Oxygen isotopes are a versatile tool to address a wide range of questions in the Earth *** include geothermometry,paleoclimatology,tracing of geochemical reservoirs,fluid-rock interaction,magmatic petrogenesis,and identification of extra-terrestrial *** arguably provides one of the most robust records of primary magmatic O isotope ratio due to low diffusion rates in crystalline *** ability to correlate zircon O isotopes with temporal and petrogenetic information(e.g.U-Pb geochronology,Lu-Hf isotopes,and trace elements)makes this mineral a key archive for understanding Earth’s crustal ***,zircon O isotope geochemistry has found widespread usage to address fundamental questions across the earth and planetary *** general apparent ease of O isotopic acquisition through the advancement of rapid in situ techniques(*** ion mass spectrometry;SIMS)and associated dedicated national laboratories has led to the generation of large O isotopic data sets of variable quality,highlighting the importance of a coherent workflow for data collection,reduction,and *** paper presents a set of approaches for measurement,assessment,and reporting of zircon O isotope *** focus in this contribution is on in situ analysis via secondary ion mass spectrometry using large geometry instruments,but other commonly used techniques are briefly reviewed for *** work aims to provide an analytical framework necessary for geologically meaningful interpretation of O isotope *** addition,we describe inherent geological(***-induced disturbance of the zircon O isotopic system)and analytical(*** due to sample topography effects)challenges and outline means to identify and avoid such issues as a prerequisite to the generation of robust primary O isotopic signatures for geological interpretation.

＜正＞We report new Archaean carbonaceous microstructures from ca. 3.4 Ga sedimentary rocks in the Pilbara Craton, Western Australia. Specifically, we have discovered a similar association of microstructures of various morphological types in carbonaceous black cherts at mount Goldsworthy and mount Grant, 100km east of Port Hedland. The cherts are closely associated with evaporites and the associations are inter-bedded with silicified coarse- to fine-grained clastic rocks and laminated chert. The sedimentary succession is assumed to have deposited at the continental margin setting. Significant supply of detritus from granitoid rocks is also recently suggested by trace element geochemistry. The mode of occurrence and sedimentary petrology indicate a primary sedimentary origin and low metamorphic grade （＜ greenschist facies） for the black cherts. Traceelement data including rare-earth elements show some contribution of hydrothermal components, suggesting that the chert was deposited in a closed to semi-closed, coastal basin into which hydrothermal fluids discharged intermittently.

Decades of work have elucidated cytokine signalling and transcriptional pathways that control T cell differentiation and have led the way to targeted biologic therapies that are effective in a range of autoimmune,allergic and inflammatory *** evidence indicates that obesity and metabolic disease can also influence the immune system1-7,although the mechanisms and effects on immunotherapy outcomes remain largely ***,using two models of atopic dermatitis,we show that lean and obese mice mount markedly different immune *** converted the classical type 2 T helper(TH2)-predominant disease associated with atopic dermatitis to a more severe disease with prominent TH17 *** also observed divergent responses to biologic therapies targeting TH2 cytokines,which robustly protected lean mice but exacerbated disease in obese ***-cell RNA sequencing coupled with genome-wide binding analyses revealed decreased activity of nuclear receptor peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ(PPARγ)in TH2 cells from obese mice relative to lean mice.

The study on the effects of environmental factors and host characteristics on diversity and distribution of wood-rotting fungi mount Puliebadze,Nagaland was carried out for a period of two successive years(January 2015 to December 2016).A total of 46 wood-rotting fungi belonging to 16 families were *** occurrence of wood-rotting fungi demonstrated a decreasing trend with increase in elevations and correlation between the two variables showed a strong negative correlation with Pearson’s correlation coefficient(r)value *** zone with lowest elevation(zone 1)comprised maximum number of species(25 species)whereas the zone with highest elevation(zone 4)comprised minimum number of species(05 species).Highest species similarity percentage(25.9%)was observed between zone 2 and *** way ANOVA showed significant variations between the occurrence of wood-rotting fungi with different seasons,light intensity,type of substrata and decay stage of ***’s diversity index(H’)of zone 1 was highest(H’=3.073)and that of zone 4 was lowest(H’=1.242).

The biological function of the novel zinc-finger SWIM domain-containing protein family(ZSWIM)during embryonic development remains ***,we conducted a genome-wide analysis to explore the evolutionary processes of the ZSWIM gene family members in mice,Xenopus tropicalis,zebrafish,and *** identified nine putative ZSWIM genes in the human and mouse genome,eight in the Xenopus genome,and five in the zebrafish *** on multiple sequence alignment,three members,ZSWIM5,ZSWIM6,and ZSWIM8,demonstrated the highest homology across all four *** available RNA sequencing(RNAseq)data,ZSWIM genes were found to be widely expressed across different tissues,with distinct tissuespecific *** identify the functions of the ZSWIM protein family during embryogenesis,we examined temporal and spatial expression patterns of zswim family genes in Xenopus *** real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)revealed that each member had a distinct expression ***-mount in situ hybridization showed that both zswim1 and zswim3 were maternally expressed genes;zswim5 and zswim6were expressed throughout embryogenesis and displayed dynamic expression in the brain,eyes,somite,and bronchial arch at the late tailbud stages;zswim7 was detected in the eye area;zswim8 showed a dynamic expression pattern during the tailbud stages,with expression detected in the brain,eyes,and somite;zswim9 was faintly expressed throughout embryonic *** study provides a foundation for future research to delineate the functions of ZSWIM gene members.

目的探讨新生儿重症监护病房(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)家庭参与式护理(family integrated care,FICare)对早产儿体格生长的影响。方法采用前瞻性群组随机对照研究,将来自国内8个省11家三级甲等医院的NICU随机分为FICare组(6家)和对照组(5家),比较两组患儿一般临床资料及随访时间点(校正年龄1月、3月、6月、12月、18月)的身长、体重、头围情况。结果FICare组共纳入298例,对照组共纳入303例。FICare组和对照组早产儿胎龄分别为(31.0±1.9)周、(31.7±1.8)周,出生体重分别为(1553±378)g、(1653±348)g,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。FICare组、对照组的平均住院时间分别为(35.0±20.2)d、(34.3±17.4)d,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿出院时全母乳喂养率分别为36.6%、17.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。FICare组校正年龄6月、12月、18月时的随访率高于对照组(90.9%比74.3%、82.6%比40.6%、60.7%比32.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);整个随访期间,除12月龄时体重外,FICare组患儿体重、头围大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);校正年龄1月、3月时FICare组患儿身长大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对NICU住院早产儿实施FICare可促进早产儿出院后的体格发育,提高家长对出院后随访的依从性。

经过7年5次野外系统调查并综合有关文献,贡嘎山东坡分布有鸟类336种,其中,留鸟204种(60.7%),夏候鸟89种(26.5%),冬候鸟18种(5.4%),旅鸟25种(7.4%);东洋界物种205种(61.0%),古北界物种105种(31.3%),广布种26种(7.7%);雀形目Passeriformes鸟类245种(72.9%);繁殖鸟类293种(87.2%)。本地区有国家Ⅰ级重点保护鸟类3种,国家Ⅱ级重点保护鸟类29种;横断山-喜马拉雅地区特有鸟类53种;CITES附录Ⅰ鸟类3种,附录Ⅱ鸟类25种;世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录濒危鸟类1种,易危鸟类2种。研究发现,东洋界物种的海拔分布下限平均、上限平均、中点平均和海拔跨度平均都低于古北界物种,但仅海拔分布中点平均和上限平均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),体现了东洋界和古北界物种对高海拔环境适应能力的不同可能与其不同的生物地理演化历史有关;东洋界占优势的特有种(51/53)海拔分布下限平均、中点平均和上限平均显著高于非特有物种,体现出东洋界特有种对高山环境的适应也许与其特有化过程有关。贡嘎山东坡鸟类丰富度在中海拔1 800~2 800 m的落叶阔叶混交林和针阔叶混交林中最高,在高海拔和低海拔物种丰富度较低,物种丰富度呈中峰模式,鸟类生态群落随植物群落结构变化而呈现一定的垂直生态替代规律。
