Earlier Detection of Alzheimer’s Disease Using 3D-Convolutional Neural Networks

The prediction of mild cognitive impairment or Alzheimer’s disease(AD)has gained the attention of huge researchers as the disease occurrence is increasing,and there is a need for earlier ***,due to the highdimensionality nature of neural data and the least available samples,modelling an efficient computer diagnostic system is highly *** approaches,specifically deep learning approaches,are essential in disease *** Learning(DL)approaches are successfully demonstrated for their higher-level performance in various fields like medical imaging.A novel 3D-Convolutional Neural Network(3D-CNN)architecture is proposed to predict AD with Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)*** proposed model predicts the AD occurrence while the existing approaches lack prediction accuracy and perform binary *** proposed prediction model is validated using the Alzheimer’s disease Neuro-Imaging Initiative(ADNI)*** outcomes demonstrate that the anticipated model attains superior prediction accuracy and works better than the brain-image dataset’s general *** predicted model reduces the human effort during the prediction process and makes it easier to diagnose it intelligently as the feature learning is ***’experimentation is carried out,and the model’s superiority is compared with various advanced approaches for multi-level *** proposed model gives better prediction accuracy,precision,recall,and F-measure than other systems like Long Short Term Memory-Recurrent Neural Networks(LSTM-RNN),Stacked Autoencoder with Deep Neural Networks(SAE-DNN),Deep Convolutional Neural Networks(D-CNN),Two Dimensional Convolutional Neural Networks(2D-CNN),Inception-V4,ResNet,and Two Dimensional Convolutional Neural Networks(3D-CNN).

Analysis of the motivations and the bases to further strengthen the provincial higher education

At present, there are certain motivations and corresponding bases to further strengthen the provincial higher education in China. The proposal of the strategy to ＂Give priority to the development of education and construct the power with human resources＂ and the strategy of the ＂balanced development of education＂ is the political motivation. The people＇s demand for the high-quality higher educational resources is the cultural driving force, and the enhancement of the international competitiveness of China is internationalized motivation. The provincial economic strength is growing, and the ability of the government＇s financial input in the higher education is gradually increased, which laid a solid economic foundation for it. The higher education in various provinces is developing from the elite education to the mass stage and to the popularization stage, which is the scale basis. The two-level management of the central and the local governments, the division of labor with individual responsibilities, and the formation of the administrative systems of the higher education dominated by the overall planning of the provincial government under the guidance of the national policies are the institutional bases.

Objective:To investigate the relationship between social intelligence(SI),empathy,and self-esteem among nursing ***:A quantitative cross-sectional design was utilized to conduct this *** were collected from 465 students from 4 different nursing colleges between April and November *** Tromso Social Intelligence Scale(TSIS),Jefferson Empathy Scale,and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale were used to collect data.A complete enumerative technique was used to select the students at the time of data ***:Most of the student nurses scored lower in ***,they had an acceptable level of empathy and a high level of selfesteem.A correlation was found between self-esteem and gender,as well as empathy and year of ***:Our findings suggest that nursing students would benefit from improved SI *** work is needed to determine how best to incorporate these concepts into nursing curricula and create training programs for nursing students.

Access to higher education of 25 Ethnic Minorities in Yunnan Province,South Western China

The level of development of higher education(HE)is an important indicator to measure the development of the social economy and the civilization of a region or *** this article,we compare the distribution of the freshmen of ethnic minorities(EMs)with the distribution of EMs over the population,based on a sample of 1464 freshmen from 25 EMs of Yunnan Province in People's Republic of China(PRC).Although this analysis shows that access to HE is equal for some categories of EM students,it still shows that access to HE is harder for these minorities in comparison with freshmen from Han(major ethnic group comprising of 92%of the Chinese population)families.

Numerical predictions are made for Laminar Forced convection heat transfer with and without buoyancy effects for Supercritical Nitrogen flowing over an isothermal horizontal flat plate with a heated surface facing *** are performed by varying the value ofΔT from5 to 30 K and P_(∞)/P_(cr)ratio from1.1 to *** of all the thermophysical properties of supercritical Nitrogen is *** wall temperatures are chosen in such a way that two values of Tw are less than T∗(T*is the temperature at which the fluid has a maximum value of Cp for the given pressure),one value equal to T∗and two values greater than T∗.Three different values of U∞are used to obtain Re∞range of 3.6×10_(4)to 4.74×10^(5)for forced convection without buoyancy effects and Gr_(∞)/Re^(2)_(∞)range of 0.011 to 3.107 for the case where buoyancy effects are *** different forms of correlations are proposed based on numerical predictions and are compared with actual numerical *** has been found that in all six forms of correlations,the maximum deviations are found to occur in those cases where the pseudocritical temperature TT∗lies between the wall temperature and bulk fluid temperature.

Gas quenching and vacuum quenching process are widely applied to accelerate solvent volatilization to induce nucleation of perovskites in blade-coating *** this work,we found these two pre-crystallization processes lead to different order of crystallization dynamics within the perovskite thin film,resulting in the differences of additive *** then tailor-designed an additive molecule named 1,3-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)thiourea to obtain films with fewer defects and holes at the buried interface,and prepared perovskite solar cells with a certified efficiency of 23.75%.Furthermore,this work also demonstrates an efficiency of 20.18%for the large-area perovskite solar module(PSM)with an aperture area of 60.84 cm^(2).The PSM possesses remarkable continuous operation stability for maximum power point tracking of T_(90)>1000 h in ambient air.

Description of the biology of Caspian vimba,Vimba vimba(Linnaeus,1758),in Gorgan Bay-Miankaleh Wildlife Refuge(southeast Caspian Sea)

We collected Vimba vimba throughout the spawning season （mid April to mid June, 2007） in Gorgan Bay （south-western Iran） and investigated its age, growth, and reproductive traits. The maximum age was 5＋ years. Both sexes grew allometrically （positive for males： b=3.140 9 and negative for females： b=2.791 4）. The von Bertalanffy growth functions were described by the formulae Lf=32.565（1-e-0.184（t＋0.530）） for males and Lt=35.950（1-e-0.179（t＋0.529）） for females. The overall sex ratio was balanced, but males were predominant in the smaller size classes and females in the larger size classes. Based on the gonadosomatic index （GSI） values, spawning appears to occur between late April and late May in the bay. The highest mean GSI was 6.44 for males in early May and 20.36 for females in late April Absolute fecundity varies from the minimum of 5 436 eggs for age 3＋ fish to the maximum of 36 141 eggs for age 5＋ fish. Fecundity was also positively correlated with fish size （length and weight）. Egg diameter ranged from 1.05 to 1.70 nun in the mean of 1.42 mm. There was no correlation between female size and ova diameter.

Skin Lesion Classification System Using Shearlets
