Research on the "Three Advances" of Socialist Core Values

On Historical Concepts and Values:A Re-Cognition of Several Premise Issues in Chinese Historiographic Theory

The ideological and cultural exchanges and exchanges in the world are fierce, different values collide and compete with each other, domestic reform and opening up are deepening, people’s ideology is diverse and changeable, and problems and contradictions are becoming more and more complex. It is an important task for the ideological and political theory course of private colleges and universities to cultivate and practice the socialist core values and promote the socialist core values to "enter the teaching materials, the classroom and the mind"（hereinafter referred to as "Three Advances"）. In this paper, the importance, basic work direction and concrete development of the education of the socialist core values are discussed.

A re-thinking of several premise issues in Chinese historiographic theory involves reconsidering and reassessing hitherto unquestioned theoretical and historical premises, re- analyzing and re-observing Chinese history with the theoretical vision of the philosophy of history, and sorting out and correcting ideas of history. It is a process of dialectical comprehension and specific application of the core values of marxist materialist history, involving adherence to the basic traditions of materialist history in the following areas： the starting point of historical studies, methods of comparative historical research, establishment of the facts and laws of history, explanations of historical concepts and values and integration of reality, history, theory and values, so as to develop a holistic theory and method of historical observation covering a long period and a broad span.

Article 1088 of China's Civil Code grants the right to seek economic compensation in divorce ***,significant confusion persists regarding the values,interpretations of doctrine,and legal techniques related to this *** viewpoints have emerged on the nature of compensation,including notions of household wages,human capital investment,moral obligation,and damages *** compensation standards,there are proposals such as the“humanitarian assistance”theory,“household wages”theory,“expected interest”theory,or“loss of interest”*** examining the evolution,legal principles,and practical applications of economic compensation for divorce from a human rights perspective,we aim to establish the legal foundation for this compensation,grounded in principles of gender *** clarifies that the compensation essentially confirms and restores individual development opportunities and the right to development in the context of gender *** approach aims to provide a more coherent interpretation of clauses of economic compensation for divorce in terms of legal purposes,legal doctrines,and legal techniques,thus offering a more reasonable perspective to reconcile theoretical and practical discrepancies in economic compensation for divorce.

The paper looks at the issue of the relationship between Marx and Marxism. Three approaches to the issue,which are widespread in contemporary marxist literature and among marxologists are discussed. The first approach: the true Marx is the philosophy of Marx minus political theory. The second approach: the true Marx is the philosophy of Marx plus political theory of social-democratic parties. The third approach: the true Marx is the philosophy of Marx plus political theory,developed most fully by Lenin in the preparation of the R ussian revolution. The third approach,from our point of view,corresponds most to the essence of genuine Marxism,at least as applied to the twentieth century. The paper examines in detail the principal novelty of Lenin speaking of the need to translate Marx's materialistic theory of history to the political level as a theoretical issue. The author also notes the contribution of the Chinese leaders into further development of the political theory of Marxism closely connected with the issues of strategy and tactics of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. In conclusion,the paper states that world history nowbecomes increasingly complex and mixed. Therefore,the question of whether marxist philosophers in this situation will be able to find ways of realization the 11th thesis of Marx "On Feuerbach"remains open.
