Production logistics(PL)is co.sidered as a critical factor that affects the efficiency and co.t of production operations in discrete manufacturing systems.To effectively utilize manufacturing big data to improve PL efficiency and promote job shop floor eco.omic benefits,this study proposes a PL trajectory analysis and optimization decision making method driven by a manufacturing task data chain(MTDC).First,the manufacturing task chain(MTC)is defined to characterize the discrete production process of a product.To handle manufacturing big data,the MTC data paradigm is designed,and the MTDC is established.Then,the logistics trajectory model is presented,where the various types of logistics trajectories are extracted using the MTC as the search engine for the MTDC.Based on this,a logistics efficiency evaluation indicator system is proposed to support the optimization decision making for the PL.Finally,a case study is applied to verify the proposed method,and the method determines the PL optimization decisions for PL efficiency without changing the layout and workshop equipment,which can assist managers in implementing the optimization decisions.

Nb_(2)P_(5) is a recently disco.ered Bardeen,co.per,Schrieffer theory s-wave superco.ductor hosting nontrivial topological nodal-line structure,which co.ld serve as an excellent platform for studying the interplay between the superco.ductivity and nontrivial topological states.We report herein the superco.ducting and structural properties of Nb2P5studied by measuring the electrical resistivity and structure under high pressure up to ~28 GPa and performing first principles calculations.The superco.ducting transition temperature TCdecreases with applied pressure,and reaches a minimum of 1.9 K at ~20.0 GPa,followed by a co.tinuous enhancement up to 50.0 GPa without saturation.Furthermore,at pressures above ~8.2 GPa,it is likely that a seco.d superco.ducting transition appears and co.xists with the initial one even up to~28 GPa.Theoretical calculations rule out the co.relation between the seco.d superco.ducting-like transition and structure.Moreover,the Nb2P5showed remarkable axial anisotropic co.pressibility,in which the b-axis is more co.pressible than the a-and c-axes.The variation of TCis discussed via co.sidering the evolution of density of states around the Fermi level and the phonon spectrum.

Government Subsidy’s Effect on the Channel Strategies of Energy-Saving Supply chain

As subsidy is a popular form of stimulating co.sumption,not only for home appliances market,the effectiveness of selling promotion subsidies need to be analyzed.In this paper,we check the role of promotion subsidies in the offline channel layout by establishing three models,i.e.,no subsidy,customer rebate and retailer subsidy.Two kinds of online-to-offline strategies are co.sidered,which are retailer’s opening separate and sharing offline stores.It is gotten that:both customer rebate and retailer subsidy increase the possibility of opening offline channels by sharing offline store strategy,but customer rebate takes high price than no subsidy while retailer subsidy is on the co.trary.With the growing subsidy,both customer rebate and retailer subsidy co.ld make offline channels opened by separate or sharing offline store strategy,but the customer rebate brings more possibilities.Both customer rebate and retailer subsidy require less social welfare to open offline channel,but the customer rebate brings more co.sumer surplus of opening offline channels than retailer subsidy for a given market area.Therefore,government should give the subsidy to customer,not to retailer,even if it brings the increasing of product’price.

Along with vast non-fossil potential and significant expertise,there is a question of whether Asian nations are attaining efficient co.sumption and exploitation of renewable resources.From this perspective,the paper aims to evaluate the efficiency of 14 potential Asia co.ntries in renewable energy co.sumption during the six-year periods(2014-2019).In analyzing the performance of the renewable energy sector,the data envelopment analysis(DEA)with an undesirable output model approach has been widely utilized to measure the efficiency of peer units co.pared with the best practice frontier.We co.sider four inputs and two outputs to a DEA-based efficiency model.Labor force,total energy co.sumption,share of renewable energy,and total renewable energy capacity are inputs.The outputs co.sist of co.(2)emissions as an undesirable output and gross domestic product as a desirable output.The results show that United Arab Emirates,Saudi Arabia,Japan,and South Korea co.sistently outperform in the evaluation,achieving perfect efficiency sco.es during the research period.Uzbekistan is found to have the lowest average efficiency of renewable energy utilization.

In the deep learning approach for identifying plant diseases,the high co.plexity of the network model,the large number of parameters,and great co.putational effort make it challenging to deploy the model on terminal devices with limited co.putational resources.In this study,a lightweight method for plant diseases identification that is an improved version of the ShuffleNetV2 model is proposed.In the proposed model,the depthwise co.volution in the basic module of ShuffleNetV2 is replaced with mixed depthwise co.volution to capture crop pest images with different resolutions;the efficient channel attention module is added into the ShuffleNetV2 model network structure to enhance the channel features;and the ReLU activation function is replaced with the ReLU6 activation function to prevent the gen-eration of large gradients.Experiments are co.ducted on the public dataset PlantVillage.The results show that the proposed model achieves an accuracy of 99.43%,which is an improvement of 0.6 percentage points co.pared to the ShuffleNetV2 model.co.pared to lightweight network models,such as MobileNetV2,MobileNetV3,EfficientNet,and EfficientNetV2,and classical co.volutional neural network models,such as ResNet34,ResNet50,and ResNet101,the proposed model has fewer parameters and higher reco.nition accuracy,which provides guidance for deploying crop pest identification methods on resource-co.strained devices,including mobile terminals.

Chemical Interpretation on the Multi-Stage Oxidation of Diethyl Ether

Multi-stage ignition and/or double NTC(negative temperature co.fficient)behavior resulted from the low-temperature oxidation of ether co.pounds are still not clearly explained.We have investigated the oxidation mechanism of a stoichiometric DEE(diethyl ether)/air mixture by using a micro flow reactor with a co.trolled temperature profile to see the detail of low-temperature weak flame structure.The simulation was also performed to understand the chemical kinetics mechanism of observed weak flame structure.Chemiluminescence measurement showed separated weak flame in the temperature range of 600 K-800 K.The simulation also qualitatively reproduced this separated weak flame,and showed four peak of heat release.From the reaction flow analysis,it was found that(1)O-O bond scission reaction of keto-hydroperoxide produced by DEE,(2)O-O bond scission reaction of CH3O2H,CH3co.H,and C2H5O2H,(3)O-O bond scission reaction of H2O2,and(4)H+O2=O+OH are key chain branching reactions to explain the multi-stage oxidation.

Through the process analysis of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,we find that cold chain logistics of agricultural products co.tradict the development model of low-carbon eco.omy to some extent.We apply the development idea of low-carbon eco.omy,introduce the thirdparty logistics co.panies,establish distribution center of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,and strengthen information sharing,to reengineer the process of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China.The results show that applying low-carbon eco.omy to process reengineering of cold chain logistics of agricultural products,has advantages of increasing added value of products,promoting scale merit and abating lag,plays a role in promoting emission reduction,high efficiency and environmental protection in the process of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China.

Objective Jiedu Recipe(JR),a Chinese herbal remedy,has been shown to prolong overall survival time and decrease recurrence and metastasis rates in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).This work investigated the mechanism of JR in HCC treatment.Methods The chemical co.stituents of JR were detected using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The potential anti-HCC mechanism of JR was screened using network pharmaco.ogy and messenger ribonucleic acid(mRNA)microarray chip assay,followed by experimental validation in human HCC cells(SMMC-7721 and Huh7)in vitro and a nude mouse subcutaneous transplantation model of HCC in vivo.HCC cell characteristics of proliferation,migration and invasion under hypoxic setting were investigated using thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide,wound healing and Transwell assays,respectively.Image-i^(TM)Hypoxia Reagent was added to reveal hypoxic co.ditions.Stem cell sphere formation assay was used to detect the stemness.Epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers like E-cadherin,vimentin andα-smooth muscle actin,and pluripotent transcription factors including nanog homeobox,octamer-binding transcription factor 4,and sex-determining region Y box protein 2 were analyzed using Western blotting and real-time polymerase chain reaction.Western blot was performed to ascertain the anti-HCC effect of JR under hypoxia involving the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.Results Acco.ding to network pharmaco.ogy and mRNA microarray chip analysis,JR may potentially act on hypoxia and inhibit the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.In vitro and in vivo experiments showed that JR significantly decreased hypoxia,and suppressed HCC cell features of proliferation,migration and invasion;furthermore,the hypoxia-induced increases in EMT and stemness marker expression in HCC cells were inhibited by JR.Results based on the co.administration of JR and an agonist(LiCl)or inhibitor(IWR-1-endo)verified that JR suppressed HCC cancer stem-like properties under hypoxia by blocking the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.co.clusion JR exerts potent anti-H

Objective:Physical exercise,a co.mon non-drug intervention,is an important strategy in cancer treatment,including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,the mechanism remains largely unknown.Due to the importance of hypoxia and cancer stemness in the development of HCC,the present study investigated whether the anti-HCC effect of physical exercise is related to its suppression on hypoxia and cancer stemness.Methods:A physical exercise intervention of swimming(30 min/d,5 d/week,for 4 weeks)was administered to BALB/c nude mice bearing subcutaneous human HCC tumor.The anti-HCC effect of swimming was assessed in vivo by tumor weight monitoring,hematoxylin and eosin(HE)staining,and immunohistochemistry(IHC)detection of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)and Ki67.The expression of stemness transcription factors,including Nanog homeobox(NANOG),octamer-binding transcription factor 4(OCT-4),v-Myc avian myelocytomatosis viral onco.ene homolog(C-MYC)and hypoxia-inducible factor-1a(HIF-1a),was detected using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.A hypoxia probe was used to explore the intratumoral hypoxia status.Western blot was used to detect the expression of HIF-1a and proteins related to protein kinase B(Akt)/glyco.en synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)/β-catenin signaling pathway.The IHC analysis of platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(CD31),and the immunofluorescence co.location of CD31 and desmin were used to analyze tumor blood perfusion.SMMC-7721 cells were treated with nude mice serum.The inhibition effect on cancer stemness in vitro was detected using suspension sphere experiments and the expression of stemness transcription factors.The hypoxia status was inferred by measuring the protein and mRNA levels of HIF-1a.Further,the expression of proteins related to Akt/GSK-3β/β-catenin signaling pathway was detected.Results:Swimming significantly reduced the body weight and tumor weight in nude mice bearing HCC tumor.HE staining and IHC results showed a lower necrotic area ratio as well as fewer
