Under the action of marine currents,non-cohesive sediments evolve by bed-load,by saltation or suspension depending on their *** authors have considered that the movement of sediment is bidimensional and modelized the effects of swell by a constant velocitynear the *** we have studied the velocity profile of fluctuating currents near the seabed and studied the movement of sediment in *** results show that in the areas of study（surf and swash）the movement of sediment occurs in a volume,and the evolution of sediment varies from an areato *** obtained theoretical profiles of the position and velocity vectors confirm the observations of several authors.

Droughts represent one of the most dangerous natural disasters in the world, due to their ability to progressively spread over large areas up to continental scale, as well as their adverse environmental, human and socio-economic effects. Unfortunately, these effects are increasingly accentuated under the influence of climate change. One of the main challenges today is to mitigate the damage associated with droughts by developing tools capable of predicting the occurrence of such events in advance. Many solutions have been implemented for this purpose. But with the great progress in artificial intelligence, many scientists propose the use of Machine Learning to provide more optimal solutions to the problem related to droughts. In the present study, a bibliometric analysis was conducted to assess the current level of research on forecasting and monitoring of droughts in the world in general, particularly in West Africa through different methods based on the artificial intelligence. A search for articles on the topic was performed in the Web of Science (WoS) database, which is a global, publisher-independent citation database. The search identified a total of 3284 documents and the collected data was analyzed using a bibliometric tool called Bibliometrix. The main results are presented and discussed, followed by some potential avenues for research.

Reconstructing f(T) modified gravity from ECHDE and ECNADE models

We investigate alternative candidates to dark energy(DE) that can explain the current state of the Universe in the framework of the generalized teleparallel theory of gravity f(T), where T denotes the torsion scalar. To achieve this, we carry out a series of reconstructions taking into account the ordinary and entropy-corrected versions of the holographic and new agegraphic DE *** models are used as alternatives to DE in the literature in order to describe the current state of our Universe. It is remarked that the proposed models indicate behavior akin to phantom or quintessence models. Furthermore, we also generate the parameters of the equation of state associated with entropy-corrected models and we observe a phase transition between the quintessence state and phantom state as it is shown by the recent observational data. We also investigate the stability of these models and we create the {r-s} trajectories and compare with the ΛCDM limit. The behavior of certain physical parameters such as the speed of sound and the Statefinder diagnostic pair {r-s} is compatible with the current observational data.

Alcohol use disorder(AUD) and hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection frequently co-occur. AUD is associated with greater exposure to HCV infection, increased HCV infection persistence, and more extensive liver damage due to interactions between AUD and HCV on immune responses, cytotoxicity, and oxidative stress. Although AUD and HCV infection are associated with increased morbidity and mortality, HCV antiviral therapy is less commonly prescribed in individuals with both conditions. AUD is also common in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection, which negatively impacts proper HIV care and adherence to antiretroviral therapy, and liver disease. In addition, AUD and HCV infection are also frequent within a proportion of patients with HIV infection, which negatively impacts liver disease. This review summarizes the current knowledge regarding pathological interactions of AUD with hepatitis C infection, HIV infection, and HCV/HIV co-infection, as well as relating to AUD treatment interventions in these individuals.

We derive the solution for a spherically symmetric string cloud configuration in a ＆dimensional spacetime in the framework of f（R） theories of gravity. We also analyze some thermodynamic properties of the joint black hole - cloud of strings solution. For its Hawking temperature, we found that the dependence of the mass with the horizon is significantly different in both theories. For the interaction of a black hole with thermal radiation, we found that the shapes of the curves are similar, but shifted. Our analysis generalizes some known results in the literature.

Testing Some f(R,T) Gravity Models from Energy Conditions

We consider f(R,T) theory of gravity, where R is the curvature scalar and T is the trace of the energy momentum tensor. Attention is attached to the special case, f(R,T)=R+2f(T) and two expressions are assumed for the function f(T),(a1Tn+b1)/(a2Tn+b2) and a3Inq(b3Tm), where a1,a2 ,b1,b2,n,a3 ,b3,q and m are input parameters. We observe that by adjusting suitably these input parameters, energy conditions can be satisfied. Moreover, an analysis of the perturbations and stabilities of de Sitter solutions and power-law solutions is performed with the use of the two models. The results show that for some values of the input parameters, for which energy conditions are satisfied, de Sitter solutions and power-law solutions may be stables.

We stress a basic criterion that shows in a simple way how a sequence of real-valued functions can converge uniformly when it is more or less evident that the sequence converges uniformly away from a finite number of points of the closure of its domain. For functions of a real variable, unlike in most classical textbooks our criterion avoids the search of extrema (by differential calculus) of their general term.
