The rise in hydrogen production powered by renewable energy is driving the field toward the adoption of systems comprising multiple alkaline water *** setups present various operational modes:independent operation and multi-electrolyzer parallelization,each with distinct advantages and *** study introduces an innovative configuration that incorporates a mutual lye mixer among electrolyzers,establishing a weakly coupled system that combines the advantages of two *** approach enables efficient heat utilization for faster hot-startup and maintains heat conservation post-lye interconnection,while preserving the option for independent operation after decoupling.A specialized thermal exchange model is developed for this topology,according to the dynamics of the lye *** study further details startup procedures and proposes optimized control strategies tailored to this structural *** heat from the caustic fully heats up the multiple electrolyzers connected to the lye mixing system,enabling a rapid hot start to enhance the system’s ability to track renewable energy.A control strategy is established to reduce heat loss and increase startup speed,and the optimal valve openings of the diverter valve and the manifold valve are *** results indicate a considerable enhancement in operational efficiency,marked by an 18.28%improvement in startup speed and a 6.11%reduction in startup energy consumption inmulti-electrolyzer cluster systems,particularlywhen the systems are synchronized with photovoltaic energy *** findings represent a significant stride toward efficient and sustainable hydrogen production,offering a promising path for large-scale integration of renewable energy.

Flexible printed circuit(FPC) design in complex scenarios has a list of pin concentration areas, which lead to extremely congested intersection regions while connecting the pins. Currently, it is challenging to explore the routability and to find topologically non-crossing and routable paths manually for the nets timely. The existing bus planning methods cannot offer optimal solutions concerning the special resource distribution of the FPC design. To investigate an effective way to shorten the routing time of FPC and achieve enhanced performance, a bus planning algorithm is proposed to tackle complex area connection problems. On the basis of the pin location information, the routing space is partitioned and generally represented as an undirected graph, and the topological non-crossing relationship between different regions is obtained using the dynamic pin sequence. considering the routability and electrical constraints, a heuristic algorithm is proposed to search the optimal location of the crossing point on the region boundary. Experimental results on industrial cases show that the proposed algorithm realize better performance in terms of count and routability in comparison with numerous selected state-of-the-art router and methods.

Photocatalysis has emerged as a promising alternative for converting and utilizing co_(2).Polymeric carbon nitride(PCN),typically synthesized through the one-step thermal polycondensation of nitrogen-rich precursors,has shown considerable promise due to its adjustable band structure and inherent *** the past five years,significant literature in this field has identified five primary methods for modifying PCN:morphology modulation,element doping,defect induction,co-catalyst loading,and heterojunction construction.A detailed discussion on how each modification method influences light absorption,charge separation,and surface reaction efficiencies in photocatalysis is *** on these findings,several future directions for the development of PCN-based materials are proposed,such as designing tailored PCN structures for specific photocatalytic reactions and using theoretical calculations to verify and correct results from current characterization *** the challenges associated with the large-scale synthesis of PCN materials with controllable structures and satisfactory performance,this work offers valuable insights for advancing photocatalytic PCN-based systems for large-scale solar fuel production.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of Monascus purpureus M-32 fermented soybean meal（MFSM） on growth, immunity, intestinal morphology, intestinal microbiota, and intestinal metabolome of Pacific white shrimp（Litopenaeus vannamei）. Four groups of diets were formulated, including control group（30% fish meal and 30% soybean meal [SBM] included in the basal diet） and three experimental groups which MFSM replaced 20%（MFSM20）, 40%（MFSM40）, and 60%（MFSM60） of SBM in control group, respectively. Results showed that the soluble proteins larger than 49 k Da in MFSM were almost completely degraded. Meanwhile, the crude protein, acid-soluble protein, and amino acid in MFSM were increased. The results of shrimp culture experiment showed that the replacement of SBM with MFSM decreased FCR（P content of malondialdehyde（P = 0.007） in the experimental groups, and increased weight gain rate（P = 0.006）, specific growth rate（P = 0.002）, survival rate（P = 0.005）, intestinal villus height（P content of calcium(Ca2+) and phosphorus（■） in blood and muscle, and enhanced resistance to Vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. The gut microbiota of MFSM groups was significantly different from that of the control group,and the abundance of Actinobacteria and Verrucomicrobia increased significantly in the MFSM60 group,whereas Proteobacteria and Firmicutes decreased. compared with the control group, there were significant changes in the levels of several intestinal metabolites in the MFSM60 group, including leukotriene C5, prostaglandin A1, taurochenodeoxycholic acid, carnosine, and itaconic acid. The effects of different contents of a MgO expansive agent and phosphorus slag on the mechanical properties,shrinkage behavior,and the heat of hydration of concrete were *** slump flow,setting time,dry shrinkage,and hydration heat were used as sensitive parameters to assess the response of the considered *** shown by the results,in general,with an increase in the phosphorus slag content,the hydration heat of concrete decreases for all ages,but the early strength displays a downward trend and the dry shrinkage rate *** 90-d strength and dry shrinkage of concrete could be improved with a phosphorus residue content between 0%-20%,with the best performances in terms of mechanical properties and shrinkage characteristics being achieved for a content of 20 kg/m^(3).On the basis of these results,it can be concluded that appropriate amounts of phosphorus slag and MgO expansive agent can be used to improve the compressive strength of concrete in the later stage by reducing the hydration heat and dry shrinkage rate,respectively.

Fixed-bed reactors are generally considered the optimal choice for numerous multi-phase catalytic reactions due to their excellent performance and ***,conventional fixed beds often encounter challenges related to inadequate mass transfer and a high pressure drop caused by the non-uniform void fraction *** enhance the overall performance of fixed beds,the impact of different packing configurations on performance was *** and simulation methods were used to investigate the fluid flow and mass transfer performances of various packed beds under different flow *** was found that structured beds exhibited a significantly lower pressure drop per unit length than conventional packed ***,the packing configurations had a critical role in improving the overall performance of fixed ***,structured packed beds,particularly the H-2 packing configuration,effectively reduced the pressure drop per unit length and improved the mass transfer *** H-2 packing configuration consisted of two parallel strips of particles in each layer,with strips arranged perpendicularly between adjacent layers,and the spacing between the strips varied from layer to layer.

This paper studied the effects of different retarders on the performance of the"one-step"alkali-activated composite cementitious material(ACCM)which is composed of ground granulated blast slag(GGBS)and fly ash(FA),and analyzed its mechanical properties,hydration mechanism,and retardation *** effects of retarders on the hydration products,mechanical properties,and hydration kinetics of ACCM were investigated using XRD,SEM,FTIR,EDS,and thermoactive *** results showed that Na_(2)B_(4)O_(7)·10H_(2)O(B)delayed the exotherm during the alkali activation process and could effectively delay the setting time of ACCM,but the mechanical properties were slightly *** setting time of ACCM increased with the increase in SG content,but the mechanical properties of ACCM decreased with the increase in SG content.C1_(2)H_(22)O_(11)(CHO)could effectively delay the hydration reaction of ACCM and weakly enhanced the compressive strength.H_(3)PO_(4)(HP)at a concentration of 0.05 mol/L had a certain effect on ACCM retardation,but HP at a concentration of 0.07 and 0.09 mol/L had an effect of promoting the setting and hardening time of ACCM.
