Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)is an important biomarker for detection and treatment of breast *** this study,we developed monoclonal antibodies against the extracellular domain(ECD)of HER2 and established a rapid and accurate lateral flow immunoassay(LFIA)for use in community medical *** gene sequence of human HER2-ECD was obtained from the National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI)to construct the expression ***2-ECD protein expressed in HEK293F cells was used to immunize BALB/c *** monoclonal antibodies were produced in mouse ascites and isolated by hybridoma cell *** were analyzed for purity by SDS-PAGE(sodium dodecyl sulphate-polyacrylamide gel-electrophoresis)and affinity was assessed by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)while subtypes were detected using the commercial *** HER2-ECD test strip was prepared based on the sandwich method and evaluated using a portable detection *** affinity of the paired antibodies,4D8 and 8D9,both reached 1×108 L/*** antibodies specifically recognized the HER2-ECD protein in *** limit of detection(LOD)of the gold nanoparticle(AuNP)-based LFIA was 1.7 ng/mL with a detection range of 1.7-400 ng/mL,and the performance of the HER2-ECD strip correlated well with that of a Siemens chemiluminescent immunoassay(CLIA)*** conclusion,the paired antibodies were successfully prepared with high affinity and *** AuNP-based LFIA of HER2-ECD provides a fast and accurate method to detect the concentration of HER2-ECD in serum samples for clinical use in community medical institutions,and could contribute to determining the progress of the disease or the effectiveness of treatment.

In mammals,the neonatal heart can regenerate upon injury within a short time after birth,while adults lose this *** reprogramming has been demonstrated to be critical for cardiomyocyte proliferation in the neonatal ***,we reveal that cardiac metabolic reprogramming could be regulated by altering global protein *** performing 4D label-free proteomics and lysine lactylation(Kla)omics analyses in mouse hearts at postnatal days 1,5,and 7,2297 Kla sites from 980 proteins are identified,among which 1262 Kla sites from 409 proteins are *** clustering analysis reveals that the proteins with altered Kla sites are mainly involved in metabolic *** expression and Kla levels of proteins in glycolysis show a positive correlation while a negative correlation in fatty acid ***,we verify the Kla levels of several differentially modified proteins,including ACAT1,ACADL,ACADVL,PFKM,PKM,and ***,our study reports a comprehensive Kla map in the neonatal mouse heart,which will help to understand the regulatory network of metabolic reprogramming and cardiac regeneration.

The role of Chinese expert consensus in standardization and improvement of the clinical diagnosis and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is self-evident. As clinical and basic research in China becomes standardized under a better understanding of IBD, more data on Chinese patients have become available to develop a consensus and guideline. This guideline, collaboratively developed by the IBD Group, Chinese Society of Gastroenterology, incorporates the latest international consensus statements, domestic research findings, and practical considerations, as an update based on the 2018 Chinese consensus on IBD management. The IBD guideline consists of two parts: ulcerative colitis (UC) and Crohn's disease, and this manuscript presented the UC part. The evidence used in this guideline was collected and analyzed by the standard of guideline, and the contents were organized as problem statements, for clarity. The formulation of this guideline aimed to reflect the latest progress in IBD, providing comprehensive and valuable guidance for the clinical management of IBD.

目的心力衰竭是全球日益严重的主要公共卫生问题。护士主导的心力衰竭门诊在管理心力衰竭方面发挥着重要作用。该研究进行了一项系统综述,以描述护士主导心力衰竭门诊的内容及其影响。方法在PubMed、Embase、Web of Science和Cochrane Library中对护士主导心力衰竭门诊的研究进行了检索。检索最初于2022年10月23日进行,并于2023年11月21日进行更新。文章由两名独立研究者按照乔安娜-布里格斯研究所标准进行评估。本系统综述已在PROSPERO上注册(CRD42022352209)。结果共纳入12篇文献。护士主导心衰门诊的内容包括:药物滴定、教育咨询、基于循证的延续护理、社会心理支持、体格检查和心理健康评估、治疗监测和调整、随访和电话咨询。多数研究报告认为护士主导的心力衰竭门诊取得了积极的临床效果。4项研究对生活质量进行了调查,结果不一;4项研究对药物滴定的疗效进行了调查,结果总体上是积极的。仅2项研究对成本效果进行了评估,仍需更多相关研究进行验证。结论护士主导的心力衰竭门诊在很大程度上显示出对患者结局、生活质量、药物滴定效果的积极影响。

The year 2023 marks the 35^(th) anniversary of the establishment of Biomedical and Environmental Sciences(BES) by the Chinese Center for disease Control and Prevention (China CDC).This milestone provides an opportunity to review past achievements and envisage future ***-Five-Year Progress and Achievements In 1988,Professor Chunming Chen,the founding Director General of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine (CAPM,renamed the China CDC in 2002),established the international journal BES to publish research results from Chinese scientists in ***,Professor Chen,along with the renowned toxicologist Professor Frederick Coulston of Albany Medical College in the United States,jointly served as the editors-in-chief,propelling the growth and development of this pioneering journal,while the editorial team is composed exclusively of professionals from the China CDC,and the editorial office was located at the China CDC.
