The small and medium enterprises have important status in national economy, and play loudly functions to Chinese economic development with social stability. But the deficiency of the financial administration of small and medium enterprises is the main obstacle for their further development. This text analyzes the current situation and existing problems of financial administration in small and medium enterprises, puts forward the countermeasures of improving the financial administration of small and medium enterprises.

E-commerce platform financing is a new service pattern of supply chain ***,this pattern may bring some new issues when considering the problem of cash flow shortage and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized *** enterprises use this service,they worry about the leakage of preferential wholesale price when applying the full loan amount and providing the true transaction *** on the model consisting of a supplier,a retailer and a cross-border e-commerce platform,the authors design a price masking strategy to prevent the retailer’s preferential wholesale price information from *** authors analyze the profit of the retailer and the platform before and after adopting the price masking *** authors find that the price masking strategy always benefits the ***,the optimal profit of the retailer and the platform are both affected by the loan interest ***,there exists a range of loan interest rates that can benefit both the retailer and the platform if the price masking strategy is *** research emphasizes that platform can expand the total business volume by allowing retailers to use price masking *** other words,there will be more and more retailers attracted by the strategy,which benefits the long-term growth of cross-border e-commerce platform financing.

This study examines how perceived value of microfinance and exploratory innovation affect small and medium-sized enterprises(SME)performance in the context of a developing *** on the strategic innovation and microfinance literature,we hypothesize that(1)perceived value of microfinance affects exploratory innovation and SME performance,and(2)exploratory innovation serves as an effective mechanism through which microfinance enhances SME *** employ partial least squares structural equation modeling(PLS-SEM)to test our *** a sample of 581 Ghanaian SMEs with microfinance,the results of the PLS SEM support our *** further conducted a qualitative analysis of comments provided by the SMEs(n=144)to gain a deeper understanding of exploratory innovation in developing *** findings show that SMEs purposefully attempt to strengthen their exploratory inno-vation in *** discuss the theoretical and practical implications of these findings as well as future research avenues.

The conclusions drawn from analyses made with 20 medium and small enterprises provide bases for governments to formulate applicable policies and for medium and small enterprises to enhance their product innovation.

A fuzzy integral based way of measurement assessment has been established by using linguistic varia-bles and combining fuzzy integral with hierarchy analysis for measurement of medium and small enterprises'product innovation. The conclusions drawn from analyses made with 20 medium and small enterprises providebases for governments to formulate applicable policies and for medium and small enterprises to enhance theirproduct innovation.

In this paper,we focus on small business enterprises(SBEs)that usually have low market power but can rely on retailers to transact sales and gain the ability to disclose quality ***,consumer loss aversion(CLA)is pronounced when buying from SBEs that have yet to develop a strong reputation and uncertain *** focus on two competing SBEs with heterogeneous quality levels and discuss their quality disclosure strategiesd whether selling through a retailerd in the context of *** study the interaction between consumers'prior belief in product quality and CLA and how these factors affect equilibrium *** show that a situation in which low-quality and high-quality SBEs both choose to disclose will not occur under a neutral consumer attitude,i.e.,it happens only when the aversion level is *** the aversion level is low,either the low-quality SBE or the high-quality SBE will decide to disclose,and the disclosing party depends on the prior *** addition,CLA significantly impacts the monotonicity of both SBEs'and retailers'prices and profits relating to the consumers'prior beliefs.

The promotion of technological innovation in firms requires both the supply-push and the *** accurately identify,assess,and further enhance the incentive effects of the policies of government procurement for innovation in China,this paper uses the text analysis method to identify government procurement for innovation from more than 640,000 pieces of government procurement contracts and conducts an empirical analysis based on the data of China's A-share listed firms from 2015 to *** study finds that government procurement for innovation significantly promotes corporate innovation by increasing the expected market returns,reducing R&D uncertainty,and easing financing ***,local government procurement for innovation,central government procurement for innovation,and procurement for innovation by universities and research institutes bring more significant innovation incentives for firms;and government procurement for innovation generates stronger innovation incentives for firms in strategic and emerging industries,private firms,and small-and medium-sized *** analysis reveals that demandside innovation procurement and supply-side innovation subsidies generally have mutually reinforcing synergies on corporate *** policy synergies vary depending on the levels of corporate innovation and the orders of policy *** terms of the levels of corporate innovation,the two-sided policies has mutually complementary effects on innovation-leading firms and mutually exclusive effects on innovation-lagging *** the perspective of the orders of policy implementation,the strategy of supply-side subsidies first,and demand-side procurement second is more effective in promoting corporate innovation than the strategies of demand-side procurement first and supply-side subsidies second,and supply-side subsidies and demand-side procurement *** study helps deepen the understanding of demand-side innovation sup

Mobile phones equipped with multiple wireless interfaces can increase their goodput performance by making use of concurrent transmissions over multiple paths, enabled by the Multipath TCP （MPTCP）. However, utilizing MPTCP for data delivery may generally result in higher energy consumption, while the battery power of a mobile phone is limited. Thus, how to optimize the energy usage becomes very crucial and urgent. In this paper, we propose MPTCP-QE, a nov- el quality of experience （QoE）-driven energy-aware multipath content delivery approach for MPTCP-based mobile phones. The main idea of MPTCP-QE is described as follows： it first provides an application rate-aware energy-efficient subflow management strategy to tradeoff throughput performance and energy consumption for mobile phones; then uses an available bandwidth-aware congestion window fast recovery strategy to make a sender avoid unnecessary stow-start and utilize wireless resource quickly; and further introduces a novel receiver-driven energy-efficient SACK strategy to help a receiver possible to detect SACK loss timely and trigger loss recovery in a more energy-efficient way. The simulation results show that with the MPTCP-QE, the energy usage is enhanced while the performance level is maintained compared to existing MPTCP solutions.

The characteristics of CrN coated martensitic H13 grade tool steels were studied. CrN coatings were depos- ited by the arc physical vapor deposition （PVD） before and after the pulse plasma nitriding of the samples. The PVD and plasma nitriding techniques were applied in relevant workshops by following the commercial practice parameters. Experimental results showed that CrN coating deposited on the nitrided surfaces exhibited superior scratch and wear resistances as compared to that deposited on the original martensitic surface.
