Rhodium-catalyzed enantioselective in situ C(sp^(3))-H heteroarylation by a desymmetrization approach

A rhodium-catalyzed desymmetrization reaction for enantioselective methyl C-H arylation is achieved by utilizing an in situ arylating reagent via nucleophilic cyclization of o-aminoaryl *** reaction results in chiral indoles containing all-carbon quaternary stereocenters under atmospheric conditions,with a wide range of substrates exhibiting good enantioselectivity(44 examples).Mechnism and DFT studies show that the stereocontrol is reasonably achieved through the collaborative control of a large silicon substituted chiral ligand and C-H···π,LP···πinteractions between aryl rings of the carboxylate group and the *** experiments demonstrate that Rh-aryl bond formation via in situ nucleophilic cyclization is more critical for reaction efficiency than via C-H activation of the nucleophilic cyclization byproduct.

In networked system identification,how to effectively use communication resources and improve convergence speed is the focus of ***,there is an inherent contradiction between the two *** this paper,the event-driven communication is used to save communication resources for the identification of finite impulse response systems,and the input design is carried out to meet the requirements of convergence ***,a difference-driven communication is ***,the performance of the communication mechanism is analyzed,and the calculation method of its communication rate is *** that,according to the communication rate and the convergence rate of the identification algorithm,the input design problem is transformed into a constrained optimization problem,and the algorithm for finding the optimal solution is *** addition,considering the case that the output is quantized by multiple thresholds,the way to calculate its communication rate is given and the influence of threshold number on communication rate is ***,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation.

Heavy metals from mica waste not only deteriorate the soil quality but also results in the uptake of metals in the *** present investigation was conducted to evaluate the effects of different fractions of metals on the uptake in rice,soil microbial and biochemical properties in mica waste-contaminated soils of Jharkhand,*** each active mine,soil samples were randomly collected at distances of100 m(zone 3).Sequential metal extraction was used to determine the fractions of different metals(nickel(Ni),cadmium(Cd),chromium(Cr)and lead(Pb))including water-soluble(Ws)and exchangeable metals(Ex),carbonate-bound metals(CBD),Fe/Mn oxide(OXD)bound metals,organically bound metals(ORG),and residues(RS).The Ni,Cr,Cd and Pb in rice grain were 0.83±0.41,0.41±0.19,0.21±0.14 and 0.17±0.08 mg/kg *** the variable importance plot of the random forest(RF)algorithm,the Ws fraction of Ni,Cr and Cd and Ex fraction of Pb was the most important predictor for rice grain metal ***,the partial dependence plots(PDP)give us an insight into the role of the two most important metal fractions on rice grain metal *** microbial and enzyme activity was significantly and negatively correlated with Ws and Ex metal fractions,indicating that water-soluble and exchangeable fractions exert a strong inhibitory effect on the soil microbiological parameters and enzyme activities.

We study the Nadaraya-Watson estimators for the drift function of two-sided reflected stochastic differential *** estimates,based on either the continuously observed process or the discretely observed process,are *** certain conditions,we prove the strong consistency and the asymptotic normality of the two *** method is also suitable for one-sided reflected stochastic differential *** results demonstrate that the performance of our estimator is superior to that of the estimator proposed by Cholaquidis et al.(Stat Sin,2021,31:29-51).Several real data sets of the currency exchange rate are used to illustrate our proposed methodology.

This paper discussed the selection criteria for Ordinary Urban Heritage (OUH) in Rattanakosin, the historic center of Bangkok through the case of ordinary restaurants and everyday foods. The OUH stands for an alternative approach to heritage understanding and conservation, derived from the notion of ordinary heritage, vernacular heritage, and urban heritage emphasizing the heritages of the everydayness of ordinary people. The OUHs have co-existed and inherited through the evolution of the city but are overlooked by the official conservation process. Ordinary restaurants and everyday foods were selected by 5 criteria, 1) appeared for more than 50 years;2) created, developed, and used by ordinary people;3) found as the clusters;4) able to be adapted to the urban context;5) exist until the present *** methodology applied to the analysis of the historical documents and Bangkok maps from 1887 to 1974, and the selection criteria developed from past research in another old commercial district of Bangkok were also reinvestigated with observational surveys. Ordinary restaurants and everyday foods are the outcomes representing the heritage of everyday life of ordinary people that are ubiquitously related to commercial activities.

In situ autophagy regulation in synergy with phototherapy for breast cancer treatment

Autophagy is an important factor in reducing the efficacy of tumor phototherapy(including PTT and PDT).Accurate regulation of autophagy in tumor cells is a new strategy to improve the anti-tumor efficiency of PTT/*** project intended to construct a tumor-activated autophagy regulator to efficiently block PTT/PDT-induced autophagy and realize synergistic sensitization to tumor *** achieve this goal,we first synthesized TRANSFERRIN(Tf)biomimetic mineralized nano-tellurium(Tf-Te)as photosensitizer and then used disulfide bond reconstruction technology to induce Tf-Te *** autophagy inhibitor hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)and iron ions carried by Tf were simultaneously loaded to prepare a tumor-responsive drug reservoir Tf-Te/*** entering breast cancer cells through the“self-guidance system”,Tf-Te/HCQ can generate hyperpyrexia and ROS under NIR laser irradiation,to efficiently induce PTT/PDT ***,the disulfide bond broke down in response to GSH,and the nanoparticles disintegrated to release Fe2+and HCQ at fixed *** simultaneously induce lysosomal alkalinization and increased osmotic pressure,effectively inhibit autophagy,and synergistically enhance the therapeutic effect of *** vivo anti-tumor results have proved that the tumor inhibition rate of Tf-Te/HCQ can be as high as 88.6%on 4T1 tumor-bearing *** multifunctional drug delivery system might provide a new alternative for more precise and effective tumor phototherapy.
