Improvement of co.d Recycled Mixture Performance Based on Improved Density Test Method and RAP Characteristics

Automatic and Rapid Throughflow-Based Optimal Design Method for Multi-Stage Axial-Flow co.pressors

Throughflow design has the advantages of less time co.sumption and large optimization space,and thus is the co.ner stone of advanced design system of multi-stage axial-flow *** majority of relevant studies were limited to the throughflow inverse designs,and quite few works have been till now devoted to the throughflow optimal *** this work,an automatic and rapid throughflow-based optimal design method is proposed for axial-flow co.pressors in which a throughflow inverse design solver is embedded in optimal genetic algorithm to improve the design efficiency of axial-flow *** types of design parameters in the throughflow inverse design of axial-flow co.pressors,i.e.,swirl and shroud curve,are simultaneously used to optimize both the blade shape and flow *** proposed method is validated by the redesign optimization of the benchmark axial-flow co.pressor NASA Stage 35,and the CFD predictions show that the throughflow-based optimization leads to 1.18% efficiency benefit at design *** proposed method is then utilized to the two-dimensional throughflow optimal design of a large-scale 6.5-stage axial-flow industrial *** optimal design results are co.firmed by CFD predictions,indicating that the proposed method can effectively improve the design adiabatic efficiency of the co.pressors by 1.09% within a few minutes on desk-top *** throughflow design implications are also obtained for advanced axial-flow industrial *** work co.ld enhance the capability of throughflow design method and has engineering application value to explore the throughflow optimization space of multi-stage axial-flow co.pressors.

The paper presents experimental investigation results of crack pattern change in cement pastes caused by external sulfate attack(ESA).To visualize the formation and development of cracks in cement pastes under ESA,an X-ray co.puted tomography(X-ray CT)was used,i e,the tomography system of Zeiss Xradia 510 *** results indicate that X-CT can monitor the development process and distribution characteristics of the internal cracks of cement pastes under ESA with attack *** addition,the C3A co.tent in the cement significantly affects the damage mode of cement paste specimens during sulfate *** damage of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)pastes subjected to sulfate attack with high C3A co.tent are severe,while the damage of sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRPC)pastes is much smaller than that of OPC ***,a quadratic function describes the co.relation between the crack volume fraction and development depth for two cement pastes immermed in sulfate solution.

Rheological Behavior of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Asphalt Mastic

The characters of basalt fiber are analyzed and co.pared with co.monly used fibers. The rheological behaviors of the basalt fiber reinforced asphalt mastic are investigated by the dynamic shear rheological tests and the repeated creep tests. The results show that basalt fiber has excellent reinforced performances, such as high asphalt absorption ratio, low water absorption ratio, high tensile strength, high elastic modulus and high temperature stability. The rutting factor of the fiber reinforced asphalt mastic is higher than the plain asphalt mastic and the reinforced effects are more remarkable under high temperature. The rheological performances of the asphalt mastic demonstrate a good linear relationship between different temperature and loading frequency. The creep stiffness modulus of the asphalt mastic at different loading time can be expressed by power function. Improved Burgers model is used to represent the rheological behaviors of the asphalt mastic with basalt fiber and the model parameters are estimated.

Bulging Performance and Quality co.trol of Aluminum Alloy Tailor-welded Overlapping Sheets Based on Interface Friction

In order to solve the problem of poor formability caused by different materials and properties in the process of tailor-welded sheets forming,a forming method was proposed to change the stress state of tailor-welded sheets by co.ering the tailor-welded sheets with better plastic properties overlapping *** the same time,the interface friction effect between the overlapping and tailor-welded sheets was utilized to co.trol the stress magnitude and further improve the formability and quality of the tailor-welded *** this work,the bulging process of the tailor-welded overlapping sheets was taken as the research *** alloy tailor-welded overlapping sheets bulging specimens were studied by a co.bination of finite element analysis and experimental *** results show that the appropriate use of interface friction between tailor-welded and overlapping sheets can improve the formability of tailor-welded sheets and co.trol the flow of weld seam to improve the forming *** increasing the interface friction co.fficient on the side of tailor-welded sheets with higher strength and decreasing that on the side of tailor-welded sheets with lower strength,the deformation of the tailor-welded sheets are more uniform,the offset of the weld seam is minimal,the limit bulging height is maximal,and the forming quality is optimal.

Ammonia-induced CuO/13X for H_(2)S removal from simulated blast furnace gas at low temperature

Blast furnace gas(BFG)is an important by-product energy for the iron and steel industry and has been widely used for heating or electricity ***,the undesirable co.taminants in BFG(especially H_(2)S)generate harmful environmental *** desulfurization of BFG is urgent for integrated steel plants due to the stringent ultra-low emission *** with other desulfurization materials,zeolite-based adsorbents represent a viable option with low co.ts and long service *** this study,an ammonia-induced CuO modified 13X adsorbent(NH3–CuO/13X)was prepared for H_(2)S removal from simulated BFG at low *** XRD,H_(2)-TPR and TEM analysis proved that smaller CuO particles were formed and the dispersion of Cu on the surface of 13X zeolite was improved via the induction of *** on H_(2)S adsorption performance of the adsorbent was carried out using simulated BFG,and the results showed that NH3–CuO/13X-3 has better breakthrough sulfur capacity,which was more than twice the sulfur capacity of CuO/*** is proposed that the enhanced desulfurization performance of NH3–CuO/13X is attributed to an abundant pore of 13X,and co.bined action of 13X and *** work provided an effective way to improve the sulfur capacity of zeolite-based adsorbents via impregnation method by ammonia induction.

A micromechanical investigation on simple shear behavior of dense granular assemblies was carried out by discrete element *** series of numerical tests were performed to examine the effects of initial porosity,vertical stress and particle shape on simple shear behavior of the samples,*** was found that during simple shear the directions of principal stress and principal strain increment rotate differently with shear strain *** non-co.xiality between the two directions decreases with strain level and may greatly affect the shear behavior of the assemblies,especially their peak friction *** numerical modelling also reveals that the rotation of the principal direction of fabric anisotropy lags behind that of the major principal stress direction during simple shear,which is described as fabric hyteresis *** degrees of fabric and interparticle co.tact force anisotropies increase as particle angularity increases,whereas the orientations of these anisotropies have not been significantly influenced by particle *** extended stress–dilatancy relationship based on ROWE-DAVIS framework was proposed to co.sider the non-co.xiality effect under principal stress *** model was validated by present numerical results as well as some published physical test and numerical modelled data.

Optimization Model for Inter-regional Emergency Power Dispatch co.sidering Transmission Rights Allocation

Inter-regional emergency power dispatch refers to the mandatory fallback guarantee measures for ensuring supply or absorption of emergency demands within provincial grids when market-based approaches have been exhausted from the perspective of mutual assistance in electricity surplus and shortage across provinces and regions. When it is impossible to rely on market declarations directly, how to allocate emergency demands and inter-provincial/regional support capacities and distribute the limited available transfer capacity reasonably among market entities is one of the key issues urgently needing to be addressed in current emergency dispatch. This paper proposes an optimization model for inter-provincial and inter-regional emergency power dispatch co.sidering transmission rights. Inspired by China's current mechanism for allocating transmission channel revenue rights, based on local prioritization and the urgency of emergency demands, a method for determining the priority of emergency transactions co.sidering transmission rights allocation is proposed. This method transforms transmission rights into priority transaction rights, addressing the lack of a reasonable basis for transmission capacity allocation in the emergency dispatch phase. co.sidering co.straints such as available transfer capacity, transaction flow balance, and transaction point power balance co.straints, to maximize adjusted social welfare, a clearing model for emergency dispatch optimization co.sidering transaction path priority is co.structed. co.parative analysis of the optimization results of three 1e clearing modes, price-based sequential clearing, scenario-based separation, and clearing with transaction path priority, validates the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed optimization clearing model and analyzes the impact of related parameter settings on the clearing results. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. In the realm of Intelligent Railway Transportation Systems,effective multi-party co.laboration is crucial due to co.cerns over privacy and data *** Federated Learning(VFL)has emerged as a promising approach to facilitate such co.laboration,allowing diverse entities to co.lectively enhance machine learning models without the need to share sensitive training ***,existing works have highlighted VFL’s susceptibility to privacy inference attacks,where an honest but curious server co.ld potentially reco.struct a client’s raw data from embeddings uploaded by the *** vulnerability poses a significant threat to VFL-based intelligent railway transportation *** this paper,we introduce SensFL,a novel privacy-enhancing method to against privacy inference attacks in ***,SensFL integrates regularization of the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data into the model training process,effectively limiting the information co.tained in shared *** reducing the sensitivity of embeddings to the original data,SensFL can effectively resist reverse privacy attacks and prevent the reco.struction of the original data from the *** experiments were co.ducted on four distinct datasets and three different models to demonstrate the efficacy of *** results show that SensFL can effectively mitigate privacy inference attacks while maintaining the accuracy of the primary learning *** results undersco.e SensFL’s potential to advance privacy protection technologies within VFL-based intelligent railway systems,addressing critical security co.cerns in co.laborative learning environments.

Broadside co.pensation Rolling Model for Plan View Pattern co.trol in Wide and Heavy Plate Rolling Process

On the basis of a 5 m plate mill, a 3D rigid-plastic finite element （FE） model was developed to investigate changes of plate plan view patterns during hot rolling process. By analyzing the simulation results of co.ventional rolling processes, it was found that the plate plan view pattern was closely related to broadside rolling ratio. Then, the prediction models for plate plan view patterns were formulated by nonlinear regressive analysis of the simulation results and modified for high accuracy. Based on these models, the broadside co.pensation rolling method perform- ing at the last pass of broadside rolling phase was designed to decrease plate end crops. co.paring the plate plan view patterns with and without broadside co.pensation roiling, reduced plate end crops indicate that the broadside co.pensation roiling model is effective for plate plan view pattern co.trol.
