Face diagnosis is one of the four diagnostic methods in Traditional chinese medicine(TCM). The morbidity of the organs can be revealed from the facial complexion. Due to the ambiguity of face diagnosis in TCM,Fuzzy support vector machine(FSVM) is utilized to remove the influence of outliers. The facial complexion recognition in TCM based on FSVM is proposed in this paper,which includes the following steps: 1) The facial cheek region are segmented as skin blocks; 2) The color feature in Lab color space is extracted from skin block to represent facial complexion characteristic; 3) The fuzzy membership is calculated to obtain the membership of the training samples, in which the final membership of training samples is determined by combining membership calculation based on distance with the facial complexion recognition based on color modeling; 4) The FSVM is built to classify facial complexion characteristic. Experimental results show that proposed facial complexion recognition has better antiinterference performance as well as a higher recognition rate up to 82%.

For radar targets flying at low altitude, multiple pathways produce fade or enhancement relative to the level that would be expected in a free-space environment. In this paper, a new detec- tion method based on a wide-ranging multi-frequency radar for low angle targets is proposed. Sequential transmitting multiple pulses with different frequencies are first applied to decorrelate the cohe- rence of the direct and reflected echoes. After receiving all echoes, the multi-frequency samples are arranged in a sort descending ac- cording to the amplitude. Some high amplitude echoes in the same range cell are accumulated to improve the signal-to-noise ratio and the optimal number of high amplitude echoes is analyzed and given by experiments. Finally, simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Space-time coding radar has been recently proposed and *** is a radar framework which can perform transmit beamforming at the ***,the range resolution decreases when the number of the transmit element increases.A subarray-based space-time coding(sub-STC)radar is explored to alleviate the range resolution *** the proposed radar configuration,an identical waveform is transmitted and it introduces a small time offset in different *** multidimensional ambiguity function of sub-STC radar is defined by considering resolutions in multiple domains including the range,Doppler,angle and probing *** on properties of the multi-dimensional ambiguity function of the sub-STC radar with regard to the spatial coverage,resolution performance and low sidelobes are also *** reveal that the range resolution and low sidelobes performance are improved with the proposed approach.

This paper presents a novel Interacting multi-model(IMM) Robust Cardinality balance multitarget multi-Bernoulli(R-CBMe MBer) filter to solve the maneuvering target tracking problem in the case of interval measurement, unknown detection probability and unknown clutter density. In essence, IMM R-CBMe MBer filter is an extended application of R-CBMe MBer *** the IMM R-CBMe MBer filter, the target state is first extended to distinguish clutter from the real *** detection probability and model probability of the target can be adaptively updated. Then, generalized likelihood function and IMM algorithm are introduced to interactively predict and update the state of the target in the IMM R-CBMe MBer filtering process. In addition,a particle application of the IMM R-CBMe MBer filter is given, and a numerical experiment is designed under nonlinear conditions. Meanwhile, Doppler information of the target is employed to estimate the velocity of each maneuvering target. Numerical experiments also verify that the IMM R-CBMe MBer filter can effectively estimate the target position, target velocity, target detection probability and clutter number in the condition of unknown detection probability, unknown clutter rate and interval measurement.

In the most of exiting Local linear embedding(LLE)-based image super-resolution methods, a Low resolution(LR) image can be represented as a linear combination of LR training samples. In these methods, the combination coefficients of the LR image are directly used to estimate the High resolution(HR) image. However, experimental results show that the LR-LLE coefficients are different from the corresponding HR-LLE coefficients. To bridge the gap between LR and HR images, a novel LLEbased face hallucination algorithm is proposed. An LLE coefficients prior model is introduced to reduce the coefficient errors. In this prior model, the LLE coefficients of the interpolated LR face image are used to constraint the reconstructed coefficients. Experimental results show that the proposed method can provide improved performance over the compared methods.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disorder associated with brain aging， and the accumulation of amyloid-beta (Aβ) and hyperphosphorylated Tau proteins are key pathological features. Currently， drugs for the treatment of AD are mainly single-targeted， but the complex pathogenesis of AD makes it difficult to achieve the desired results. Therefore， the development of multitargeted therapies is crucial for future interventions. Rice bran oil (RBO) has been recognized as an edible oil with several health benefits， but its effects on AD caused by brain aging remain underexplored. In this study， the effects of RBO on memory dysfunction in D-galactose (D-gal) mice and its molecular mechanisms were investigated via in vivo and in silico methods from the perspective of AD pathologies. Our results suggested that compounds in RBO could modulate the activities of β-site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1)， mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 (MAPK3)， matrix metalloproteinase 3 (MMP3)， and intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM1)， leading to inhibition of Aβ accumulation and Tau protein hyper-phosphorylation. Moreover， RBO reduced Aβ-induced oxidative stress by inhibiting the activity of mouse double minute 2 homolog (MDM2) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate response element binding protein binding protein (CREBBP)， and attenuated neuroinflammation by inhibiting the activity of nitric oxide synthase 2 (NOS2) and reducing Aβ accumulation and Tau protein hyperphosphorylation. Additionally， α-linolenic acid in RBO exhibited inhibitory effects on D-gal-induced apoptosis in PC12 cells through modulation of NOS2， MDM2， ICAM1， and phospho-extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (p-ERK1/2). Similarly， stigmastanol inhibited apoptosis in D-gal-induced PC12 cells through the regulation of NOS2. Thus， RBO can be considered as a potential functional food to attenuate AD owing to its multicomponent and multitarget effects.

With the continuous advancements in electronics towards downsizing and integration,efficient thermal dissipation from chips has emerged as a critical factor affecting their lifespan and operational *** fan-less chip cooling system has two critical interfaces for thermal transport,which are the contact interface between the base and the chip dominated by thermal conduction,and the surface of the fins dominated by thermal *** different thermal transfer modes of these two critical interfaces pose different requirements for thermal management *** the study,a novel approach was proposed by developing graphene thermal transport functional material whose morphology could be intentionally designed via reformed plasmaenhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)methods to meet the diverse requirements of heat transfer ***,graphene with multilevel branching structure of vertical graphene(BVG)was fabricated through the hydrogenassisted PECVD(H_(2)-PECVD)strategy,which contributed a high emissivity of~*** was deposited on the fins’surface and functioned as the radiation enhanced layer to facilitate the rapid radiation of heat from the heat sinks into the surrounding ***,the well-oriented vertical graphene(OVG)was successfully prepared through the vertical electric field-assisted PECVD process(EF-PECVD),which showed a high directional thermal conductivity of~53.5 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1).OVG was deposited on the contact interface and functioned as the thermal conduction enhanced layer,allowing for the quick transmission of heat from the chip to the heat *** this design concept,the two critical interfaces in the chip cooling system can be jointly enhanced,resulting in a remarkable cooling efficiency enhancement of~30.7%,demonstrating that this novel material possessed enormous potential for enhancing the performance of cooling ***,this research not only provided new design concepts for the cooling system

With the development of information technology,a large number of product quality data in the entire manufacturing process is accumulated,but it is not explored and used *** traditional product quality prediction models have many disadvantages,such as high complexity and low *** overcome the above problems,we propose an optimized data equalization method to pre-process dataset and design a simple but effective product quality prediction model:radial basis function model optimized by the firefly algorithm with Levy flight mechanism(RBFFALM).First,the new data equalization method is introduced to pre-process the dataset,which reduces the dimension of the data,removes redundant features,and improves the data *** the RBFFALFM is used to predict product *** expe riments conducted on real-world product quality datasets validate that the new model RBFFALFM combining with the new data pre-processing method outperforms other previous me thods on predicting product quality.

In this Letter, an autofocusing method in optical scanning holography(OSH) system is proposed. By introducing Lissajous scanning into multiple signal classification(MUSIC) method in time-reversal(TR) OSH, the axial locations of the targets can be retrieved with better resolution and the peak prominence increases from 0.21 to 0.34. The feasibility of this method is confirmed by simulation as well as experiment.
