The metabolite lactate (l-lactate) can be generated and rel.a.ed by diverse brain cells,including neurons,astrocytes,and oligodendrocytes (Kann,2023;rae et al.,2024).lactate production usually requires the degradation of glucose (D-glucose)-and glycogen in astrocytes-to pyruvate by glycolysis and subsequent conversion of pyruvate to lactate by the enzyme lactate dehydrogenase(Figure 1A;Dienel,2019;rae et al.,2024).

The study has shown free radical processes during modeling of Parkinson Disease (PD) with rotenone. We isolated striatum, brainstem, neocortex, cerebellum, spinal cord, thymus, heart, and liver of rats after rotenone injection in the right striatum. The samples were taken on the 5th, 10th and 15th days after the injection. According to chemiluminescence data, the injection of rotenone initiates the disturbance of intensity of free radical processes in striatum at 5th day in a bilateral mode. After this until the 10th day these changes had restoring character, but after 15 days according to chemiluminescence and thio-barbituric acid test disturbance of lipid peroxide oxidation processes occurred. While superoxide dismutase activity has been changed significantly in all studied tissues, especially in the striatum and neocortex. It should be noted that during rotenone model there are no observed clinical symptoms in rats during 1 to 20 days, and the symptoms of the disease are observed approximately 28 days after the injection. This research could help diagnose PD in the early stage of its onset.

The present investigation is the continuation of our prior clinical studies on the content of parathyroid hormone (PTH), its paracrine analog, parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) and electrolytes in blood of patients with heart failure. The results of these studies formed the basis for the nomination of the hypothesis on PTH and PTHrP compensatory-modulating effect on the contractile activity of heart. The objective of this study is to elucidate the mechanism of the compensatory-modulating effect of PTH on heart functional.a.tivity, which is realized by the study of effective doses of PTH by pharmacological.a.alysis, using different inhibitors. The dose-dependent effect of PTH on the heart contraction rate and amplitude is studied on the frog isolated heart by the method of non-invasive registration of heart contractile activity. The method is based on the photoelectric principle of the reflected from the contractile object light ray transformation into an electric signaling. It is shown that the most effective dose that has positive chronotropic and inotropic effects on heart is 10–10 M hormone. To clarify the mechanism of PTH physiological dose action on the contractile activity of heart PTH 1-34 is combined with Ca-channel.a. well.a. phosphodiesterase blockers. The mentioned substances are applied based on the fact that PTH effect on target cells is mediated by secondary messengers, particularly calcium ions and cAMP. Based on the data obtained by combination of hormone with Verapamil (10–5 M) and Theophylline (10–4 M), we concluded on the involvement of calcium ions in the realization of chronotropic and cAMP in the inotropic effects on the heart.

We present a detailed spectroscopic study of pre-main sequence star V565 Mon,which is the illuminating star of the Parsamian 17 cometary *** were performed with the 2.6 m telescope in Byurakan Astrophysical Observatory on 2018 February *** velocities and equivalent widths of the most prominent lines of V565 Mon are *** build the spectral energy distribution and estimate the main parameters of the star,for example the obtained bolometric luminosity of V565 Mon is l_(V565)≈130 l_(⊙).Considering all features of V565 Mon,we come to the conclusion that this young intermediate-mass star belongs to some intermediate class between T Tau and HAeBe *** unusual for a young star is the presence of strong absorption BaⅡlines in the *** explanations on this issue are ***,we think that V565 Mon is a unique example,which can help to understand some open questions involved in the problem of nucleosynthesis in young stars.

Chronic exercise training versus acute endurance exercise in reducing neurotoxicity in rats exposed to l.a. acetate

After intraperitoneal injection of 20 mg/kg l.a. acetate, rats received 8 weeks of treadmill exercise （15-22 m/min, 25-64 minutes） and/or treadmill exercise at 1.6 km/h until exhaustion. The markers related to neurotoxicity were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. 8 weeks of treadmill exercise significantly increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor level in the hippocampus （P = 0.04） and plasma level of total.a.tioxidant capacity of rats exposed to l.a. acetate （P 〈 0.001）, and significantly decreased plasma level of malondialdehyde （P 〈 0.001）. Acute exercise only decreased the hippocampal malondialdehyde level （P = 0.09） and increased brain-derived neurotrophic factor level in the hippocampus （P = 0.66）. Acute exercise also enhanced the total.a.tioxidant capacity in rats exposed to l.a. acetate, insignificantly （P = 0.99）, These findings suggest that chronic treadmill exercise can significantly decrease neurotoxicity and alleviate oxidative stress in rats exposed to l.a. acetate. However, acute endurance exercise was not associated with these beneficial effects.

Metabolites and metabolism-related gene expression profiles in skeletal muscle change dramatically under obesity, aging and metabolic disease. Since obese and l.a. pigs are ideal models for metabolic research. Here, we compared metabolome and transcriptome of longissimus dorsi(lD) muscle between Taoyuan black(TB, obese) and Duroc(l.a.) pigs at different ages. We defined the “window phase” of intramuscular fat(IMF) deposition in TB pig, which has significantly higher IMF than Duroc pig. Our results displayed discrepant lipid composition and different expression genes(DEGs) enriched in lipid metabolism, and both metabolome and transcriptome analyses revealed stronger energy expenditure and more active amino acid and protein metabolism in Duroc pig. 10 up-and 51 down-regulated biomarker metabolites with age-and breed-specificity were identified. Potential secretory metabolites, including organic acid(fumaric acid, succinate,malic acid, and gamma-aminobutyric acid), amino acid(l-lysine, and l-glutamic acid), lipid(2-hydroxyisovaleric acid, and l-carnitine) were demonstrated a significant correlation with IMF deposition. Our research highlights the huge difference of metabolic spectrum in skeletal muscle between obese and l.a. model.a.d muscle-derived secretory metabolites might act as an ambassador of intercellular communication to regulate systematic metabolism.

In repair of aircraft structures of magnesium alloy Ml10,the argon arc non-consumable electrode welding is *** this case,the residual welding stresses occur in repairwelds,being one of the causes for reducing the service characteristics of the restored *** stresses arise as a result of ***-weld heat treatment is used to reduce the residual *** heat treatment,which occurs after welding,increases the cost of *** l.a.s to the search for alternative methods to control the stressed state of welded joints,one of which is electrodynamic treatment,which reduces the level of residual stresses in repair welds,and as a consequence,the cost of the welding repair in restoring aircraft *** was found from the results of experiments carried out,that the electrodynamic treatment allows reduces the initial level of stresses in welded joints,reaching 120 MPa,to 30 MPa,and at definite geometric characteristics of the specimens forming the field of compressive stresses,the values ofwhich are equal to-50 *** is shown that the optimum distance between the zones of treatment,being 5 mm,provides the guaranteed covering the zones of electrodynamic effect and,as a consequence,the maximum efficiency of the electric dynamic treatment.
