With the advent of economic globalization, contact of the world economy is close increasingly. Multinational management promotes economic growth and prosperity. But differences on politics and culture have influence on *** recent years, cross-cultural management has become important issue and impacts the construction and development of enterprises. This study analyzed cross-cultural management mechanism of Euro-American enterprises in China based on fourforce model, which could provide reference for the development of multinational enterprises.

On Willingness of Rural Land Circulation and Securitization in Central Regions of China

On the basis of questionnaire survey in 54 natural villages of 22 cities( counties) in 6 central region provinces,this paper analyzed the willingness of rural land circulation and securitization and influencing factors with the aid of Logistic model and Multinomial Logit *** study indicates that factors influencing willingness of rural land circulation and securitization mainly include land contract method,land circulation information and approaches,rights and interests of farmers infringed or not,policies of benefiting farmers,and non-agricultural skills. Finally,it came up with following pertinent policy recommendations:( 1) reforming and improving land contract methods;( 2)strengthening disclosure of land circulation information;( 3) reforming and improving land circulation approaches;( 4) strengthening protection of farmers' rights and interests in the process of land circulation;( 5) reinforcing and implementing policies benefiting farmers;( 6) cultivating and developing farmers' non-agricultural skills.

At the township level,combining Voronoi diagram and breaking point theory,this paper divides township grade system and its scope of influence in Dafang County of Guizhou Province,and discusses the grade system from small scale *** show that Dafang County takes Dafang Town as the center,Dashi Town in the north and Shachang Township in the east as auxiliary part,Sanyuan Township,Zhuyuan Township,Babao Township,Pudi Township,Lihua Township,and Dingxin Township as cooperative part,to drive development of 36 townships in Dafang ***,it basically reflects township grade of Dafang County,accords with current development situation,provides certain reference value for system planning and economic zoning of small scale regions,and it is able to improve the accuracy of scope division by completing attribute data and revision of many methods.

In recent years, a series of pilot projects in mortgage of farmland contractual management right have been carried out in some regions. However, there is considerable dispute over whether the farmland contractual management right can be mortgaged in the practice of China's legislation on land circulation. We firstly introduced current situations of mortgage of farmland contractual management right in China. Then, we analyzed existing problems in mortgage of farmland contractual management right. Finally, we put forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations, to bring into full play land use efficiency, more rationally distribute land resource, and further promote development of rural economy.

It has become a global problem to levy the standard value-added tax(VAT)on financial *** to the infeasibility of credit input VATs by invoice,it is infeasible to build a standard VAT system in this *** the government has to levy VAT on financial services,a practical choice is to adopt an account book method,which is to levy the special tax base through the account book using a ***,it is not allowed to credit input VATs in this *** kind of VAT is in effect a business *** to the government’s authorized monopoly,there is no so-called over-taxation in China’s financial *** a result,the reform of“Replacing Business Tax with VAT”in finance should proceed without changing the original tax *** having conducted abundant research and statistical analyses,as for the VAT rate,9%is *** original way of levying taxes on the full amount of value is suggested to supplant with a new means of levying taxes on added value,with a slightly raised tax ratio,to reduce the tax base.

Flexibly in recent years, the army strategy, earnestly implement the talent of military science and technology talents of military and civilian integration type development has carried on the positive exploration and obtained certain achievements.
