Human resource management is the active procedure of planned control and coordination that an organization trains, selects and evaluates human resource in the organization in order to achieve their goals and improve efficiency, through psychology, management, sociology and other related knowledge. Human resource management focuses on the cultivation and development of personnel. college student management also needs selection and cultivation of personnel and improve the level of student management. This paper mainly bases on our own working practices to discuss about the application of human resource management theory in the management of the college students.

Design of Attendance Checking management System for college Classroom Students Based on Fingerprint Recognition

This paper mainly examines the cultivation objective and teaching practice of application-oriented talents under the financial management undergraduate program. It is concluded that a cultivation objective focusing on application ability shall be established according to the social development. In addition, cultivation development objectives, knowledge system, curriculum framework and practical teaching steps shall be determined based on the employment demands so as to carry out teaching practices.

In view of the situation that the traditional way of is checking in attendance by teachers in the daily classroom in colleges and universities, exist such as answering on behalf of others, wasting class time, low efficiency which are not conducive to the management of students’ attendance. The independent pressure fingerprint recognition modules of SM-2 B series launched by Hangzhou Zhongzheng Company are redeveloped against the background of the present situation of students’ classroom attendance in Tianjin Tianshi college. The fingerprint attendance system for college students is designed by combining VB, VC++ programming language and MySQL database. The fingerprint registration and attendance checking management platform was established on the classroom teacher’s computer, and the attendance information was stored in the database which ever can be inquired on the server. The test results show that the attendance system can query and manage the students’ attendance conveniently, and the system is stable and scalable.

There are significant differences between urban and rural bed-and-breakfasts(B&Bs)in terms of customer positioning,economic strength and spatial *** identifying the differences in spatial characteristics and influencing factors of each type,is essential for creating urban and rural B&B agglomeration *** study used density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise(DBSCAN)and the multi-scale geographically weighted regression(MGWR)model to explore similarities and differences in the spatial distribution patterns and influencing factors for urban and rural B&Bs on the Jiaodong Peninsula of China from 2010 to *** results showed that:1)both urban and rural B&Bs in Jiaodong Peninsula went through three stages:a slow start from 2010 to 2015,rapid development from 2015 to 2019,and hindered development from 2019 to ***,urban B&Bs demonstrated a higher development speed and agglomeration intensity,leading to an increasingly evident trend of uneven development between the two sectors.2)The clustering scale of both urban and rural B&Bs continued to expand in terms of quantity and *** B&B clusters characterized by a limited number,but a higher likelihood of transitioning from low-level to high-level *** the number of rural B&B clusters steadily increased over time,their clustering scale was comparatively lower than that of urban B&Bs,and they lacked the presence of high-level clustering.3)In terms of development direction,urban B&B clusters exhibited a relatively stable pattern and evolved into high-level clustering centers within the main urban ***,rural B&Bs exhibited a more pronounced spatial diffusion effect,with clusters showing a trend of multi-center development along the coastline.4)Transport emerged as a common influencing factor for both urban and rural B&Bs,with the density of road network having the strongest explanatory power for their spatial *** terms of differences,populati

This study focuses on the effects of a polytropic fluid on a charged gravitational source within f(T) gravity, where T is the torsion scalar. We investigate how the electromagnetic field affects the flow of energy in spherically symmetric and static celestial objects that contain relativistic fluids. By using the gravitational decoupling technique, we analyze the effects of polytropic fluid on the dynamics of the gravitational source, accompanied by the matching of the interior geometry with an exterior at the hypersurface Σ. Finally, with the help of the Tolman ⅡV solution, we observe the conduct of energy conditions with the existence of charge using f(T)field equations and got the intended outcomes.

Aircraft wake turbulence is an inherent outcome of aircraft flight,presenting a substan-tial challenge to air traffic control,aviation safety and operational *** upon data obtained from coherent Doppler Lidar detection,and combining Dynamic Bayesian Networks(DBN)with Genetic Algorithm-optimized Backpropagation Neural Networks(GA-BPNN),this paper proposes a model for the inversion of wake vortex *** the wake vortex flow field simulation analysis,the wind and turbulent environment were initially superimposed onto the simulated wake velocity ***,Lidar-detected echoes of the velocity field are simulated to obtain a data set similar to the actual situation for model *** the case study validation,real measured data underwent preprocessing and were then input into the established *** allowed us to construct the wake vortex characteristic parameter inversion *** final results demonstrated that our model achieved parameter inversion with only minor *** a practical example,our model in this paper significantly reduced the mean square error of the inverted velocity field when compared to the traditional *** study holds significant promise for real-time monitoring of wake vortices at airports,and is proved a crucial step in developing wake vortex interval standards.

Dual carbon goal and agriculture in China:Exploring key factors influencing farmers’behavior in adopting low carbon technologies

Identifying the factors influencing farmers’adoption of low-carbon technologies(FA)and understanding their impacts are essential for shaping effective agricultural policies amied at emission reduction and carbon sequestration in *** study employs a meta-analysis of 122 empirical studies,delves into 23 driving factors affecting FA and addresses the inconsistencies present in the existing *** systematically examine the effect size,source of heterogeneity,and time-accumulation effect of the driving factors on *** find that significant heterogeneity in the factors influencing FA,except for farming experience,sources of heterogeneity from the survey zone,methodology model,technological attributes,report source,financial support,and the sampling ***,age,farming experience,and adoption cost negatively correlate with *** contrast,educational level,health status,technical training,economic and welfare cognition,land contract,soil quality,terrain,information accessibility,demonstration,government promotion,government regulation,government support,agricultural cooperatives member,peer effect,and agricultural income ratio demonstrate a positive ***,demonstration and age show a particularly strong ***,the effect of demonstration,age,economic and welfare cognition,farming experience,land contract,soil quality,information accessibility,government promotion,and support,as well as agricultural cooperative membership and peer effects on FA,are generally stable but exhibit varying degrees of attenuation over *** effect of village cadre,family income,farm scale,gender,health status,technical training,and off-farm work on FA show notable temporal shifts and maintain a weak correlation with *** study contributes to shaping China’s current low-carbon agriculture policies across various *** encourages policymakers to comprehensively consider the stability of key factors,other potential factors,technologic
