A study on the magnetic properties and the Mssbauer spectra of the additive aluminum hydroxide has been reported before. In this note, the XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectrometry), TEM(transmission electron microscopy)and MACA(micro-area chemical analysis) have been used to investigate the effect of the additive aluminum hydroxide on the physical and surface properties of the iron-chromium high temperature shift catalyst.

The polyclonal antibodies to juveniles of Paragoniums westermani (PwJ-PcAbs) from sera of Wistar rats infected with Paragoniums westerrnani (P. w.)were purified by Sephadex G 200 chromatography. Next the shared serological antigens of P. w. metacercaria and juveniles (PwMJ-SAg) from the crude antigens of the metacercariae (M-NS-Ag) were purified with immuno-affinity chromatography on cyanogen bromide-activated cross-linked Sepharose 4B beads coupled withPwJ-PcAbs. PwMJ-SAg, agroup of glycoprotein molecules shown by the staining test, were specific serological antigens of P. w. metacercariae and juveniles, identified by the immunoabsorb test and immunoelectrophoresis. By SDSPAGE, PwMJ-SAg were fractionated to seven bands, including major bands A(***) and Bi(19.5 K), the two major serological antigen molecules. 20 sera samples from the patients with the nonpulmonary type of P. w. paragonimiasis were detected using PwMJ-SAg and M-NS-Ag by Dot-ELISA, and the difference of sensitivity between two antigens was highly statistically significant (P<0.001). BALB/c mice, in the early stage of infection with P. w. metacercaria, were immunized with PwMJ-SAg. The spleen cells of the mice were isolated and fused with SP_2/o, a murine myeloma cell line. After three subclonal cultures, eight cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) to PwMJ-SAg were prepared from 384 wells of hybridoma cells. All McAbs were IgG_1 subclass.

Improvement of classical Marty’s criterion for normality of a family of meromorphic functions is given and Zalcman’s theorem for a family which is not normal is improved when the functions in the family have only zeros of degree at least k. As an application, we prove that a family is normal if each function in the family has only poles of degree at least k+2 and satisfies f(k)+af^3≠b. This improves a theorem of D. Drasin.

It is necessary to construct an effective trust model to build trust relationship between peers in peer-to-peer （P2P） network and enhance the security and reliability of P2P systems. The current trust models only focus on the consumers＇ evaluation to a transaction, which may be abused by malicious peers to exaggerate or slander the provider deliberately. In this paper, we propose a novel trust model based on mutual evaluation, called METrust, to suppress the peers＇ malicious behavior, such as dishonest evaluation and strategic attack. METrust considers the factors including mutual evaluation, similarity risk, time window, incentive, and punishment mechanism. The trust value is composed of the direct trust value and the recommendation trust value. In order to inhibit dishonest evaluation, both participants should give evaluation information based on peers＇ own experiences about the transaction while computing the direct trust value. In view of this, the mutual evaluation consistency factor and its time decay function are proposed. Besides, to reduce the risk of computing the recommendation trust based on the recommendations of friend peers, the similarity risk is introduced to measure the uncertainty of the similarity computing, while similarity is used to measure credibility. The experimental results show that METrust is effective, and it has advantages in the inhibition of the various malicious behaviors.

Dramatic water stage rise and channel aggradation in the middle and lower reaches of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River have been recognized by previous studies. A further analysis of the data from geological, geomorphological, and paleohydrological surveys suggests that these changes might have resulted from sea-level rise since the Lateglacial period. So a mathematical model has been developed here, which reconstructs the processes of water-stage rise and channel aggradation of the Changjiang River as responses to sea-level rise since 12,100 a B.P.

During the last 2000 years,flood and waterlogging catastrophes took place quite frequently in the Huaihe River *** the authors’opinion,these natural calamities have a very close relation to the evolution of Hongze *** initially within a man-made dyke that was built in the Han Dynasty about 2000 years ago, Hongze Lake brought out headward accumulation developing in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River, with its continuous aggravation on lake-bottom and consequent water-level rise. It was estimated that,on an average,there were 3400×104t sediment per kilometre per year deposited on the river bed from Lutaizi to ***,the rising of water-level and the drainage difficulty in the middle reaches of the Huaihe River aggravated local flood and waterlogging catastrophe here.

Several blueschist outcrops, specially glaucophane-bearing ones, were found in Dexing, eastern Jiangnan belt. The latest researches suggest that the blueschists distributed in the Late Proterozoic ophiolite melange blocks of the northeastern Jiangxi fault zone between the Jiuling tectonic region and the Huaiyu tectonic region of volcanic are that is located near the frontier of Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces (Fig. 1).
