Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed,many countries have been facing severe challenges to carbon emission reduction *** study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model to explore the impact of the central environmental protection inspection(CEPI)on driving carbon emission reduction,and to study what factors influence the strategic choices of each party and how they interact with each *** research results suggest that local governments and manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies that are beneficial to carbon reduction when CEPI *** the initial willingness of all parties increases 20%,50%—80%,the time spent for the whole system to achieve stability decreases from 100%,60%—30%.The evolutionary result of“thorough inspection,regulation implementation,low-carbon management”is the best strategy for the tripartite evolutionary ***,the smaller the cost and the larger the benefit,the greater the likelihood of the three-party game stability strategy *** study has important guiding significance for other developing countries to promote carbon emission reduction by environmental policy.

Accurate fault diagnosis of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HVAC)systems is of significant importance for maintaining normal operation,reducing energy consumption,and minimizing maintenance ***,in practical applications,it is challenging to obtain sufficient fault data for HVAC systems,leading to imbalanced data,where the number of fault samples is much smaller than that of normal ***,most existing HVAC system fault diagnosis methods heavily rely on balanced training sets to achieve high fault diagnosis ***,to address this issue,a composite neural network fault diagnosis model is proposed,which combines SMOTETomek,multi-scale one-dimensional convolutional neural networks(M1DCNN),and support vector machine(SVM).This method first utilizes SMOTETomek to augment the minority class samples in the imbalanced dataset,achieving a balanced number of faulty and normal ***,it employs the M1DCNN model to extract feature information from the augmented ***,it replaces the original Softmax classifier with an SVM classifier for classification,thus enhancing the fault diagnosis *** the SMOTETomek-M1DCNN-SVM method,we conducted fault diagnosis validation on both the ASHRAE RP-1043 dataset and experimental dataset with an imbalance ratio of 1:*** results demonstrate the superiority of this approach,providing a novel and promising solution for intelligent building management,with accuracy and F1 scores of 98.45%and 100%for the RP-1043 dataset and experimental dataset,respectively.

Traditional international trade theories seldom consider the pursuit of power as maintaining and enlarging a country's relative strength in the process of interstate ***,in the context of great power competition,the importance of power in the trade between advanced and latecomer countries has become more *** this situation,we can establish a tractable and generalized international economic political framework for analyzing great power competition by introducing the power factor into classic two-country trade theory,treating the absolute welfare and relative welfare emphasized by economics and political science respectively as actors'dual objectives,and making use of game theory *** can be found that in a two-country game composed of an advanced and a latecomer country,the latter will prefer a strategy of"enhancing its own strength and rectifying its own weak points,"while the former will favor a strategy that""worsens the other's weak points and enhances the other's strengths."Once the technological gap that determines comparative advantage narrows,the advanced country will tend to totally suppress the latecomer and even"decouple"from it.

Use of magnesium is the need of the hour due to its low density as well as its high strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratio *** study focuses on the effectiveness of liquid nitrogen(LN_(2))assisted cryogenic machining on the surface integrity(SI)characteristics of AZ91 magnesium *** milling using uncoated carbide inserts have been performed under liquid nitrogen(LN_(2))assisted cryogenic condition and compared with conventional(dry)*** are performed using machining parameters in terms of cutting speeds of 325,475,625 m/min,feed rates of 0.05,0.1,0.15 mm/teeth and depth of cuts of 0.5,1,1.5 mm *** significant surface integrity characteristics such as surface roughness,microhardness,microstructure,and residual stresses have been *** of SI characteristics with respect to milling parameters have been identified using statistical technique such as ANOVA and signal-to-noise(S/N)ratio ***,the multi criteria decision making(MCDM)techniques such as additive ratio assessment method(ARAS)and complex proportional assessment(COPRAS)have been utilized to identify the optimal conditions for milling AZ91 magnesium alloy under both dry and cryogenic *** of LN_(2)during machining,resulted in reduction in machining temperature by upto 29%with a temperature drop from 251.2℃under dry condition to 178.5℃in cryogenic *** showed the advantage of performing cryogenic milling in improving the surface integrity to a significant *** machining considerably minimized the roughness by upto 28%and maximised the microhardness by upto 23%,when compared to dry *** speed has caused significant impact on surface roughness(95.33%-dry,92.92%-cryogenic)and surface microhardness(80.33%-dry,82.15%-cryogenic).Due to the reduction in machining temperature,cryogenic condition resulted in compressive residual stresses(maximumσ║=-113 MPa)on the alloy *** indicate no

It is an important way to realize rural revitalization and sustainable development to guide rural settlement transition(RST)in an appropriate *** paper uses actor network theory(ANT)to construct a theoretical framework for the study of *** two typical villages with different transition paths in rural areas of North China Plain as examples,this paper reveals the mechanism of RST and makes a comparative *** results show that:1)after identifying problems and obligatory passage point,key actors recruit heterogeneous actors into the actor network by entrusting them with common interests,and realize RST under the system operation.2)Rural settlements under different transition paths have similarities in the problems to be solved,collective actions and policy factors,but there are differences in the transition process,mechanism and *** actor network and mechanism of RST through the path of new rural community construction are more complex and the transition effect is more *** contrast,the degree of RST of retention development path is limited if there is no resource and location advantage.3)Based on the applicable conditions of different paths,this paper designs a logical framework of‘Situation-Structure-Behavior-Result’to scientifically guide the identification of RST paths under the background of rural revitalization.

The current and potential impacts of global warming have generated widespread concerns about food security among all sectors of *** Asian countries located deep in the interior of Asia with fragile ecological environments and lower agricultural technology are particularly more prone to severe threats from climate *** on panel data acquired in five Central Asian countries from 1990 to 2019,a C-D-C model was developed to study how climate change affects food security in the region and to predict future *** study found that the level of food security has generally increased for these five Central Asian countries over the past 30 years,with Kazakhstan and Tajikistan having the highest and lowest food security levels,*** average annual temperature and precipitation exhibit an inverted U-shaped relationship with the region’s food security,with the most positive effect on the food security of *** high and low temperatures have significantly affected food security in the studied region,with Turkmenistan experiencing the most significant negative *** number of frost days had no significant effect on food *** analysis of future climate showed that the temperature and precipitation in Central Asia will continue to increase from 2030 to 2090,which will negatively impact the food security of these *** is recommended that the Central Asian countries enhance their understanding of climate risks,strengthen scientific climate research,and develop multiple adaptation strategies in ***,they are encouraged to consolidate international cooperation,reducing greenhouse gas emissions effectively and maintaining the ability to ensure food security.

Gender Equality and the Risk Assessment of Corporate Financialization:An Analysis of the Increase in the Proportion of Female Executives

This paper empirically investigates the impact of the proportion of female executives on the financialization of enterprises using a sample of listed companies in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from *** studies tend to conclude that female executives are risk averse,preventing firms from participating in high-risk financial ***,the results of this paper show that there is a positive relationship between the proportion of female executives and the degree of corporate financialization,with an increase of 1 percent in the proportion of female executives leading to an increase of 3.8 percent in the degree of corporate *** tests show that gender inequality is a possible mechanism influencing female executives'financial investment preferences in the unique gender culture context of *** paper expands the research on the impact of non-institutional factors on corporate financialization,and also points out that unilaterally pursuing an increase in the proportion of female executives does not reduce the risk of corporate financialization,and that only an overall increase in the proportion of female executives can reduce the risk of corporate *** gender equality at the social level can fundamentally reflect women's risk aversion characteristics and encourage enterprises to make more stable investment decisions.
