Eddy current dampers (ECDs) have emerged as highly desirable solutions for vibration control due to theirexceptional damping performance and durability. However, the existing constitutive models present challenges tothe widespread implementation of ECD technology, and there is limited availability of finite element analysis (FEA)software capable of accurately modeling the behavior of ECDs. This study addresses these issues by developing anewconstitutivemodel that is both easily understandable and user-friendly for FEAsoftware. By utilizing numericalresults obtained from electromagnetic FEA, a novel power law constitutive model is proposed to capture thenonlinear behavior of ECDs. The effectiveness of the power law constitutive model is validated throughmechanicalproperty tests and numerical seismic analysis. Furthermore, a detailed description of the application process ofthe power law constitutive model in ANSYS FEA software is provided. To facilitate the preliminary design ofECDs, an analytical derivation of energy dissipation and parameter optimization for ECDs under harmonicmotionis performed. The results demonstrate that the power law constitutive model serves as a viable alternative forconducting dynamic analysis using FEA and optimizing parameters for ECDs.

This study was conducted to explore the regulatory mechanism of leucine (Leu) on lipid metabolism of finishing pigs.Twenty-four Duroc×Landrace×Large cross pigs with an average body weight of68.33±0.97 kg were randomly allocated into 3 treatment groups with 8 replicates per group (1 pig per replicate).The dietary treatments were as follows:control group (CON),0.25%Leu group and 0.50%Leu group.The experimental period was 42 d.The results showed as follows.(1) Compared with the CON,0.25%and 0.50%Leu increased (Panalysis showed that the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Lactobacillus and Desulfovibrio was higher in the 0.25%Leu group than the CON,but the relative abundance of Firmicutes,Treponema and Shigella was lower than in the CON (P<0.05).(4) Four different metabolites were screened out from the serum of finishing pigs including allolithocholic acid (alloLCA),isolithocholic acid (isoLCA),ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) and hyodeoxycholic acid (HDCA),which correlate to various degrees with the above microorganisms.In conclusion,Leu could promote adipose tissue lipolysis of finishing pigs through the mTOR-SIRT1 signaling pathway,and S6K1 is a

The problem of art forgery and infringement is becoming increasingly prominent,since diverse self-media contents with all kinds of art pieces are released on the Internet every day.For art paintings,object detection and localization provide an efficient and ef-fective means of art authentication and copyright protection.However,the acquisition of a precise detector requires large amounts of ex-pensive pixel-level annotations.To alleviate this,we propose a novel weakly supervised object localization(WSOL)with background su-perposition erasing(BSE),which recognizes objects with inexpensive image-level labels.First,integrated adversarial erasing(IAE)for vanilla convolutional neural network(CNN)dropouts the most discriminative region by leveraging high-level semantic information.Second,a background suppression module(BSM)limits the activation area of the IAE to the object region through a self-guidance mechanism.Finally,in the inference phase,we utilize the refined importance map(RIM)of middle features to obtain class-agnostic loc-alization results.Extensive experiments are conducted on paintings,CUB-200-2011 and ILSVRC to validate the effectiveness of our BSE.

Repeated blast impacts on personnel in explosive environments can exacerbate craniocerebral trauma.Most ex-isting studies focus on the injury effects of a single blast,lacking in-depth analysis on the injury effects andcumulative effects of repeated blasts.Therefore,rats were used as the experimental samples to suffer from ex-plosion blasts with different peak air overpressures(167 kPa∼482 kPa)and varying number of repeated blasts.The cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma was most pronounced for moderate repeated blast,showing ap-proximately 95%increase of trauma severity with penta blast,and an approximately 85%increase of traumaseverity with penta minor blast.The cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma from severe,repeated blast has asmaller rate of change compared to the other two conditions.The severity of trauma from penta blast increasedby approximately 69%compared to a single blast.Comprehensive physiological,pathological and biochemicalanalysis show that the degree of neurological trauma caused by repeated blasts is higher than that of single blasts,and the pathological trauma to brain tissue is more extensive and severe.The trauma degree remains unchangedafter double blast,increases by one grade after triple or quadruple blast,and increases by two grades after pentablast.

This paper aims to increase the diagnosis accuracy of the fault classification of power transformers by introducing a new off-line hybrid model based on a combination subset of the et method(C-set)&modified fuzzy C-mean algorithm(MFCM)and the optimizable multiclass-SVM(MCSVM).The innovation in this paper is shown in terms of solving the predicaments of outliers,boundary proportion,and unequal data existing in both traditional and intelligence models.Taking into consideration the closeness of dissolved gas analysis(DGA)data,the C-set method is implemented to subset the DGA data samples based on their type of faults within unrepeated subsets.Then,the MFCM is used for removing outliers from DGA samples by combining highly similar data for every subset within the same cluster to obtain the optimized training data(OTD)set.It is also used to minimize dimensionality of DGA samples and the uncertainty of transformer condition monitoring.After that,the optimized MCSVM is trained by using the(OTD).The proposed model diagnosis accuracy is 93.3%.The obtained results indicate that our model significantly improves the fault identification accuracy in power transformers when compared with other conventional and intelligence models.

Only simplified two-dimensional model and a single failure mode are adopted to calculate the ultimate pullout capacity(UPC)of anchor cables in most previous research.This study focuses on a more comprehensive combination failure mode that consists of bond failure of an anchorage body and failure of an anchored rock mass.The three-dimensional ultimate pullout capacity of the anchor cables is calculated based on the Hoek-Brown failure criterion and variation analysis method.The numerical solution for the curvilinear function in fracture plane is obtained based on the finite difference theory,which more accurately reflects the failure state of the anchor cable,as opposed to that being assumed in advance.The results reveal that relying solely on a single failure mode for UPC calculations has limitations,as changes in parameter values not only directly impact the UPC value but also can alter the failure model and thus the calculation method.

In order to better understand the specific substituent effects on the electrochemical oxidation process of β-O-4 bond, a series of methoxyphenyl type β-O-4 dimer model compounds with different localized methoxyl groups, including 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-phenylethanone, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-phenylethanol, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanone, 2-(2-methoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanol, 2-(2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanone, 2-(2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy)-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)ethanol have been selected and their electrochemical properties have been studied experimentally by cyclic voltammetry, and FT-IR spectroelectrochemistry. Combining with electrolysis products distribution analysis and density functional theory calculations, oxidation mechanisms of all six model dimers have been explored. In particular, a total effect from substituents of both para-methoxy(on the aryl ring closing to Cα) and Cα-OH on the oxidation mechanisms has been clearly observed, showing a significant selectivity on the Cα-Cβbond cleavage induced by electrochemical oxidations.

Radiotherapy(RT)is one of the most feasible and routinely used therapeutic modalities for treating malignant tumors.In particular,immune responses triggered by RT,known as radio-immunotherapy,can partially inhibit the growth of distantly spreading tumors and recurrent tumors.How-ever,the safety and efficacy of radio-immunotherapy is impeded by the radio-resistance and poor immu-nogenicity of tumor.Herein,we report oxaliplatin(IV)-iron bimetallic nanoparticles(OXA/Fe NPs)as cascade sensitizing amplifiers for low-dose and robust radio-immunotherapy.The OXA/Fe NPs exhibit tumor-specific accumulation and activation of OXA(I)and Fe^(2+)in response to the reductive and acidic microenvironment within tumor cells.The cascade reactions of the released metallic drugs can sensitize RT by inducing DNA damage,increasing ROS and O_(2) levels,and amplifying the immunogenic cell death(ICD)effect after RT to facilitate potent immune activation.As a result,OXA/Fe NPs-based low-dose RT triggered a robust immune response and inhibited the distant and metastatic tumors effectively by a strong abscopal effect.Moreover,a long-term immunological memory effect to protect mice from tumor rechal-lenging is observed.Overall,the bimetallic NPs-based cascade sensitizing amplifier system offers an effi-cient radio-immunotherapy regimen that addresses the key challenges.
