Background:EBV-miR-BARTs exhibit significant relevance in epithelial tumors,particularly in EBVassociated gastric and nasopharyngeal ***,their specific mechanisms in the initiation and progression of gastric cancer remain insufficiently *** and Methods:Initially,EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p and its target gene sMAD4 expression were assessed in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and cell *** transfection induced overexpression of EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p in AGs and MKN-45,and downregulation in EBVpositive cells(sUN-719).The subsequent evaluation aimed to observe their impact on gastric cancer cell proliferation,migration,and glycolytic processes,with the TGF-β/sMAD4 signaling pathway value clarified using a TGF-β***:EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p exhibits pronounced upregulation in EBV-associated gastric cancer tissues and EBV-positive cells,while its target gene sMAD4 demonstrates downregulated *** of it can promote the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer ***,We found EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p promotes glycolysis of gastric cancer *** of the TGF-β/sMAD4 signaling pathway resulted in suppressed proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells,concomitant with a diminished glycolytic ***:In this study,we found that EBV-miRNA-BART6-5p can target sMAD4,effectively increasing glycolysis in gastric cancer cells by regulating the TGF-β/sMAD4 signaling pathway,thereby enhancing the proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer *** findings may offer new insights into the metabolic aspects of gastric cancer.

Interaction between systemic iron parameters and left ventricular structure and function in the preserved ejection fraction population:a two-sample bidirectional Mendelian randomization study

Minimally invasive surgery is a kind of surgical operation,which is performed by using professional surgical instruments and equipment to inactivate,resect,repair or reconstruct the pathological changes,deformities and wounds in human body through micro-trauma or micro-approach,in order to achieve the goal of treatment,its surgical effect is equivalent to the traditional open surgery,while avoiding the morbidity of conventional surgical *** addition,it also has the advantages of less trauma,less blood loss during operation,less psychological burden and quick recovery on patients,and these minimally invasive techniques provide unique value for the examination and treatment of gastric cancer *** minimally invasive surgical techniques have developed rapidly and offer numerous options for the treatment of early gastric cancer(EGC):endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),underwater EMR(UEMR),endoscopic submucosal dissection(EsD),endoscopic full-thickness resection(EFTR),endoscopic submu-cosal excavation(EsE),submucosal tunnel endoscopic resection,laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery(LECs);Among them,EMR,EFTR and LECs technologies have a wide range of applications and different modific-ations have been derived from their respective surgical operations,such as band-assisted EMR(BA-EMR),conven-tional EMR(CEMR),over-the-scope clip-assisted EFTR,no-touch EFTR,the inverted LECs,closed LECs,and so *** new and improved minimally invasive surgeries are more precise,specific and effective in treating different types of EGC.

Vibrio parahaemolyticus,a gram-negative halophilic bacterium that naturally inhabits coastal waters,causes gastroenteritis,skin infections,and septicemia in human beings[1].This bacterium produces multiple virulence factors,including thermostable direct hemolysin(TDH),TDH-related hemolysin(TRH),type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3ss1),T3ss2,type Ⅵ secretion system 1(T6ss1),and T6ss2[1].Furthermore,Ⅴ.parahaemolyticus forms biofilms on the surface,which help it in adapting to unfavorable conditions[2].Mature biofilm formation requires special structures,including lateral and polar flagella,exopolysaccharide(EPs),and type Ⅳ pili[2].

Early non-invasive diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD)is ***,it is challenging to achieve accurate CHD diagnosis via detecting *** this work,heterostructured complexes of black phosphorus(BP)and two-dimensional carbide and nitride(MXene)with high gas sensitivity and photo responsiveness were formulated using a self-assembly strategy.A light-activated virtual sensor array(LAVsA)based on BP/Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx was prepared under photomodulation and further assembled into an instant gas sensing platform(IGsP).In addition,a machine learning(ML)algorithm was introduced to help the IGsP detect and recognize the signals of breath samples to diagnose *** to the synergistic effect of BP and Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx as well as photo excitation,the synthesized heterostructured complexes exhibited higher performance than pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)Tx,with a response value 26%higher than that of pristine Ti_(3)C_(2)*** addition,with the help of a pattern recognition algorithm,LAVsA successfully detected and identified 15 odor molecules affiliated with alcohols,ketones,aldehydes,esters,and ***,with the assistance of ML,the IGsP achieved 69.2%accuracy in detecting the breath odor of 45 volunteers from healthy people and CHD *** conclusion,an immediate,low-cost,and accurate prototype was designed and fabricated for the noninvasive diagnosis of CHD,which provided a generalized solution for diagnosing other diseases and other more complex application scenarios.
