High-quality datasets are critical for the development of advanced machine-learning algorithms in ***,we present an earthquake dataset based on the ChinArray Phase I records(X1).ChinArray Phase I was deployed in the southern north-south seismic zone(20°N-32°N,95°E-110°E)in 2011-2013 using 355 portable broadband seismic ***-X1local,the first release of the ChinArray Reference earthquake Dataset for Innovative Techniques(CREDIT),includes comprehensive information for the 105,455 local events that occurred in the southern north-south seismic zone during array observation,incorporating them into a single HDF5 *** 100-Hz sampled three-component waveforms are organized by event for stations within epicenter distances of 1,000 km,and records of≥200 s are included for each *** types of phase labels are *** first includes manually picked labels for 5,999 events with magnitudes≥2.0,providing 66,507 Pg,42,310 Sg,12,823 Pn,and 546 Sn *** second contains automatically labeled phases for 105,442 events with magnitudes of−1.6 to *** phases were picked using a recurrent neural network phase picker and screened using the corresponding travel time curves,resulting in 1,179,808 Pg,884,281 Sg,176,089 Pn,and 22,986 Sn ***,first-motion polarities are included for 31,273 Pg *** event and station locations are provided,so that deep learning networks for both conventional phase picking and phase association can be trained and *** CREDIT-X1local dataset is the first million-scale dataset constructed from a dense seismic array,which is designed to support various multi-station deep-learning methods,high-precision focal mechanism inversion,and seismic tomography ***,owing to the high seismicity in the southern north-south seismic zone in China,this dataset has great potential for future scientific discoveries.

On December 18,2023,an M_(s)6.2 earthquake occurred in Jishishan,Gansu Province,*** earthquake happened in the eastern region of the Qilian Orogenic Belt,which is situated at the forefront of the NE margin of the Tibetan Plateau(i.e.,Qinghai-Tibet Plateau),encompassing a rhombic-shaped area that intersects the Qilian-Qaidam Basin,Alxa Block,Ordos Block,and South China *** this study,we analyzed the deep tectonic pattern of the Jishishan earthquake by incorporating data on the crustal thickness,velocity structure,global navigation satellite system(GNSS)strain field,and *** discovered that the location of the earthquake was related to changes in the crustal *** results showed that the Jishishan M_(s)6.2 earthquake occurred in a unique position,with rapid changes in the crustal thickness,Vp/Vs,phase velocity,and S-wave *** epicenter of the earthquake was situated at the transition zone between high and low velocities and was in proximity to a low-velocity ***,the source area is flanked by two high-velocity anomalies from the east and *** principal compressive strain orientation near the Lajishan Fault is primarily in the NNE and NE directions,which align with the principal compressive stress direction in this *** some areas of the Lajishan Fault,the principal compressive strain orientations show the NNW direction,consistent with the direction of the upper crustal fast-wave polarization from local earthquakes and the phase velocity azimuthal *** features underscore the relationship between the occurrence of the Jishishan M_(s)6.2 earthquake and the deep inhomogeneous structure and deep tectonic *** NE margin of the Tibetan Plateau was thickened by crustal extension in the process of northeastward expansion,and the middle and lower crustal materials underwent structural deformation and may have been filled with salt-containing fluids during the extension *** presence

Low-power, flexible, and integrated photodetectors have attracted increasing attention due to their potential applications of photosensing, astronomy, communications, wearable electronics, etc. Herein, the samples of ZnO microwires having p-type(Sb-doped ZnO, ZnO:Sb) and n-type(Ga-doped ZnO, ZnO:Ga) conduction properties were synthesized individually. Sequentially, a p-n homojunction vertical structure photodiode involving a single ZnO:Sb microwire crossed with a ZnO:Ga microwire, which can detect ultraviolet light signals, was constructed.

Due to their uncontrollable assembly and crystallization process,the synthesis of mesoporous metal oxide single crystals remains a formidable ***,we report the synthesis of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5by using soft micelles as *** key lies in the atomic-scale self-assembly and step-crystallization processes,which ensure the formation of single-crystal-like mesoporous Li2TiSiO5microparticles via an oriented attachment growth mechanism under the confinement of an in-situ formed carbon *** mesoporous Li2TiSiO5anode achieves a superior rate capability(148 mAh g-1at5.0 A g-1) and outstanding long-term cycling stability(138 mAh g-1after 3000 cycles at 2.0 A g-1) for lithium storage as a result of the ultrafast Li+diffusion caused by penetrating mesochannels and nanosized crystal frameworks（5-10 nm）.In comparison,bulk Li2TiSiO5exhibits poor rate capability and cycle performance due to micron-scale diffusion *** method is very simple and reproducible,heralding a new way of designing and synthesizing mesoporous single crystals with controllable frameworks and chemical functionalities.

The spread of diseases caused by bacterial adhesion and immobilization in public places constitutes a serious threat to public *** of bacteria spread by the construction of an antibacterial surface takes precedence over post-infection ***,we demonstrate an effective antibacterial surface with strong wear resistance by constructing cationic engineered nanodiamonds(C-NDs).The C-NDs with positive surface potentials interact effectively with bacteria through electrostatic interactions,where the C-NDs act on the phospholipid bilayer and lead to bacterial membrane collapse and rupture through hydrogen bonding and residual surface oxygen-containing reactive *** this case,bactericidal rate of 99.99%and bacterial biofilm inhibition rate of more than 80%can be achieved with the C-NDs concentration of 1 mg/*** addition,the C-NDs show outstanding antibacterial stability,retaining over 87%of the antibacterial effect after stimulation by adverse environments of heat,acid,and external ***,an antibacterial surface with high wear resistance obtained by integrating C-NDs with commercial plastics has been *** antibacterial surface with a mass fraction of 1 wt.%C-NDs improved abrasion resistance by 3981 times,with 99%killing of adherent *** work provides an effective strategy for highly efficient antibacterial wear-resistant surface,showing great practical applications in public health environments.

Hyperpolarized^(3)He nuclei have emerged as a significantly important approach in quantum precision measurement techniques,with extensive applications in fundamental physics,magnetometry,metrology,and *** this study,we report on the design and implementation of a^(3)He polarization system at the China Mianyang Research Reactor(CMRR),utilizing the metastabilityexchange optical pumping(MEOP)*** employed a Merritt coil system consisting of four square coils to furnish a uniform holding *** deployed a 2 W fiber laser to pump the metastable^(3)He atoms and conducted free induction decay(FID)detection of the polarized^(3)He nuclei using both pickup coil and optical *** the optical method,we used a50 m W linearly polarized distributed Bragg reflector(DBR)laser as the *** applied transverse light absorption polarimetry to measure the absolute nuclear polarization of the ground-state^(3)*** have developed cell fabrication capabilities at the CMRR,and cells at various pressures ranging from 100 to 1000 Pa have been fabricated and *** a typical borosilicate cell with 100 Pa pressure,the absolute polarization is measured as Pn≈70%,and the transverse relaxation time is estimated as T2≈0.5 ***,we constructed a few aluminosilicate cells,each carefully filled with pure^(3)He at a pressure of 100 ***,we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of their performance in the context of MEOP.

Two-dimensional (2D) materials, such as MoS2, have been considered as a competitive coordinate for future electronics due to their excellent electrostatics and high mobility [1–3]. Moreover, the potential integration of 2D materials with silicon circuits can present increased density and multifunction in future heterogeneously integrated circuits [4,5]. However, the high thermal-budget during Mo S2 synthesis exceeds the temperature requirement of direct integration with Si in the back-end-of-line (BEOL) fabrication process [6–8].
