Purpose:The study aimed to examine the reporting completeness of randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of non-pharmacological interventions following ***:We searched MEDLINE,Embase,PsycInfo,CINAHL,and Web of Science up to May *** reviewers independently screened studies and assessed reporting completeness using the Template for Intervention Description and Replication(TIDieR),Consensus on Exercise Reporting Template(CERT),and international Consensus on Therapeutic Exercise aNd Training(i-CONTENT)*** information was sought my study authors where reporting was *** of bias(ROB)was assessed with the Cochrane ROB-2 *** examining non-pharmacological interventions following ***:We included 89 RCTs(n=53 high ROB)examining 11 different interventions for concussion:sub-symptom threshold aerobic exercise,cervicovestibular therapy,physical/cognitive rest,vision therapy,education,psychotherapy,hyperbaric oxygen therapy,transcranial magnetic stimulation,blue light therapy,osteopathic manipulation,and head/neck *** scores were:TIDieR 9/12(75%;interquartile range(IQR)=5;range:5-12),CERT 17/19(89%;IQR=2;range:10-19),and i-CONTENT 6/7(86%;IQR=1;range:5-7).Percentage of studies completely reporting all items was TIDieR 35%(31/89),CERT 24%(5/21),and i-CONTENT 10%(2/21).Studies were more completely reported after publication of TIDieR(t_(87)=2.08;p=0.04)and CERT(t_(19)=2.72;p=0.01).Reporting completeness was not strongly associated with journal impact factor(TIDieR:rs=0.27;p=0.01;CERT:r_(s)=-0.44;p=0.06;i-CONTENT:r_(s)=-0.17;p=0.48)or ROB(TIDieR:rs=0.11;p=0.31;CERT:rs=0.04;p=0.86;i-CONTENT:rs=0.12;p=0.60).Conclusion:RCTs of non-pharmacological interventions following concussion demonstrate moderate to good reporting completeness,but are often missing key components,particularly modifications,motivational strategies,and qualified *** completeness improved after TIDieR and CERT publication,but p

Obstructive sleep apnea（OSA） is a serious type of sleep disorder that can lead to cardiometabolic and neurocognitive diseases. We utilized smart device-based photoplethysmography technology to collect sleep data from the Chinese population from 2019 to 2022. Distributed lag nonlinear models combined with a generalized nonlinear model or a linear mixed effects model were used to investigate the shortterm associations between daily temperature and indicators of OSA severity. We included a total of6,232,056 d of sleep monitoring data from 51,842 participants with moderate to severe risk of OSA from313 Chinese cities. The relationships between ambient temperature and OSA exacerbation, apneahypopnea index（AHI）, and minimum oxygen saturation（MinSpO2） were almost linear and present only on the same day. Higher temperatures were associated with a greater risk of OSA exacerbation, with an8.4%(95% confidence interval（CI）: 7.6%–9.3%) increase per 10 °C increase in temperature. A 10 °C increase in daily temperature corresponded to an AHI increase of 0.70 events/h（95% CI: 0.65–0.76）and a MinSpO2decrease of 0.18%（95% CI: 0.16%–0.19%）. Exposure to elevated temperatures during the night can also lead to adverse effects. The effects of higher temperatures on OSA severity were stronger among men, participants with a body mass index ≥ 24 kg/m2, those aged 45 years and older, individuals with a history of hypertension and diabetes, and during the cold season. This large-scale,nationwide, longitudinal study provides robust evidence suggesting that higher ambient temperatures may immediately worsen OSA.

Lung cancer has the highest mortality rate among all cancers,in part because it readily *** tumor microenvironment,comprising blood vessels,fibroblasts,immune cells,and macrophages[including tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)],is closely related to cancer cell growth,migration,and *** secrete several cytokines,including interleukin(IL)-1β,which participate in cancer migration and invasion.p21-activated kinase 1(PAK1),an important signaling molecule,induces cell migration and invasion in several ***responsive enhancer-binding protein(TonEBP)is also known to participate in cancer cell growth,migration,and ***,the mechanisms by which it increases lung cancer migration remain ***,in this study,we aimed to elucidate the mechanisms by which IL-1βand TonEBP affect lung cancer cell migration and *** found that A549 cocultured-MΦ-secreted IL-1βinduced A549 cell migration and invasion via the PAK1 *** deficiency reduced A549 cell migration and invasion and increased responsiveness to IL-1β–induced migration and ***1 phosphorylation,which was promoted by IL-1β,was reduced when TonEBP was *** results suggest that TonEBP plays an important role in IL-1βinduction and invasiveness of A549 cells via the PAK1 *** findings could be valuable in identifying potential targets for lung cancer treatment.

Comparative analysis of unipolar and bipolar plasma electrolytic oxidation coatings on Al-Mg laminated macro composites

Al-Mg laminated macro composites （LMC） have garnered attention due to their excellent mechanical properties and low density. However， their weak corrosion resistance has limited their industrial applications. Plasma electrolytic oxidation （PEO） has been explored as a potential solution to this issue by producing hard and thick oxide coatings on the surface of Al-Mg LMCs manufactured through hot extrusion bonding. In this study， PEO coatings were prepared on Al-Mg LMCs using both unipolar and bipolar waveforms in an appropriate electrolyte for both aluminum and magnesium alloys. The techniques of FESEM/EDX， GIXRD， and electrochemical methods of Potentiodynamic polarization and EIS were carried out. The results revealed that the coatings produced using the bipolar waveform exhibited lower porosity and higher thickness than those produced using the unipolar one. The corrosion performance of the specimens' cut edge was investigated using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （EIS） after 1， 8， and 12 hours of immersion in a 3.5%wt. NaCl solution. It was observed that the coating produced using the bipolar waveform demonstrated the highest corrosion resistance after 12 hours of immersion， with an estimated corrosion resistance of 41.87 kΩ.cm2， which was approximately three times higher than that of the unipolar coating. Notably， no signs of galvanic corrosion were observed in the LMC， and only minor corrosion attacks were observed on the magnesium layer in some areas.

The spin superconductor state is the spin-polarized triplet exciton condensate,which can be viewed as a counterpart of the charge superconductor *** an analogy of the charge Josephson effect,the spin Josephson effect can be generated in the spin superconductor/normal metal/spin superconductor *** we study the spin supercurrent in the Josephson junctions consisting of two spin superconductors with noncollinear spin *** the Josephson junctions with out-of-plane spin polarizations,the possibleπ-state spin supercurrent appears due to the Fermi momentum-splitting Andreev-like reflections at the normal metal/spin superconductor *** the Josephson junctions with in-plane spin polarizations,the anomalous spin supercurrent appears and is driven by the misorientation angle of the in-plane *** symmetry analysis shows that the appearance of the anomalous spin Josephson current is possible when the combined symmetry of the spin rotation and the time reversal is broken.

The Masculinizer gene,Masc,encodes a lepidopteran-specific novel CCCHtype zinc finger protein,which controls sex determination and dosage compensation in Bombyx *** the potential application of it in pest control,it is necessary to investigate the function of Masc gene in Hyphantria cunea,a globally invasive forest *** the present study,we identified and functionally characterized the Masc gene,HcMasc,in *** analysis revealed that HcMASC contained the conserved CCCH-type zinc finger domain,nuclear localization signal,and male determining domain,in which the last was confirmed to be required for its masculinization in BmN cell ***,expression data showed that unlike male-biased expression in ***,Hc-Masc gene expresses in main all developmental stages or tissues in both *** regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-based disruption of the common exons 1 and 3 of the HcMasc gene resulted in imbalanced sex ratio and abnormal external genitalia of both *** results suggest that the HcMasc gene is required for both male and female sexual differentiation and dosage compensation in *** and provide a foundation for developing better strategies to control this pest.

Structural variations(SVs)are a feature of plant genomes that has been largely unexplored despite their significant impact on plant phenotypic traits and local adaptation to abiotic and biotic *** this study,we employed woolly grape(Vitis retordii),a species native to the tropical and subtropical regions of East Asia with both coastal and inland habitats,as a valuable model for examining the impact of SVs on local *** assembled a haplotype-resolved chromosomal reference genome for woolly grape,and conducted population genetic analyses based on whole-genome sequencing(WGS)data from coastal and inland *** demographic analyses revealed recent bottlenecks in all populations and asymmetric gene flow from the inland to the coastal *** total,1,035 genes associated with plant adaptive regulation for salt stress,radiation,and environmental adaptation were detected underlying local selection by SVs and SNPs in the coastal population,of which 37.29% and 65.26% were detected by SVs and SNPs,*** genes such as FSD2,RGA1,and AAP8 associated with salt tolerance were found to be highly differentiated and selected during the process of local adaptation to coastal habitats in SV *** study highlights the importance of SVs in local adaptation;candidate genes related to salt stress and climatic adaptation to tropical and subtropical environments are important genomic resources for future breeding programs of grapevine and its rootstocks.

The scarcity,high cost and susceptibility to CO of Platinum severely restrict its application in alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR).Hybridizing Pt with other transition metals provides an effective strategy to modulate its catalytic HOR performance,but at the cost of mass activity due to the coverage of modifiers on Pt ***,we constructed dual junctions'Pt/nitrogen-doped carbon(Pt/NC)andδ-MoC/NC to modify electronic structure of Pt via interfacial electron transfer to acquire Pt-MoC@NC catalyst with electron-deficient Pt nanoparticles,simultaneously endowing it with high mass activity and durability of alkaline ***,the unique structure of Pt-MoC@NC endows Pt with a high COtolerance at 1,000 ppm CO/H_(2),a quality that commercial Pt-C catalyst *** theoretical calculations not only confirm the diffusion of electrons from Pt/NC to Mo C/NC could occur,but also demonstrate the negative shift of Pt d-band center for the optimized binding energies of*H,*OH and CO.
