Gut-liver-brain axis is a three-way highway of information interaction system among the gastrointestinal tract,liver,and nervous *** the past few decades,breakthrough progress has been made in the gut liver brain axis,mainly through understanding its formation mechanism and increasing treatment *** this review,we discuss various complex networks including barrier permeability,gut hormones,gut microbial metabolites,vagus nerve,neurotransmitters,immunity,brain toxic metabolites,β-amyloid(Aβ)metabolism,and epigenetic regulation in the gut-liver-brain *** therapies containing antibiotics,probiotics,prebiotics,synbiotics,fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT),polyphenols,low FODMAP diet and nanotechnology application regulate the gut liver brain ***,some special treatments targeting gut-liver axis include farnesoid X receptor(FXR)agonists,takeda G protein-coupled receptor 5(TGR5)agonists,glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)receptor antagonists and fibroblast growth factor 19(FGF19)*** gut-brain axis embraces cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT),antidepressants and tryptophan metabolism-related *** liver-brain axis contains epigenetic regulation and Aβmetabolism-related *** the future,a better understanding of gut-liver-brain axis interactions will promote the development of novel preventative strategies and the discovery of precise therapeutic targets in multiple diseases.

Seawater electrolysis holds great promise for hydrogen production in the future,while the development of anodic catalysts has been severely hampered by the side-reaction,chloride evolution *** this work,nano-flower-cluster structured Coo@FeSe_(2)/CF catalysts are synthesized via a scalable electrodeposition technique,and the performance is systematically *** oxygen evolution reaction(OER)overpotential of Co0@FeSe_(2)/CF is 267 mV at 100 ***^(-2),which is significantly lower than that of the IrO_(2) catalyst(435 mV).Additionally,the catalyst shows high selectivity for OER(97.9%)and almost no loss of activity after a durability test for 1100 *** impressive performance is attributed to the dense rod-like structure with abundant active centers after electrochemical activation and the in-situ generated CoOOH and FeOOH that improve the catalytic activity of the *** synergistic effect induced bythenon-uniform structureendows the catalyst with excellent stability.

Highly sensitive flexible strain sensor based on the two-dimensional semiconductor tellurium with a negative gauge factor

Research on flexible strain sensors has advanced rapidly in recent years, with particular attention being devoted to two-dimensional(2D) semiconductor materials owing to their exceptional mechanical and electrical properties that are conducive to sophisticated sensing performance. However, resistive strain sensors based on 2D semiconductor materials typically exhibit positive gauge factors(GF), while materials for strain sensors with a negative GF remain elusive. We have identified a trend of reduction in the band gap of the emerging 2D semiconductor material tellurium(Te) under strain in simulations reported in past research,and have observed a negative GF in the Te-based strain sensor. In this study, we combined Te with a flexible polyethylene terephthalate(PET) substrate to manufacture a flexible strain sensor with a significantly negative GF. The results of tests revealed that the Te-based strain sensor achieved an impressive maximum sensitivity of-139.7 within a small range of bending-induced strain(< 1%). Furthermore, it exhibited excellent linearity and good cyclic stability, and was successfully applied to monitor limb movements. The work here verifies the significant potential for the use of Te-based strain sensors in next-generation flexible electronics.

无机纳米颗粒作为一种极具前景的材料,在钙钛矿太阳电池的传输层中得到了广泛应用.然而,无机纳米颗粒易于聚集的特性阻碍了其进一步的发展.在大面积制备过程中,无机纳米颗粒的聚集加剧了“咖啡环效应”,导致薄膜不均匀,使得底部界面性能较差,进而影响钙钛矿薄膜的结晶,最终导致整个器件性能下降.为解决这一问题,我们将一种带电聚合物一一聚乙烯亚胺引入至无机纳米颗粒溶液中.聚乙烯亚胺的带电性质对无机纳米颗粒的聚集起到了显著的抑制作用,此外,添加聚乙烯亚胺还增加了无机纳米颗粒溶液的粘度,有助于减少薄膜上的负面咖啡环效应.最终,我们在基于1-cm^(2)正式结构且使用SnO_(2)传输层的器件上实现了23.2%的光电转换效率.为进一步证明这一策略的普适性,我们还将此策略验证基于NiO_(x)传输层的1-cm^(2)反式器件,其转换效率超过20%.

Evaluating the moderated-mediation effects of switchingcosts in the link between social capital and NPD performance

In this study,we explore the causes and performance outcomes of switching costs in the context of new product development(NPD)from both the supplier and customer perspectives,and discuss the role that switching costs play as moderators and mediators in the relationship between social capital and NPD *** on data from 214 Chinese manufacturers,we employ the structural equation model to test our conceptual model and *** results indicate that relationship quality and customer involvement positively and negatively affect switching costs,respectively,and that switching costs negatively affect NPD *** costs mediate and moderate the relationship between social capital and NPD ***,switching costs significantly and positively moderate the relationship between relationship quality and NPD *** the other hand,switching costs insignificantly and negatively moderate the relationship between customer involvement and NPD *** theoretical and managerial implications of the findings are discussed.

Untrained neural network for linear tomographic absorption spectroscopy

Linear tomographic absorption spectroscopy(LTAS) is a non-destructive diagnostic technique widely employed for gas *** inverse problem of LTAS represents a classic example of an ill-posed problem. Linear iterative algorithms are commonly employed to address such problems, yielding generally poor reconstruction results due to the incapability to incorporate suitable prior conditions within the reconstruction process. Data-driven deep neural networks(DNN) have shown the potential to yield superior reconstruction results;however, they demand a substantial amount of measurement data that is challenging to *** surmount this limitation, we proposed an untrained neural network(UNN) to tackle the inverse problem of LTAS. In conjunction with an early-stopping method based on running variance, UNN achieves improved reconstruction accuracy without supplementary training data. Numerical studies are conducted to explore the optimal network architecture of UNN and to assess the reliability of the early-stopping method. A comparison between UNN and superiorized ART(SUP-ART) substantiates the exceptional performance of UNN.
