In this paper,a three-dimensional(3-D)analytical model for short-channel effects(SCEs)in a nanoscale triple-gate(TG)FinFET is derived based on solving a boundary value problem using the 3-D Poisson’s *** model is validated using 3-D numerical simulations(TCAD Sentaurus).Results show that SCEs in a TG FinFET can be controlled by reducing either the fin thickness(D)or height(H).On the other hand,when fixing the drive capability of turn-on current,*** the total width of the conductive channel,and changing the ratio of D and H,there exists a case where SCEs are worst,and SCEs can be reduced by either increasing or decreasing the ratio from the worst *** SCEs model can be used to predict the minimum channel length(Lmin)of a device when D,H,and tox are fixed,while keeping SCEs at a tolerable *** on the analytical model,the insights into the physics of SCEs in nanoscale TG FinFET are discussed,and design considerations are investigated.

The accuracy of background clutter model is a key factor which determines the performance of a constant false alarm rate(CFAR) target detection method. G0 distribution is one of the optimal statistic models in the synthetic aperture radar(SAR) image background clutter modeling and can accurately model various complex background clutters in the SAR images. But the application of the distribution is greatly limited by its disadvantages that the parameter estimation is complex and the local detection threshold is difficult to be obtained. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, an synthetic aperture radar CFAR target detection method using the logarithmic cumulant(Mo LC) + method of moment(Mo M)-based G0 distribution clutter model is proposed. In the method, G0 distribution is used for modeling the background clutters, a new Mo LC+Mo M-based parameter estimation method coupled with a fast iterative algorithm is used for estimating the parameters of G0 distribution and an exquisite dichotomy method is used for obtaining the local detection threshold of CFAR detection, which greatly improves the computational efficiency, detection performance and environmental adaptability of CFAR detection. Experimental results show that the proposed SAR CFAR target detection method has good target detection performance in various complex background clutter environments.

Aerosol optical properties are simulated using the Spectral Radiation Transport Model I~）r Aerosol Species （SPRINTARS） coupled with the Non-hydrostatic ICosahedral Atmospheric Model （NICAM）. The 3-year global mean all-sky aerosol optical thickness （AOT） at 550 nm, theAngstr/Sm Exponent （AE） based on AOTs at 440 and 870 nm, and the single scattering albedo （SSA） at 550 nm are estimated at 0.123, 0.657 and 0.944, respectively. For each aerosol species, the mean AOT is within the range of the AeroCom models. Both the modeled all-sky and clear-sky results are compared with observations from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer （MODIS） and the Aerosol Robotic Network （AERONET）. The simulated spatiotemporal distributions of all-sky AOTs can generally reproduce the MODIS retrievals, and the correlation and model skill can be slightly improved using the clear-sky results over most land regions. The differences between clear-sky and all-sky AOTs are larger over polluted regions. Compared with observations from AERONET, the modeled and observed all-sky AOTs and AEs are generally in reasonable agreement, whereas the SSA variation is not well captured. Although the spatiotemporal distributions of all-sky and clear-sky results are similar, the clear-sky results are generally better correlated with the observations. The clear-sky AOT and SSA are generally lower than the all-sky results, especially in those regions where the aerosol chemical composition is contributed to mostly by sulfate aerosol. The modeled clear-sky AE is larger than the all-sky AE over those regions dominated by hydrophilic aerosol, while the＇opposite is found over regions dominated by hydrophobic aerosol.

Sea level pressure (SLP) anomalies over the southern high latitudes associated with the Indian Ocean Dipole Mode (IOD) are *** correlation and composite analysis depict,for the first time,the seasonal spatial variability in the relationship of SLP field in Southern Ocean with *** suggest that the IOD signal exists in the southern high latitudes and it is enhanced in boreal autumn,an active season of *** interannual to subdecadal timescales,the spatial teleconnection pattern exhibits a wavenum-ber-3 pattern around the circumpolar Southern Ocean and the lead-lag correlation analysis shows that there are about 3 months of SLP anomalies in southern high latitudes lagging IOD,which indicates that the response time is almost instantaneous.

Flood catastrophe risk assessment is imperative for the steady development of agriculture under the context of global climate change,and meanwhile,it is an urgent scientific issue need to be solved in agricultural risk assessment *** paper developed the methodology of flood catastrophe risk assessment,which can be shown as the standard process of crop loss calculation,Monte Carlo simulation,the generalized extreme value distribution（GEV） fitting,and risk *** on crop loss were collected based on hectares covered by natural disasters,hectares affected by natural disasters,and hectares destroyed by natural disasters using the standard *** Carlo simulation based on appropriate distribution was used to expand sample size to overcome the insufficiency of crop loss *** maxima model（BMM） approach based on the extreme value theory was for modeling the generalized extreme value distribution（GEV） of flood catastrophe loss,and then flood catastrophe risk at the provincial scale in China was *** Type III Extreme distribution（Weibull） has a weighted advantage of modeling flood catastrophe risk for grain *** impact of flood catastrophe to grain production in China was significantly serious,and high or very high risk of flood catastrophe mainly concentrates on the central and eastern regions of *** the scenario of suffering once-in-a-century flood disaster,for majority of the major-producing provinces,the probability of 10% reduction of grain output is more than 90%.Especially,the probabilities of more than 15% decline in grain production reach up to 99.99,99.86,99.69,and 91.60% respectively in Anhui,Jilin,Liaoning,and *** catastrophe assessment can provide multifaceted information about flood catastrophe risk that can help to guide management of flood catastrophe.

Lightweight Steganography Detection Method Based on Multiple Residual Structures and Transformer

Existing deep learning-based steganography detection methods utilize convolution to automatically capture and learn steganographic features, yielding higher detection efficiency compared to manually designed steganography detection methods. Detection methods based on convolutional neural network frameworks can extract global features by increasing the network's depth and width. These frameworks are not highly sensitive to global features and can lead to significant resource consumption. This manuscript proposes a lightweight steganography detection method based on multiple residual structures and Transformer(Res Former). A multi-residuals block based on channel rearrangement is designed in the preprocessing layer. Multiple residuals are used to enrich the residual features and channel shuffle is used to enhance the feature representation capability. A lightweight convolutional and Transformer feature extraction backbone is constructed, which reduces the computational and parameter complexity of the network by employing depth-wise separable convolutions. This backbone integrates local and global image features through the fusion of convolutional layers and Transformer, enhancing the network's ability to learn global features and effectively enriching feature diversity. An effective weighted loss function is introduced for learning both local and global features, Bias Loss loss function is used to give full play to the role of feature diversity in classification, and cross-entropy loss function and contrast loss function are organically combined to enhance the expression ability of features. Based on Boss Base-1.01, BOWS2 and ALASKA#2, extensive experiments are conducted on the stego images generated by spatial and JPEG domain adaptive steganographic algorithms, employing both classical and state-of-theart steganalysis techniques. Various software-engineering problems have been solved by crowdsourcing. In many projects,the software outsourcing process is streamlined on cloud-based platforms. Among software engineering tasks,test-case development is particularly suitable for crowdsourcing, because a large number of test cases can be generated at little monetary cost. However, the numerous test cases harvested from crowdsourcing can be high-or low-quality. Owing to the large volume, distinguishing the high-quality tests by traditional techniques is computationally expensive. Therefore, crowdsourced testing would benefit from an efficient mechanism distinguishes the qualities of the test cases. This paper introduces an automated approach —TCQA — to evaluate the quality of test cases based on the onsite coding history. Quality assessment by TCQA proceeds through three steps:(1) modeling the code history as a time series,(2) extracting the multiple relevant features from the time series, and(3) building a model that classifies the test cases based on their qualities. Step(3) is accomplished by feature-based machine-learning techniques. By leveraging the onsite coding history, TCQA can assess the test-case quality without performing expensive source-code analysis or executing the test cases. Using the data of nine test-development tasks involving more than 400 participants, we evaluated TCQA from multiple perspectives. The TCQA approach assessed the quality of the test cases with higher precision, faster speed, and lower overhead than conventional test-case qualityassessment techniques. Moreover, TCQA provided yield real-time insights on test-case quality before the assessment was finished.

Eddy characteristics derived from different data resources are compared： sea surface temperature（SST）, sea surface height anomaly（SSHA） and surface drifter trajectories. The comparison suggests that the eddy statistical characteristics are different using different variables to delineate eddies, but they show the similar trend. Based on the comparison, abnormal eddies with warm（cold） cores but counter-clockwise（clockwise） rotation are found in the Kuroshio Extension region.
