Holistic Discourse in the Network cognitive modeling

The purpose of this paper is to pose a new question to speed-up mutual understanding among team members or/and group of experts when communicating over the Internet in forms of virtual collaboration, electronic brainstorming, network strategic conversation, etc. We have previously proposed an approach that the convergent control mechanism based on the fundamental principles of thermodynamic and inverse problem solution method, as well as various artificial intelligence techniques, be incorporated into the communicative process. This paper shows a further development of the approach in terms of applying The Fuzzy Tychonoff Theorem along with quantum techniques provide to reach a high level of holistic discourse which is achieved not only through the application of fundamental principles of compactness of the topological space, but also utilizing quantum entanglement and complementarity principles for discourse structuring in a special way. The approach is implemented as the Responsibility Thinking System （RTS） tested in the course of finding the decisions of the real life issues.

modeling and Simulation on Axial Piston Pump Based on Virtual Prototype Technology

A particular emphasis is placed on the virtual prototype technology （VPT） of axial piston pump. With this technology it is convenient and flexible to build a complicated 3D virtual based on real physical model. The actual kinematics pairs of the parts were added on the model. The fluid characters were calculated by hydraulic software. The shape of the parts, the flexible body of parts, etc were improved in this prototype. So the virtual prototype of piston pump can work in computer like a real piston pump, and the flow ripple, pressure pulsation, motion principle, stress of parts, etc can be investigated. The development of the VPT is introduced at the beginning, and the modeling process of the virtual prototype is explained. Then a special emphasis is laid on the relationship between the dynamics model and the hydraulic model, and the simulations on the flow ripple, pressure pulsation, motion principle, the stress and strain distribution of the middle shaft and piston are operated. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the VPT are discussed. The improved virtual prototype of piston pump more tally with the real situation and the VPT has a great potential in simulation on hydraulic components.

With the continuous deepening of international anti-terrorism movement,the anti-terrorism has entered a new stage,and it is facing new *** of the new challenges is to extract useful and valuable information from massive data *** anti-terrorism system model based on local shallow information is imperfect,which is not conducive to obtaining accurate prediction *** shortcomings of existing research are the lack of comprehensive analysis and deeper mining of *** order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the present anti-terrorism system,we propose an effective method for risk assessment and prediction based on machine learning by using Global Terrorism Database（GTD）.There are four basic steps:first,we reduce the data dimension through correlation calculation and Singular Value Decomposition（SVD）,then,the function is established to rank the harmfulness of terrorist attacks;second,the cascaded network with attention mechanism is used to predict suspects;third,k-means is used to cluster the regions of terrorist attacks,and then we establish a generalized linear regression model to predict the situation of terrorist *** verify the feasibility of the model by comparing with the real *** experimental results show that the proposed method can analyze and predict the information related to terrorist attacks comprehensively and accurately.

Background Hereditary spastic paraplegia(HSP) is a clinically and genetically heterogeneous neurodegenerative diseases characterized by progressive spasticity of the lower *** various mutations occured in SPG11 gene have been recently identified causing autosomal recessive HSP with thin corpus callosum(ARHSP-TCC).Method We have performed mutation detection in 15 autosomal recessive HSP families(26 patients) and 18 sporadic cases by sequencing the PCR products spanning the exonic and intron-exon boundary regions of the gene. Result A novel compound heterozygous mutation,c.[5121122insAG]+[6859C>T] (p.[I1708RfsX2]+[Q2287X]),in the gene has been identified in a family from Huizhou city of Guangdong *** genetic analyses of the family showed that the mother carried the mutation of c.[5121122insAG]and the father carried the c.[6859C>T]*** affected son unfortunately inherited bother mutations from the parents,whereas each of his younger brother and sister only inherited one of the *** feature and laboratory investigations show that the son inherited the compound mutations has TCC,cognitive decline and lower motor neuron *** mothernal mutation,c.5121122insAG,caused the reading frame shift through a two-base pair insertion on the splice site of exon *** introduced a premature stop codon at residue 1709(p.I1708RfsX2).The paternal mutation,c.6859C>T, caused the nonsense mutation Q2287X in exon ***,this mutation resulted in truncated *** mutations were not found in control *** analysis suggested that the haplotypes bearing the two mutations co-segregated with ARHSP-TCC in this *** species alignment showed that the two mutations occurred at the highly conserved nucleotides/amino *** modeling of the mutant proteins predicted gross changes at the second structure *** include the loss of 31 motives,introduction of an extra transmembrane domain,the reversal of the d

Ripple-based matrix modeling and cross-coupling effect analysis of double-input DC-DC Boost converters

This paper deals with the modeling and cross-coupling effect analysis in double-input Boost converters with multiplex current control. A ripple-based multiplex current controlled matrix model is proposed to restore the system's high-frequency domain dynamics information and resolve the coexistence problem of the sample-and-hold effect in multiplex current controllers, which significantly improves the resolution of the conventional average model. Based on the proposed model, both sub-harmonic and low-frequency oscillations are identified in terms of stability analysis, and the inherent mechanism of these complicated nonlinear dynamic behavior is revealed, which not only illustrates the origin of the oscillations but also points out the dominant factors in diverse types of instability situation. Besides, cross-coupling effect analysis is performed to study the interaction between the input ports with the help of the Gershgorin band, and the mechanism of the special unbalanced oscillation phenomenon is revealed. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis approach is used to identify the key parameters with respect to the cross-coupling effect, which provides more design-oriented knowledge for practical engineering. In addition, the benefits of the proposed model are further illustrated through a comparative analysis. Finally, these theoretical results are verified by experimental ones. These results are beneficial to the improvement of performance as well as the understanding of the cross-coupling effect of multi-input converters.

TOC changes in the process of thermal evolution of source rock and its controls

Through geological observation, simulation in laboratory and numerical modeling, the factors that control the changes in total organic content (TOC) of source rock have been studied. When the formula DTOC=(TOC0-TOC)/TOC0 (original organic carbon content in the rock) is used to measure the TOC (total organic carbon content) changes in the source rock through geological time, the degrees and directions of such changes are determined by losses and relative amounts both of organic and inorganic matter in the source rock. The DTOC equa-tion, which is used to calculate the loss rate in the process of maturation for the source rock, is therefore obtained by analyzing the mass balance relations. For a certain type of source rock with a certain maturation history, the changes of its TOC respond only to the rates of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion. In actual cases of geological entities, DTOC generally ranges from -0.05 to 0.2, while the calculated reconversion coefficient (k) for organic carbon content remains between 0.90 and 1.25. Only in an ideal situation where there are extremely high rates of hydrocarbon generation and expulsion can the DTOC value experience significant changes, with k reaching up to 2.5. It is concluded, therefore, that the cri-terion for carbonates source rock assessment, based on reconverting the TOC to the value of its original state, may have overestimated the course of the carbon-reduction, which is likely in many cases to make a poor source rock sound better.
