The simultaneous deposition of rGO and gold nano structures has been achieved by electrodeposition from mixed solutions containing graphene oxide(GO)and a gold *** electron microscope(SEM),Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM)have been employed to reveal the morphology,uniformity and practical stability of the nanocomposite films on the indium tin oxide(ITO)*** AFM data showed heights of tens of nanometers of the nanocomposite,suggesting that multilayers of rGO with gold nanoparticles had been formed as a result of the electrochemical *** pulse voltammetry(DPV),as a widely used analytical technique,has been carried out on the rGO-Au/ITO electrode for the quantitative detection of dopamine(DA).The detection limit(S/N=3)for the determination of DA was evaluated as 0.6μM.

The measurement of amino acid and monoamine neurotransmitters（NTs） in serum plays a central role in the identification and monitoring of clinical panic disorder（PD）. However, the strong polarity and chemical heterogeneity of NTs make direct extraction and rapid detection extremely challenging. Herein, we developed a strategy that integrated solid phase extraction based on magnetic Fe3O4coated with polydopamine（Fe3O4@PDA） and direct analysis of mass spectrometry in real time（DART-MS） for quantification of 10 NTs. We systematically investigated the optimal conditions of this strategy to achieve good accuracy and precision. Compared with existing magnetic solid phase extraction methods for NTs detection in biological samples, this strategy could adsorb more targets while having similar adsorption efficiencies, and the total process time was reduced by an average of 69.42%. We rapidly determined the metabolic abnormality of 6 types of NTs in the serum of PD patients and demonstrated their diagnostic accuracy. In addition, an outstanding feature of PD in which tryptophan was more metabolized by the KYN pathway and the 5-hydroxytryptamine pathway was inhibited could be elucidated by this strategy. Our results highlighted the potential ability of Fe3O4@PDA coupled with DART-MS to assist in the clinical diagnosis of PD.

In this study, the electrochemiluminescent （ECL） behavior of Nickel（II） tetrasulfophthalocyanine （NiTSPc）/H2O2 on a heated indium tin oxide （ITO） electrode was investigated. The effect of pH value, electrochemical scan mode, concentration of NiTSPc and electrode surface temperature on the ECL intensities had been studied in detail. Based on the fact that the ECL of NiTSPc can be greatly enhanced by hydrogen peroxide at the ITO electrode, a new ECL biosensor for hydrogen peroxide has been developed. The possible mechanism for the ECL of NiTSPc has also been proposed.

Targeted construction of new covalent organic frameworks(COFs)with specific purposes and rationalities to build colorimetric assay platform for environmental pollutant monitoring have attracted increasing ***,it is still challenging due to lack of available coordination sites inside COFs pores and only a slight bonding ability for anchoring *** this work,a two-dimensional(2D)COFs(termed as Tz-COF)with high crystallinity,excellent chemical stability,and abundant sulfur coordination in its skeletons was synthesized and used for the confined growth of Au *** was found that the Au NPs showed significant dispersibility for the support of *** proposed Tz-COF@Au NPs possessed outstanding Hg^(2+)-activated peroxidase-like activity benefited from physicochemical properties of gold amalgam and synergistic effect between COFs and Au NPs to oxidize chromogenic *** on highly efficient activity and distinctive color evolution,the strategy for detecting Hg^(2+)was developed and successfully applied to determine the content of Hg^(2+)in real environmental *** work manifests that a potential strategy to establish a colorimetric assay platform for environmental pollutant monitoring based on the targeted manufacturing of novel COFs with specific functions.

A wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence （WD-XRF） spectrometry combined with calibration curve method was estab- lished for simultaneously analyzing low-Z elements （C, N, O） and A1, Si, Fe in polyamide. To investigate the origin of plastic material causing deposition and blocking in instrument engines and pipelines, polyamide 6 （PA 6, an engineering plastic） was chosen as the study object on account of its common use in industry. The sample preparation with pressed powder disk has been developed for determination of six elements in PA 6. Pure Cu metal was used as the matrix and PA 6 was regarded as standard sample for C, N, O elements. PA 6 particles were firstly smashed to uniform powder in liquid nitrogen, and then mixed with inorganic standard powders （Fe203, A1203, SIO2, and Na2SiO3）. The mixture was ground to obtain homogeneous calibration materials for WD-XRF analysis. The quantitative property of the calibration curve method for each element was re- liable. The limits of detection （S/N≤3） of C, N, O, A1, Si and Fe using WD-XRF were 249, 120, 101, 6.2, 3.3, and 1.8 μg/g, respectively. To confirm the accuracy of the proposed WD-XRF calibration curve method, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy （ICP-OES） detection for A1, Si, Fe and elemental analyzer （EA） analysis for C, N, O were utilized. A good correlation of the WD-XRF results with the measurements of ICP-OES and EA was observed.

The equilibrium, kinetics and thermodynamics of the adsorption of methylene blue( MB) from aqueous solution onto copper coordination polymer with dithiooxamide( H2dtoaCu),one of the metal-organic frameworks( MOFs),were investigated in a batch adsorption system as a function of initial pH, adsorbent concentration, contact time, initial dye concentration, and temperature. The Langmuir, Freundlich, and DubininRadushkevich( D-R) isotherm models were used for modeling the adsorption equilibrium. It was found that Langmuir model yielded a much better fit than the Freundlich model under different temperatures. The maximum monolayer adsorption capacities of MB were 192. 98,229. 86,and 297. 38 mg /g at 298,308,and 318 K,respectively. The calculated mean adsorption energy( 8. 26-11. 04 kJ /mol) using D-R model indicated that the adsorption process might take place by chemical adsorption ***,the kinetic studies revealed that the adsorption process could be well explained by pseudo-second-order rate kinetics and intraparticle diffusion was not the rate-limiting *** studies indicated that this system was feasible,spontaneous,and endothermic process. Based on these studies,H2dtoaCu can be considered as a potential adsorbent for the removal of MB from aqueous solution.
