Microstructure and Orientation Evolution of Unidirectional Solidification Pure Copper during ECAP

Experiment were conducted to unidirectional solidification pure copper during ECAP by route C, the samples were investigated by XRD and EBSD. The results shown that the effect of original microstructure on the subgrains orientation decrease with the increasing of strain. At low strain, in the column grain interiors first formed a band structure that the orientation quite different with the matrix. With the strain increasing, the boundaries of the band structure expanding towards to two sides, gradually partition the original column grains into subgrains, the distribution of the subgrains possesses a directional distribution characteristics and the twins occurring in subgrains. Keep on increasing strain, the original grain boundaries began to broken, low angles grain boundaries and high angles grain boundaries both occur simultaneously shows a diffusion distribution characteristics.

The protective AR(anti-reflection) film of infrared wavelength is an important optical film used in army field.The design and preparation of SiO2 film used for protection and avoiding-reflection in IR wavelength are discussed in this article.In order to resolve the problem of water absorbing in 2900nm,we prepared the film by Ion Beam Assisted Deposition (IBAD) and annealed it after preparation.At last,we get a good SiO2 film deposited on big spherical surface,which has very good optical and mechanical character.

The bonds of metal and carbon don't form in metal-doped DLC films which be deposited by pulse arc facility for the condition of low temperature and alternate deposition.The hardness and internal stress decreases as the doped content increase,the good luck is that the stress decreases more dramatically.And the friction coefficient increase as the doped content increase.When the Si was doped,Si-C bonds has been formed,and the hardness of films keep constant as the Si content under 6.7%,so the properties of mechanic have been improved by doping Si.The Si doped target be used in film deposition process,atoms of Si and C were deposited at one time,so that the Si-C bond formed.

A micro thermal control device with polyimide based micro louver was proposed.The device structure was designed,the actuation voltage was analyzed theoretically and fabrication process was described.The micro louver prototype was fabricated using UV laser micromachining,electrochemistry etch and magnetron sputtering deposition technologies.The main parameters were tested and results were presented.

he stable radical cation salts of phenothiazine and N-alkyl-phenothiazine(alkyl =methyl , ethyl , isohutyl , isopentyl and benzyl) hexachloroantimonate ,per-chlorate , and iodide were prepared by means of one-electron oxidation with 2 ,2 , 6 ,6-tetramethyl- 4-acetoxypiperidine oxoammonium hexachloroantimonate , perchloricacid, hydrogen peroxide, and molecular iodine, respectively. The radical cationswere characterized using ESR spectroscopy. Conformational analysis based on theESR parameters suggests that the radical cations adopt a planar configuration withthe nitrogen radical as the center.

The stability constants (K.) for inclusion complexes of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) with substituted benzenes were predicted by the Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). The stability constants obtained byANN from the substituent molar refraction (Rmn), hydrophobic coefficient (πn) and Hammett constant (σx) are very close to those determinedexperimentally. It suggested that the van der Waals force and hydrophobic interactions play important roles in CD inclusion complex formation.

The association constants (K.), free energy (△G￣0), enthalpy (△H￣0) and entropy (△S0) changes were determined for the inclusion complexation of β-cyclodextrin with a series of 1-substituted naphthslenes in aqueous solution. The △H0-T△S0 plot for the β-cyclodextrin complexes with naphthalene derivatives show a linear relationship with slope of 0. 98and intercept of 14. 67. The results were discussed in terms of enthalpy-entropy compensation.

The solitary wave solutions for the Klein_Gordon_Schrdinger Equations were obtained by using the homogeneous balance principle. The form of the solutions is more generalized than the result that has been proved by pure theoretical and qualitative method in literature; namely, the form of solutions in literature is a particular case of result of the present paper.
