Recent research has demonstrated the impact of physical activity on the prognosis of glioma patients,with evidence suggesting exercise may reduce mortality risks and aid neural *** role of the small ubiquitin-like modifier(SUMO)protein,especially post-exercise,in cancer progression,is gaining attention,as are the potential anti-cancer effects of *** used machine learning to create the exercise and SUMO-related gene signature(ESLRS).This signature shows how physical activity might help improve the outlook for low-grade glioma and other *** demonstrated the prognostic and immunotherapeutic significance of ESLRS markers,specifically highlighting how murine double minute 2(MDM2),a component of the ESLRS,can be targeted by *** underscores the intricate relationship between natural compounds such as nutlin-3 and immune *** comprehensive CRISPR screening,we validated the effects of specific ESLRS genes on low-grade glioma *** also revealed insights into the effectiveness of Nutlin-3a as a potent MDM2 inhibitor through molecular docking and dynamic ***-3a inhibited glioma cell proliferation and activated the p53 *** efficacy decreased with MDM2 overexpression,and this was reversed by Nutlin-3a or *** using a low-grade glioma mouse model highlighted the effect of physical activity on oxidative stress and molecular pathway ***,both physical exercise and Nutlin-3a administration improved physical function in mice bearing tumors derived from MDM2-overexpressing *** results suggest the potential for Nutlin-3a,an MDM2 inhibitor,with physical exercise as a therapeutic approach for glioma *** research also supports the use of natural products for therapy and sheds light on the interaction of exercise,natural products,and immune regulation in cancer treatment.

OBJECTIVE： To quantitatively evaluate the association between tau genetic polymorphism （H1 and H2） and susceptibility to sporadic progressive supranuclear palsy （PSP）. DATA SOURCES： Relevant Medical Subject Heading terms and text words were used to identify articles from MEDLINE （1966/2010-07）, EMBASE （1984/2010-07）, and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure （1979/2010）, as well as references of the retrieved articles. STUDY SELECTION： The selected articles met the following criteria： sporadic PSP case group and healthy control group, as well as genotype frequency （H1/H1 and H1/H2 ＋ H2/H2） in cases and controls. Genotype distribution in the control groups was tested using the Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium （HWE）. Articles irrelevant to HWE were excluded, and a forest plot was performed to combine all selected articles with Review Manager （Version 5.0）. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： The summary odds ratios arid corresponding 95% confidence intervals （95%CI） for tau polymorphism （H1/H1 and H1/H2 ＋ H2/H2） between sporadic PSP case and healthy control groups were estimated using the fixed effects model to assess whether tau genetic polymorphism is associated with sporadic PSP susceptibility. RESULTS： According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, a total of 16 articles, which included 1 337 sporadic PSP cases and 2 073 controls, were used in the study. Two articles were excluded because of deviation from HWE in the control groups. The combined result, based on all studies, showed a significant difference in genotype distribution between cases and controls： H1H1 vs. H1H2 ＋ H2H2 （odds ratio （OR） = 4.98, 95%C1： 3.97-6.23, P 〈 0.01）. Stratifying for geographic distribution of PSP, sporadic PSP cases exhibited a significantly higher frequency of H1H1 genotypes than controls in the United States （OR = 4.07, 95%C/： 3.16-5.25, P 〈 0.01） and Europe （OR = 8.60, 95%C1： 5.05-14.64, P〈 0.01）. Aphasia is an acquired language disorder that is a common consequence of *** pathogenesis of the disease is not fully understood,and as a result,current treatment options are not ***,we used blood oxygenation level-dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging to evaluate the activation of bilateral cortices in patients with Broca＇s aphasia 1 to 3 months after *** results showed that language expression was associated with multiple brain regions in which the right hemisphere participated in the generation of *** activation areas in the left hemisphere of aphasia patients were significantly smaller compared with those in healthy *** activation frequency,volumes,and intensity in the regions related to language,such as the left inferior frontal gyrus（Broca＇s area）,the left superior temporal gyrus,and the right inferior frontal gyrus（the mirror region of Broca＇s area）,were lower in patients compared with healthy *** contrast,activation in the right superior temporal gyrus,the bilateral superior parietal lobule,and the left inferior temporal gyrus was stronger in patients compared with healthy *** results suggest that the right inferior frontal gyrus plays a role in the recovery of language function in the subacute stage of stroke-related aphasia by increasing the engagement of related brain areas.

Objective:To identify topics attracting growing research attention as well as frontier trends of acupuncture-neuroimaging research over the past two ***:This paper reviewed data in the published literature on acupuncture neuroimaging from 2000 to 2020,which was retrieved from the Web of Science *** Space was used to analyze the publication years,countries,institutions,authors,keywords,co-citation of authors,journals,and ***:A total of 981 publications were included in the final *** number of publications has increased in the recent 20 years accompanied by some ***,the most productive country was China,while Harvard University ranked first among institutions in this *** most productive author was Tian J with the highest number of articles(50),whereas the most co-cited author was Hui KKS(325).Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine(92)was the most prolific journal,while Neuroimage was the most co-cited journal(538).An article written by Hui KKS(2005)exhibited the highest co-citation number(112).The keywords"acupuncture"(475)and"electroacupuncture"(0.10)had the highest frequency and centrality,*** magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)ranked first with the highest citation burst(6.76).Conclusion:The most active research topics in the field of acupuncture-neuroimaging over the past two decades included research type,acupoint specificity,neuroimaging methods,brain regions,acupuncture modality,acupoint specificity,diseases and symptoms treated,and research *** research frontier topics were"nerve regeneration","functional connectivity","neural regeneration","brain network","fMRI"and"manual acupuncture".
