Enhancement of ionic conductivity and fracture toughness by infiltrating porous Li_(0.33)La_(0.56)TiO_(3) pellets

Although solid-state lithium electrolytes have the potential to reduce the safety issues associated with organic liquid electrolytes,disadvantages such as low total conductivity,large interface impedance,and delamination of the interface due to cyclic stress still need to be *** solid-state lithium-ion conductor Li_(0.33)La_(0.56)TiO_(3)(LLTO) was prepared via a hydrothermal route by using CTAB as templates in this *** LLTO with micro-porous channels was obtained and the total conductivity is comparable to the non-porous *** LLTO pellets are infiltrated with the non-porous LLTO precursor solution,and the total conductivities of the infiltrated porous LLTO are all higher than those without *** infiltration,the porous LLTO calcined at 600℃ achieves the highest total conductivity,7.88×10^(-5) S/*** fracture toughness of the infiltrated LLTO is higher than that of the non-porous *** results demonstrate a new way to prepare solid-state lithium-ion conductors with high ionic conductivity and great tolerance to cyclic stress.

Multilocus genome-wide association study has become the state-of-the-art tool for dissecting the genetic architecture of complex and multiomic ***,most existing multilocus methods require relatively long computational time when analyzing large *** address this issue,in this study,we proposed a fast mrMLM method,namely,best linear unbiased prediction multilocus random-SNP-effect mixed linear model(BLUPmrMLM).First,genome-wide single-marker scanning in mrMLM was replaced by vectorized Wald tests based on the best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP)values of marker effects and their variances in ***,adaptive best subset selection(ABESS)was used to identify potentially associated markers on each chromosome to reduce computational time when estimating marker effects via empirical ***,shared memory and parallel computing schemes were used to reduce the computational *** simulation studies,BLUPmrMLM outperformed GEMMA,EMMAX,mrMLM,and FarmCPU as well as the control method(BLUPmrMLM with ABESS removed),in terms of computational time,power,accuracy for estimating quantitative trait nucleotide positions and effects,false positive rate,false discovery rate,false negative rate,and F1 *** the reanalysis of two large rice datasets,BLUPmrMLM significantly reduced the computational time and identified more previously reported genes,compared with the aforementioned *** study provides an excellent multilocus model method for the analysis of large-scale and multiomic *** software mrMLM v5.1 is availab.e at BioCode(https://***/biocode/tool/BT007388)or GitHub(https://***/YuanmingZhang65/mrMLM).

The rapid development of 5G/6G and AI enables an environment of Internet of Everything(IoE)which can support millions of connected mobile devices and applications to operate smoothly at high speed and low ***,these massive devices will lead to explosive traffic growth,which in turn cause great burden for the data transmission and content *** challenge can be eased by sinking some critical content from cloud to *** this case,how to determine the critical content,where to sink and how to access the content correctly and efficiently become new *** work focuses on establishing a highly efficient content delivery framework in the IoE *** particular,the IoE environment is re-constructed as an end-edge-cloud collab.rative system,in which the concept of digital twin is applied to promote the *** on the digital asset obtained by digital twin from end users,a content popularity prediction scheme is firstly proposed to decide the critical content by using the Temporal Pattern Attention(TPA)enabled Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)***,the prediction results are input for the proposed caching scheme to decide where to sink the critical content by using the Reinforce Learning(RL)***,a collab.rative routing scheme is proposed to determine the way to access the content with the objective of minimizing *** experimental results indicate that the proposed schemes outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks in terms of the caching hit rate,the average throughput,the successful content delivery rate and the average routing overhead.

本研究旨在模拟不同狭窄程度和脉搏率的颈动脉搏动血流。采用流-固耦合(FSI)和任意拉格朗日-欧拉(ALE)方法研究了不同狭窄程度、脉搏率和动脉壁性质对周围流体的影响。分别应用Carreau-Yasuda非牛顿超弹性模型和修正Mooney-Rivin超弹性模型于具有非牛顿行为的血液和超弹性血管壁。结果得到血液的壁面径向位移、压力分布、轴向速度分布和壁面剪切应力。通过增加狭窄的严重程度,轴向速度、血压变化、最大壁面剪切应力和壁面径向位移均呈增长趋势。当脉率在狭窄程度为75%时,最大流量矩、壁面径向位移、压力、轴向速度和壁面剪应力的最大值均增大。此外,与弹性和刚性模型相比,将动脉壁视为超弹性模型,将其周围流体视为非牛顿和非定常,可以使模拟更加真实。在严重程度高达50%的狭窄中,红细胞受到轻微损害,而在严重程度为75%的狭窄中观察到溶血。通过改善动脉粥样硬化,弹性模量从500 k Pa提高到2 MPa,在60 bpm脉率和狭窄程度75%下,剪切应力最大值增长65%。与刚性和弹性动脉壁相比,动脉壁的超弹性模型导致较低的轴向速度、较低的血压、较低的剪切应力和较高的径向位移。

Pathogens generate and secrete effector proteins to the host plant cells during pathogenesis to promote virulence and *** the plant carries resistance(R)proteins that recognize pathogen effectors,effector-triggered immunity(ETI)is activated,resulting in a robust immune response and hypersensitive response(HR).The bipartite effector AvrRps4 from Pseudomonas syringae *** has been well studied in terms of avirulence *** planta,AvrRps4 is processed into two *** Cterminal fragment of AvrRps4(AvrRps4^(C))induces HR in turnip and is recognized by the paired resistance proteins AtRRS1/AtRPS4 in ***,we show that AvrRps4^(C)targets a group of Arabidopsis WRKY,including WRKY46,WRKY53,WRKY54,and WRKY70,to induce its virulence ***,AvrRps4^(C)suppresses the general binding and transcriptional activities of immune-positive regulator WRKY54 and WRKY54-mediated ***4^(C)interferes with WRKY54's binding activity to target gene SARD1 in vitro,suggesting WRKY54 is sequestered from the SARD1 promoter by AvrRps4^(C).Through the interaction of Avr Rps4^(C)with four WRKYs,AvrRps4 enhances the formation of homo-/heterotypic complexes of four WRKYs and sequesters them in the cytoplasm,thus inhibiting their function in plant ***,our results provide a detailed virulence mechanism of AvrRps4 through its C-terminus.
