Value Assessment of Airport Billboards Based on Passenger Big Data

As an important element of the airport ecosystem,airport billboards are playing a crucial role in publicizing the city image and facilitating humanistic airport *** the same time,airport billboards have great commercial value and is a popular channel for enterprises to prompt their products and to build their brand ***,most airports in China adopt a simple fixed pricing mechanism for airport ***,for any type of billboard,the advertising price is mainly determined by considering historical prices and the total passenger flow of the entire airport during a whole ***,this seemingly crude pricing mechanism only considers macro-level data of passenger flow and fails in reflecting the real value of billboards in different locations effectively,since the value of a particular billboard depends not only on its media form,but also on the number of passengers flowing through and whether these passengers are the target customers of the advertising *** on big data on airport layout,flight information,and passenger attributes,this paper proposes a time-and location-based value assessment model for airport *** sample data collected from the Beijing Capital International Airport,the assessment model is adopted to evaluate the value of two real billboards in Terminal *** of this model can reflect the difference in the value of airport billboards located in different spots during various ***,this model provides a solid foundation for airport executives to develop differentiated/dynamic pricing and flexible advertisement scheduling strategies,thereby improving the overall efficiency.

How to Promote Sales: Discount Promotion or Coupon Promotion?

In this paper,we examine how a merchant should choose between discount promotion(offering a discount through an online third-party promotion platform)and coupon promotion(ssuing on-package coupons directly to consumers).We develop a two-period model in which the merchant optimizes the promotion decision in the first period and does not promote in the second *** identify two consumer segments:informed consumers who are aware of the merchant's offering at the beginning of the first period and know the true quality of the product,and uninformed consumers who are not aware of the merchant's offering at the beginning of the first period and underestimate the product ***,the merchant has access only to informed consumers when adopting coupon promotion or when choosing not to promote,while the merchant can access both informed consumers and uninformed consumers when offering discount *** this setting,we find that the merchant should offer discount promotion when the quality estimation of uninformed consumers is large and/or when the proportion of informed consumers is small;otherwise,the merchant should adopt coupon promotion when the effect of coupons in the first period is large and choose not to promote when the effect of coupons in the first period is small.

Evolutionary game dynamics of combining the Moran and imitation processes

One of the assumptions of previous research in evolutionary game dynamics is that individuals use only one rule to update their strategy. In reality, an individual's strategy update rules may change with the environment, and it is possible for an individual to use two or more rules to update their strategy. We consider the case where an individual updates strategies based on the Moran and imitation processes, and establish mixed stochastic evolutionary game dynamics by combining both processes. Our aim is to study how individuals change strategies based on two update rules and how this affects evolutionary game dynamics. We obtain an analytic expression and properties of the fixation probability and fixation times(the unconditional fixation time or conditional average fixation time) associated with our proposed process. We find unexpected results. The fixation probability within the proposed model is independent of the probabilities that the individual adopts the imitation rule update strategy. This implies that the fixation probability within the proposed model is equal to that from the Moran and imitation processes. The one-third rule holds in the proposed mixed model. However, under weak selection, the fixation times are different from those of the Moran and imitation processes because it is connected with the probability that individuals adopt an imitation update rule. Numerical examples are presented to illustrate the relationships between fixation times and the probability that an individual adopts the imitation update rule, as well as between fixation times and selection intensity. From the simulated analysis, we find that the fixation time for a mixed process is greater than that of the Moran process, but is less than that of the imitation process. Moreover, the fixation times for a cooperator in the proposed process increase as the probability of adopting an imitation update increases; however, the relationship becomes more complex than a linear relationshi

On the basis of prioritized aggregated operator and prioritized ordered weighted average(POWA)operator,in this paper,the authors further present interval neutrosophic prioritized ordered weighted aggregation(INPOWA)operator with respect to interval neutrosophic numbers(INNs).Firstly,the definition,operational laws,characteristics,expectation and comparative method of INNs are ***,the INPOWA operator is developed,and some properties of the operator are ***,based on the INPOWA operator and the comparative formula of the INNs,an approach to decision making with INNs is ***,an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Supplier Development under Supply Risk and Reputational Risk

This paper considers the supplier investment decision-making problem in a supply chain consisting of an original equipment manufacturer(OEM),a global supplier,and a local *** reduce dependence on global suppliers and improve supply stability,we develop a differential game model to investigate the optimal investment decisions of the OEM towards the local supplier under different risk scenarios and the impact of different risks on the optimal *** results show that investment efficiency and risks have a significant impact on OEM investment ***,when the OEM has higher investment efficiency,investing in the local supplier is profitable for the OEM;conversely,when the investment efficiency of the OEM is lower,it does not *** addition,an increase in the supply risk of the global supplier will lower the entry threshold for OEM investment,but an increase in the supply risk of the local supplier and the reputational risk of both will increase this threshold,meaning that only the OEM with significantly higher investment efficiency can profit.

Time-Consistent Asymptotic Exponential Arbitrage with Small Probable Maximum Loss

Based on a concept of asymptotic exponential arbitrage proposed by F?llmerSchachermayer, the author introduces a new formulation of asymptotic arbitrage with two main differences from the previous one: Firstly, the realising strategy does not depend on the maturity time while the previous one does, and secondly, the probable maximum loss is allowed to be small constant instead of a decreasing function of time. The main result gives a sufficient condition on stock prices for the existence of such asymptotic *** a consequence, she gives a new proof of a conjecture of F?llmer and Schachermayer.

The paper not only studies the noise reduction methods of chaotic time series with noise and its reconstruction techniques, but also discusses prediction techniques of chaotic time series and its applications based on chaotic data noise reduction. In the paper, we first decompose the phase space of chaotic time series to range space and null noise space. Secondly we restructure original chaotic time series in range space. Lastly on the basis of the above, we establish order of the nonlinear model and make use of the nonlinear model to predict some research. The result indicates that the nonlinear model has very strong ability of approximation function, and Chaos predict method has certain tutorial significance to the practical problems.

Scheduling optimization of task allocation in integrated manufacturing system based on task decomposition

How to deal with the collaboration between task decomposition and task scheduling is the key problem of the integrated manufacturing system for complex products. With the development of manufacturing technology, we can probe a new way to solve this problem. Firstly, a new method for task granularity quantitative analysis is put forward, which can precisely evaluate the task granularity of complex product cooperation workflow in the integrated manufacturing system, on the above basis; this method is used to guide the coarse-grained task decomposition and recombine the subtasks with low cohesion coefficient. Then, a multi-objective optimieation model and an algorithm are set up for the scheduling optimization of task scheduling. Finally, the application feasibility of the model and algorithm is ultimately validated through an application case study.

An Emergency Blood Allocation Approach Considering Blood Group Compatibility in Disaster Relief Operations

Large-scale sudden-onset disasters may cause massive injuries and thus place great pressure on the emergency blood supplies of local blood banks. When blood is in short supply, blood products gathered urgently to a local blood center should be appropriately allocated to blood banks in the affected area. Moreover, ABO/Rh(D) compatibilities among blood groups must be considered during emergency situations. To minimize the total unmet demand of blood products considering the optimal ABO/Rh(D)-compatible blood substitution scheme, a mixed integer programming model is developed and solved efficiently by using a greedy heuristic algorithm. Finally, a numerical example derived from the emergency blood supply scenario of the Wenchuan Earthquake is presented to verify the proposed model and algorithm. The results show that considering ABO/Rh(D)-compatible blood substitution can remarkably increase the efficiency of emergency blood allocation while lowering blood shortage, and the preference order of possible ABO/Rh(D)-compatible substitutions has an influence on the allocation solution.

On the Optimality of Kounias-Sotirakglou Bounds

Bonferroni inequalities are significant in application for optimal allocation in tradable emission and other scary resources. Kounias and Sotirakglou improved Bonferroni inequalities, they give the lower and upper bounds for Bonferroni inequalities in the form of P（Ui=1^nAi）,but they did not discuss the optimal of lower and upper bounds for P（Ui=1^nAi）.In this paper, we give the method to obtain the optimum lower and upper bounds for Bonferroai inequalities in the form of ∑i=1^m（-1）^i＋1 aiSi for P（Ui=1^nAi）under the condition tha Q（r）≥（≤）0,The optimality of Kounias Sotirakglou bounds is also studied.
