Runoff Change of Naoli River in Northeast China in 1955–2009 and Its Influencing Factors

Runoff change and trend of the Naoli River Basin were studied through the time series analysis using the data from the hydrological and meteorological stations. Time series of hydrological data were from 1957 to 2009 for Bao′an station, from 1955 to 2009 for Baoqing station, from 1956 to 2009 for Caizuizi station and from 1978 to 2009 for Hongqiling station. The influences of climate change and human activities on runoff change were investigated, and the causes of hydrological regime change were revealed. The seasonal runoff distribution of the Naoli River was extremely uneven, and the annual change was great. Overall, the annual runoff showed a significant decreasing trend. The annual runoff of Bao′an, Baoqing, and Caizuizi stations in 2009 decreased by 64.1%, 76.3%, and 84.3%, respectively, compared with their beginning data recorded. The wet and dry years of the Naoli River have changed in the study period. The frequency of wet year occurrence decreased and lasted longer, whereas that of dry year occurrence increased. The frequency of dry year occurrence increased from 25.0%-27.8% to 83.9%-87.5%. The years before the 1970s were mostly wet, whereas those after the 1970s were mostly dry. Precipitation reduction and land use changes contributed to the decrease in annual runoff. Rising temperature and water project construction have also contributed important effects on the runoff change of the Naoli River.

ESTIMATION AND EXPLOITATION OF WATER RESOURCES IN THE SANJIANG PLAIN

According to practical measurement and related data, the writer discusses the main features of rivers in the Sanjiang Plain and the change of water balance with time and space, and then estimates water resources of five types, namely, runoff, ground water, soil water, and water supplied by three rivers and lakes (or reservoirs).The total volume of the above-mentioned water resources can be up to 31.5 billion m3. But they are rather unevenly distributed and the annual change is considerable, too. Up to now, only 8.3% of water resources have been utilized. According to a programme, 17.5 billion m3 will be utilized in the future in the district. Rationally exploiting water resources in the district should be combined with protection and management, and the sole criterion for judging rationality of utilization is that whether it is beneficial to economic, ecologic and social aspects.

The Characteristics of Changes in Sunshine Hours of Jimusi Region in Sanjiang Plain

Based on the data of sunshine hours from the four stations in jiamusi region in Sanjiang Plain from 1961 to 2011, we analysed the changing tend and the abnormal year of sunshine hours in this region. The results showed that annual sunshine hours reduced extremely significantly in three stations of jiamusi region in Sanjiang Plain in recent 50 years, especially in spring and winter, and the decrease of annual sunshine hours was the largest in the middle of jiamusi region, followed by the west, while it was the smallest in the east. On the contrary, annual sunshine hours increased extremely significantly in Fuyuan in the northeast. Monthly sunshine hours of this area changed from 134.1 to 246.0 h, and the maximum data appeared in March, and the next was June, while the minimum one appeared in December. Total monthly sunshine hours reached the maximum in Tangyuan in the west, followed by middle jiamusi and Fujin in the east, while the minimum appeared in Fuyuan in the northeast. Sunshine hours showed an increasing tendency only in July and August. From 2001 to 2011, annual sunshine hours showed a decreasing tendency in jiamusi, while there was an obvious increase in Tangyuan, Fujin and Fuyuan; in the 20th century, annual average sunshine hours from the 1980s to 1990s decreased by 267.7 h compared with that from 1960s to 1970s. Among them, sunshine hours were the fewest in the 1990s. In recent 50 years, there was an abnormal increase in annual sunshine hours in jiamusi in 1975 and 1982; while there were abnormal decreases in Tangyuan and Fujin in 1993, Fujin in 1995, and Fuyuan in 1982 and 1987.

Cervical cancer(CC)is recognized as the most common neoplasm in the female reproductive system *** lack of chemotherapeutic agents with outstanding effectiveness and safety severely compromises the anti-cipated prognosis of ***(ALO)is a natural quinolizidine alkaloid with marked anti-cancer effects on multiple malignancies as well as favorable activity in relieving inflammation,allergies and ***,its therapeutic efficacy and underlying mechanism in CC are still *** the current study,MTT assay was employed to evaluate the viability of HeLa cells exposed to ALO to preliminarily estimate the effectiveness of ALO in ***,the effects of ALO on the proliferation and apoptosis of HeLa cells were further investigated by plate colony formation and flow cytometry,respectively,while the migration and invasion of ALO-treated HeLa cells were evaluated using Transwell ***,nude mice were subcutaneously inoculated with HeLa cells to demonstrate the anti-CC properties of ALO in *** molecular mechanisms underlying these effects of ALO were evaluated by Western blot and immunohistochemical *** study experimentally demonstrated that ALO inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells via G2 phase cell cycle ***,ALO promoted an increase in the percentage of apoptotic HeLa cells by increasing the Bax/Bcl-2 ***,the migration and invasion of HeLa cells were attenuated by ALO treatment,which was considered to result from inhibition of epithelial-to-mesenchymal *** molecular mechanisms,the expression and activation of the IL-6-JAK1-STAT3 feedback loop were markedly suppressed by ALO *** study indicated that ALO markedly suppresses the proliferation,migration and invasion and enhances the apoptosis of HeLa *** addition,these prominent anti-CC properties of ALO are associated with repression of the IL-6-JAK1-STAT3 feedback loop.

Research and application of fluorescence system on norfloxacin-terbium-phen-SDBS

Fluorescence characteristics of complex system of rare earth terbium （Tb3＋）, norfloxacin, 1,10-phenanthroline（1,10-phen） and sur- factant sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate （SDBS） had been studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. In a buffer solution （pH=6.3）, the fluorescence intensity of the norfloxacin-Tb3＋（NFLX-Tb3＋） system had been remarkably enhanced by SDBS and 1,10-Phen. When excited at 335 nm, a good linear relationship between fluorescence intensity of NFLX-Tb3＋ system and NFLX concentration was obtained in the range of 8× 10-8-4× 10-6 mol/L, and the linear equation was F=2× 10^8 CNFLX＋22.7 with correlation coefficient of 0.9959. In addition, this method was compared with some previous literatures, the proposed method had relatively higher sensitivity and lower detect limit. The method was sim- ple, rapid, sensitive, practical and suitable for direct analysis of pharmaceutical preparation. It was successfully applied to determine the cap- sules, human serum and urine in real pharmaceutical samples.

Comparative Analysis on Flood Cause in the Nenjiang Basin between 2013 and 1998

[Objective]The research aimed to analyze and contrast flood cause in Nenjiang Basin between 2013 and 1998.[Method]Based on meteorological and hydrological data in and around Nenjiang Basin,geographic information system as data processing platform,statistical methods such as synthesis analysis and correlation analysis were combined to contrast and analyze the flood cause in the Nenjiang Basin between 2013 and1998.[Result]The similarities of two floods in Nenjiang Basin were that rainstorm frequency and summer precipitation were more,and many large and medium-sized reservoirs which undertook the flood control task were running above flood *** order to protect the safety of reservoir dam,flood discharge volume *** the difference was external forcing factor which caused atmospheric circulation abnormality,thus the impact factors of summer more rainfall were not the *** main reason for more precipitation in Nenjiang Basin in summer of 2013：The northeast cold vortex activity was frequent,and the path was by north;water vapor transport was sufficient at 850 hPa;at 500 hPa,the Eurasian zonal circulation was weak,the West Pacific subtropical high pressure abnormally moved northward,blocking high of the Sea of Okhotsk was obvious,and heilongjiang region was controlled by negative anomaly in midsummer;East Asian westerly jet location was abnormal at 200 hPa,and East Asian summer monsoon was strong.[Conclusion]The research had very important significance for understanding occurrence rule of flood and improving disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities in Nenjiang Basin.

Mass Spectrometric Analysis Revealing Phosphorylation Modifications of Periostin

Human periostin was over-expressed in HEK293T cells, which was enriched by nickel ion affinity resin, and further purified by gel electrophoresis. Phosphopeptides contained in the tryptic digestion of the purified periostin were enriched by TiO2 affinity chromatography, and then analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry（LC-MS/MS）. LC-MS/MS analysis reveals three phosphorylation modification sites of periostin at IKVIEGpSLQPIIK（682-694）, pSLHEKLKQDK（498-507） and p[TT]VLYEC^＊C^＊PGYM^＊R（73-85）. The established method could be a great help to profiling the phosphorylation status of periostin under different physiological environments, such as inflammatory and tumor micro-environments.

Coal-Bed Methane Resource of Mesozoic Basins in jiamusi Landmass

As a new-replacement of energy resource, coal bed methane is the important gas resource with great strategic significance. There are several number of Mesozoic coal-bearing basins in jiamusi landmass, eastern heilongjiang province. Theresult of the resource assessment revealed that the total resource less than 1 500 m,s depth in the area is about 2 100×108m3. It shows that jiamusi landmass has great potential of coal-bed gas and is one of the most prospecting districts for developing coal-bed gas in CBM-province Northeast China.
