The development level of industrialization,informationization,urbanization and agricultural modernization(New Four Modernizations) is an important indicator for evaluation of regional economic *** this paper,an indicator system was designed for evaluation of the development level of New Four Modernizations according to the interaction mechanism between *** introduced the data related to New Four Modernizations of 14 cities in hunan province during 2004 and 2012,and made a comprehensive analysis of the development level of New Four Modernizations in these cities by entropy-gray relational *** found that the development level of New Four Modernizations in 14 cities in hunan province was extremely uneven,and the stronger would become stronger,while the weaker would become weaker,like Matthew ***,it is required to straighten out the development idea,carry out reform and innovation in the mechanism construction,urbanrural integration,interaction and integration,and regional coordination,to promote simultaneous development of New Four Modernizations.

Objectives To examine sequence variation in the ribosomal 18 S gene among taenia multiceps isolates from hunan province. Methods The 18 S gene was amplified from individual taenia multiceps isolate, and the 18 S sequences obtained were aligned using the ClustalX 1.81. Results The results showed that the lengths of 18 S sequences were 1 080 bp. The constructed phylogenetic tree revealed that the hunan isolates and the Taenia multiceps available in Gen Bank were clustered in the same clade. Conclusion It is concluded that 18 S gene can be used as a genetic marker for population genetic studies of cestodes. The present study provided foundation for molecular epidemiology and diagnosis of taenia multiceps.

Storage Characteristics of Five Kiwifruit Varieties in hunan province

objective:The objective of this research was to investigate the prevalence of *** in pigs in hunan ***:Total 2267 fresh fecal samples distributed in 28 pig farms from 7 different administrative regions(hunan province) were evaluated for the existence of *** eggs using saturated Na Cl floating method,the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) regions from nuclear ribosomal DNA(r DNA) of 7 *** isolates were cloned and analyzed to determine genetic variation of the gained *** isolates in the present ***:The average infection rate of *** in pigs was 8.91% in hunan province;nucleotide diversities were 1.0.5% and 0.8% for ITS-1 and ITS-2,*** analyses indicated that the collected *** isolates were available in the Genbank and clustered in three ***:The present investigation revealed high infection rates of *** in pigs in hunan province,which shed light on making effective measures to prevent and control *** infection in pigs in hunan province.

Five kiwifruit varieties(Hongyang, Donghong, Jinyan, Cuiyu, Miliang1)in hunan were picked and stored at room temperature. Sensory indicators(softening rate, decay rate, and firmness), nutritional quality(soluble solid content, titratable acid, and VC), tissue cell aging indexes(malondialdehyde, membrane permeability),and activity of polyphenol oxidase(PPO) and peroxidase(POD) during storage were analyzed. Results showed that firmness of Hongyang, Miliang1, and Cuiyu decreased rapidly, particularly Hongyang. The firmness of Donghong and Jinyan decreased slowly, but the decrease of Jinyan was slower than that of Donghong. Softening rate and decay rate were significantly different among the varieties. To be specific, the softening rate and decay rate of Jinyan were lower than those of Hongyang. Soluble solid content rose at early stage and then declined. Soluble solid content was high in Hongyang after storage for 12 d and high in Donghong and Jinyan after storage for 15 d. Content of titratable acid dropped slowly. Maximum VC content of Donghong,Jinyan, and Cuiyu was higher than that of Hongyang and Miliang 1. The inflection point of relative conductivity increase increase of Jinyan appeared later than that of Hangyang. The MAD content of Jinyan and Donghong kept at a low level. Storage characteristics of different kiwifruit varieties were significant. Storage time was in the order of Hongyang < Miliang 1 < Cuiyu < Donghong < Jinyan. In summary,Hongyang, Cuiyu, and Miliang1 should not be stored for a long time, while longterm storage is favorable for Jinyan and Donghong.

The method and experience of basic work of flash flood disaster analysis and assessment in early period are introduced in a case of Rucheng County,Chenzhou City,hunan province,containing analysis of general situation in county region,excavation of working map information,determination of assessment object list,examination of investigated data,and standardized arrangement of data. Finally,the suggestions for basic work of analysis and assessment are given,which could provide the references for implementing analysis and assessment work of flash flood disaster in other regions.

Evaluation of Comprehensive Agricultural Production Capacity Based on Factor Analysis:A Case Study of hunan province

Based on the basic connotation of comprehensive agricultural production capacity,this article establishes the comprehensive agricultural production capacity indicator system on the basis of statistics. This indicator system consists of 5 parts ( input scale of factors,output scale of factors,output rate of factors,ability to resist disaster and ensure production,and modern operation level) and 14 specific indicators. Based on factor analysis method,we use this indicator system to conduct systematic empirical analysis of the level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity in 14 cities and prefectures of hunan province. The results show that although the overall level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity in hunan province tends to grow continuously and steadily,there are significant inter-regional differences in the level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity; in terms of the level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity,there is great room for improvement. Finally the following policy recommendations are put forward: strengthening balanced regional development and improving the overall level of comprehensive agricultural production capacity; strengthening the building of land carrying capacity; strengthening the building of agricultural ecological balance; strengthening the building of the scientific and technological support capacity.
