The human gut is inhabited by numerous and diverse microbial communities,forming a complex and dynamic ecosystem that regulates digestion,absorption,metabolism,and ***,host-microbe interactions are complex and not well understood due to the difficulty of accessing some sections of the intestinal tract in *** divergence in interspecies and intestinal microbial composition between animal models and humans as well as the difficulty in inferring causation from metagenomic sequencing have promoted the development of the human-relevant in vitro ecosystem of the gut-microbiota communication.

To date,skin wounds are still an issue for healthcare *** numerous approaches have been developed over the years for skin regeneration,recent advances in regenerative medicine offer very promising strategies for the fabrication of artificial skin substitutes,including 3D bioprinting,electrospinning or spraying,among *** particular,skin sprays are an innovative technique still under clinical evaluation that show great potential for the delivery of cells and hydrogels to treat acute and chronic *** sprays present significant advantages compared to conventional treatments for wound healing,such as the facility of application,the possibility to treat large wound areas,or the homogeneous distribution of the sprayed *** this article,we review the latest advances in this technology,giving a detailed description of investigational and currently commercially available acellular and cellular skin spray products,used for a variety of diseases and applying different experimental ***,as skin sprays products are subjected to different classifications,we also explain the regulatory pathways for their commercialization and include the main clinical trials for different skin diseases and their treatment ***,we argue and suggest possible future trends for the biotechnology of skin sprays for a better use in clinical dermatology.

L(+)-酒石酸生产菌株扩展青霉WH-3的筛选目的:筛选产L(+)-酒石酸的新真菌菌株。创新点:首次筛选获得能同时在酸性和高底物浓度下转化生产L(+)-酒石酸的菌株。方法:利用电镜、内转录间隔区(ITS)序列、核磁共振、质谱和旋光度对筛选菌株进行鉴定,并优化其发酵条件,研究其酶学性质。结论:扩展青霉WH-3的60%活性位于菌丝体中,且该菌丝体能在酸性(pH4.5)、高浓度底物中转化,具有高转化率和高立体特异性,为L(+)-酒石酸的生产提供新的催化剂。
