the functional genes associated with the carbon(C)and nitrogen(N)cycling to cadaveric substances such as cadaverine and putrescine remain *** study explored the variation of functional genes associated with C fixation,C degradation and N cycling and their influencing factors under cadaverine,putrescine and mixed *** results showed only putrescine significantly increased the alpha diversity of C fixation genes,while reducing the alpha diversity of N cycling genes in *** the C cycling,the mixed treatment significantly decreased the total abundance of reductive acetyl-CoA pathway genes(i.e.,acsB and acsE)and lig gene linked to lignin degradation in water,while only significantly increasing the hydroxypropionate-hydroxybutylate cycle(i.e.,accA)gene abundance in *** the N cycling,mixed treatment significantly decreased the abundance of the nitrification(i.e.,amoB),denitrification(i.e.,nirS3)genes in water and the assimilation pathway gene(i.e.,gdhA)in *** factors(i.e.,total carbon and total nitrogen)were all negatively associated with the genes of C and N ***,cadaverine and putrescine exposure may inhibit the pathway in C fixation and N cycling,while promoting C *** findings can offer some new insight for the management of amine pollution caused by animal cadavers.
