for a few years it has been realized that nanocrystalline phases can be formed during crystallization of amorphous alloys annealed isothermally below the crystallization temperature of usual heating experiments. Data of this transformation monitored by the measurement of magnetic susceptibility are presented. A method using a magnetic balance with electronic stabilisation and combined computer facilities is applied. Constant heating and cooling rates as well as isothermal heat treatments are used. Magnetic measurements are able to detect the onset of the transformation of amorphous NI-P alloys much earlier than was possible with differential scanning calorimetry. The transformation kinetics can be analyzed by means of the Avrami plot based on the Johnson-Mehl-Avrami equation. The kinetics of solid state reactions in the nanostructured material can be investigated similarly. formation of a Ni-phase in a nanostructured Hf-Ni alloy could be detected in a very early stage, where calorimetric methods are not sensitive. Segregation phenomena could be detected from the experiments even after long time. The sensitivity of the applied method is not dependent on the heating rate as the sensitivity of scanning calorimetry is.

Mount Semeru,an active volcano in East Java,Indonesia,erupted on December 4,2021,following extreme rainfall that caused an avalanche of hot pyroclastic flows and *** tropospheric conditions and dominant particle components in the atmosphere can be monitored using Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)technology and remote sensing *** signal propagation delay in Precise Point Positioning(PPP)processing can be used to determine Zenith Tropospheric Delay(ZTD)and Precipitable Water Vapor(PWV)variables so that atmospheric conditions can be *** addition,by using remote sensing satellite data,it is possible to obtain rainfall data with high temporal resolution as well as the dominant particle and gas content values during *** the eruption period,the high value of PWV was dominated by the high intensity of precipitation during the rainy *** rainfall before the eruption caused activity inside the mountain to increase,which occurred in avalanche type *** from that,the atmosphere around Semeru was also dominated by SO_(2)content,which spreaded for tens of ***_(2)content began to be detected significantly by remote sensing sensors on December 7,*** this study,deformation and atmospheric monitoring were also carried out using low-cost GNSS at the Semeru Monitoring Station on September 9-15,*** results of the ZTD and ZWD values show the dominance of the wet component,which is directly proportional to rainfall activity in this period.

In museum design and operation,daylight is typically discouraged due to high risk of damaging the display ***,past studies in high-latitude regions have shown the possibility to apply daylight in museums,so long as it is carefully planned,and the display objects are not from the category of high responsive *** the tropical region,the influence of daylighting on light exposure on museum objects is still *** study therefore aims to assess and mitigate the impact of annual daylight exposure on objects with low responsive materials in a tropical daylit museum *** daylight modelling and simulation are performed to achieve the objective,followed with Morris sensitivity analysis and Mahalanobis distance classifier to optimise the *** is found that either WWr or glazing transmissivity gives the greatest influence on the performance *** on the proposed optimisation algorithm,it is possible to determine the optimum solutions satisfying the performance indicators target,for a certain opening ***,the contribution of this study is the proposed computational modelling and simulation methods to mitigate the exposure risk while optimising daylight as a renewable energy source.

Using the Urumqi 25 m radio telescope, sources from the first three months of the fermi-large area telescope detected active galactic nuclei （AGN） catalog with a declination of 〉 0° were observed in 2009 at 4.8 GHz. The radio flux density ap- peared to correlate with the γ-ray intensity. Intra-day variability （IDV） observations were performed in March, April and May 2009 for 42 selected γ-ray bright blazars, and ~60% of them showed evidence of flux variability at 4.8 GHz during the IDV observations. The IDV detection rate was higher than that in previous flat-spectrum AGN samples. IDV appeared more often in the very long baseline interferometry-core dominant blazars, and the non-IDV blazars showed relatively ＂steeper＂ spectral in- dices than the IDV blazars. Pronounced inter-month variability was also found in two BL Lac objects： J0112＋2244 and J0238＋1636.

This paper proposes and investigates an optimal pair investment/pension policy for a pay-as-you-go(PAYG)pension *** social planner can invest in a buffer fund in order to guarantee a minimal pension *** model aims at taking into account complex dynamic phenomena such as the demographic risk and its evolution over time,the time and age dependence of agents preferences,and financial *** preference criterion of the social planner is modeled by a consistent dynamic utility defined on a stochastic domain,which incorporates the heterogeneity of overlapping generations and its evolution over *** preference criterion and the optimization problem also incorporate sustainability,adequacy and fairness *** paper designs and solves the social planner's dynamic decision criterion,and computes the optimal investment/pension policy in a general framework.A detailed analysis for the case of dynamic power utilities is provided.

This research aims for an objective identification, tracking, and a statistical analysis of the Moving Magnetic features (MMfs) around sunspots using SOHO/MDI high-resolution magnetograms. To this end, we develop a computerized tracking program and study the motion and magnetism of the outflows of MMfs around 26 sunspots. Our method locates 4-27 MMfs per hour, with higher counts for large sunspots. We differentiate MMfs into type α that have a polarity opposite to the parent sunspots, and type β that share the sunspot's polarity. These sunspots' MMf subsets exhibit a wide range of central tendencies which have distinctive correlations with the sunspots. In general, α-MMfs emerge farther from the sunspot, carry less flux, and move faster than β-MMfs. The typical α/β-MMfs emerge at 2.2 - 8.1/0.1 - 3.2 Mm outside the penumbra limb, with lifetimes of 1.1 - 3.1/1.3 - 2.0 h. They are 1.1 - 6.6/1.4 - 3.6 Mm2 in area and carry 1.4 - 12.5/4.8 - 11.4 ×1018 Mx of flux. They travel a distance of 2.7 - 5.9/2.8 - 3.6 Mm with the speed of 0.5 - 0.9/0.4 - 0.7 km/s. Compared to the α-MMfs produced by large sunspots, those of small spots are smaller. They emerge closer to sunspot, move farther, live longer, and carry less flux. β-MMfs show much less correlation with the sunspots. The flux outflow carried by the MMfs ranges from 0.2 to 8.3 × 1019Mx· h-1 and does not show obvious correlation with the sunspots' evolution. The frequency distributions of the MMfs' distance traveled, area, and flux are exponential. This suggests the existence of numerous small, weak, and short-timescale magnetic objects which might contribute to the sunspot flux outflow.

We study the carbon dioxide reduction reaction(CO_(2)rr)activity and selectivity of fe single-atom catalyst(fe-SAC)and fe dual-atom catalyst(fe-DAC)active sites at the interior of graphene and the edges of graphitic nanopore by using a combination of DfT calculations and microkinetic *** trend of limiting potentials for CO_(2)rr to produce CO can be described by using either the adsorption energy of COOH,CO,or their ***_(2)rr process with reasonable reaction rates can be achieved only on the active site configurations with weak tendencies toward CO *** efficiency of CO_(2)rr on a catalyst depends on its ability to suppress the parasitic hydrogen evolution reaction(HEr),which is directly related to the behavior of H adsorption on the catalyst’s active *** find that the edges of the graphitic nanopore can act as potential adsorption sites for an H atom,and in some cases,the edge site can bind the H atom much stronger than the main fe *** linear scaling between CO and H adsorptions is broken if this condition is *** condition also allows some edge active site configurations to have their CO_(2)rr limiting potential lower than the HEr process favoring CO production over H2 production.
