Polyoxometalates modified with complex cations have attracted increasing attention because of the fascinating properties and the controllable *** adjusting the synthesis conditions,four new terpyridine complexes based hybrid POMs,[(TPY-H)CuCl]_(4)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2DMF·2H_(2)O(1),[(TPY-H)Cu(DMSO)(H_(2)O)]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2H_(2)O(2),[(TPY-H)_(2)Cu]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·6DMSO·8H_(2)O(3) and[(TPY-Br)CuCl(DMSO)(H_(2)O)]_(2)[(TPY-Br)CuCl]_(2)[W_(10)O_(32)]·2DMSO·4H_(2)O(4),were prepared by using‘one-pot’***-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,infrared radiation,etc.,revealed the structural composition of compounds 1—4,which indicates that synthesis conditions have a directional regulatory effect on the compounds *** oxidation catalytic reactions show 1—4 have good catalytic activities,and powder X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry analysis show 1—4 have superduper catalytic ***,4 has better catalytic activity because of the different structure of terpyridine ***,a possible mechanism of dual-site catalysis by both cations and anions is proposed.

Electrocatalytic overall water splitting(OWS),a pivotal approach in addressing the global energy crisis,aims to produce hydrogen and ***,most of the catalysts in powder form are adhesively bounding to the electrodes,resulting in catalyst detachment by bubble generation and other uncertain interference,and eventually reducing the OWS *** surmount this challenge,we synthesized a hybrid material of Co_(3)S_(4)-pyrolysis lotus fiber(labeled as Co_(3)S_(4)-p LF)textile by hydrothermal and hightemperature pyrolysis processes for electrocatalytic *** to the natural LF textile exposing the uniformly distributed functional groups(AOH,ANH_(2),etc.)to anchor Co_(3)S_(4)nanoparticles with hierarchical porous structure and outstanding hydrophily,the hybrid Co_(3)S_(4)-p LF catalyst shows low overpotentials at 10 m A cm^(-2)(η_(10,HER)=100 m Vη_(10,OER)=240 mV)alongside prolonged operational stability during electrocatalytic *** calculations reveal that the electron transfer from p LF to Co_(3)S_(4)in the hybrid Co_(3)S_(4)-p LF is beneficial to the electrocatalytic *** work will shed light on the development of nature-inspired carbon-based materials in hybrid electrocatalysts for OWS.

Proportioning is an important part of sintering,as it affects the cost of sintering and the quality of sintered *** address the problems posed by the complex raw material information and numerous constraints in the sintering process,a multi-objective optimisation model for sintering proportioning was established,which takes the proportioning cost and TFe as the optimisation ***,an improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation(IMOBWO)algorithm was proposed to solve the nonlinear,multi-constrained multi-objective optimisation *** algorithm uses the con-strained non-dominance criterion to deal with the constraint problem in the ***,the algorithm employs an opposite learning strategy and a population guidance mechanism based on angular competition and two-population competition strategy to enhance convergence and population *** actual proportioning of a steel plant indicates that the IMOBWO algorithm applied to the ore proportioning process has good convergence and obtains the uniformly distributed Pareto ***,compared with the actual proportioning scheme,the proportioning cost is reduced by 4.3361¥/t,and the TFe content in the mixture is increased by 0.0367%in the optimal compromise ***,the proposed method effectively balances the cost and total iron,facilitating the comprehensive utilisation of sintered iron ore resources while ensuring quality assurance.

RNA barcode segments for SARS-CoV-2 identification from HCoVs and SARSr-CoV-2 lineages

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the pathogen responsible for coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),continues to evolve,giving rise to more variants and global *** research has demonstrated that barcode segments can effectively and cost-efficiently identify specific species within closely related *** this study,we designed and tested RNA barcode segments based on genetic evolutionary relationships to facilitate the efficient and accurate identification of SARS-CoV-2 from extensive virus samples,including human coronaviruses(HCoVs)and SARSr-CoV-2 *** sequences sourced from NCBI and GISAID were meticulously selected and curated to construct training sets,encompassing 1733 complete genome sequences of HCoVs and SARSr-CoV-2 *** genetic-level species testing,we validated the accuracy and reliability of the barcode segments for identifying ***,75 main and subordinate species-specific barcode segments for SARS-CoV-2,located in ORF1ab,S,E,ORF7a,and N coding sequences,were intercepted and screened based on single-nucleotide polymorphism sites and weighted ***-testing,these segments exhibited high recall rates(nearly 100%),specificity(almost 30%at the nucleotide level),and precision(100%)performance on *** were eventually visualized using one and two-dimensional combined barcodes and deposited in an online database(http://***/).The successful integration of barcoding technology in SARS-CoV-2 identification provides valuable insights for future studies involving complete genome sequence polymorphism ***,this cost-effective and efficient identification approach also provides valuable reference for future research endeavors related to virus surveillance.

Most existing cellular automata(CA)models impose strict requirements on the number and spatial distribution of *** makes it a challenge to capture spatial heterogeneity in urban dynamics and meet the modeling needs of large and complex geographic *** paper presents a CA model based on geographically optimal similarity(GOS)transition rules and similarly sized neighborhoods(SSN).By comparing the similarity in geographical configuration between samples and predicted points,the model enables a comprehensive characterization of the driving mechanism behind urban expansion and its self-organizing *** helps to mitigate the impact of sample selection and assumptions about spatial stationarity on simulation *** performance of GOS-SSN-CA simulation was tested by taking the urban expansion in the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration in China as an *** results show that GOS can derive more accurate and reliable urban transition rules with fewer samples,thereby significantly reducing spatial prediction errors compared with logistic ***,SSN selects different neighborhood sizes to represent the difference between the local self-organizing range and surrounding cells,thus further improving the simulation accuracy and restricting urban expansion ***,GOS-SSN-CA effectively characterizes the geographical similarity of urban expansion,improves simulation accuracy while constraining the urban expansion form,and enhances the practical application value of CA.

A Novel Rolling and Fractional-ordered Grey System Model and Its Application for Predicting Industrial Electricity Consumption

Accurate and reasonable prediction of industrial electricity consumption is of great significance for promoting regional green transformation and optimizing the energy ***,the regional power system is complicated and uncertain,affected by multiple factors including climate,population and *** paper incorporates structure expansion,parameter optimization and rolling mechanism into a system forecasting framework,and designs a novel rolling and fractional-ordered grey system model to forecast the industrial electricity consumption,improving the accuracy of the traditional grey *** optimal fractional order is obtained by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,which enhances the model ***,the proposed model is employed to forecast and analyze the changing trend of industrial electricity consumption in Fujian *** results show that industrial electricity consumption in Fujian will maintain an upward growth and it is expected to 186.312 billion kWh in *** with other seven benchmark prediction models,the proposed grey system model performs best in terms of both simulation and prediction performance metrics,providing scientific reference for regional energy planning and electricity market operation.

The Li metal battery with ultrahigh-nickel cathode(LiNi_(x)M_(1-x)O_(2),M=Mn,Co,and x≥0.9)under high-voltage is regarded as one of the most promising approaches to fulfill the ambitious target of 400 Wh/***,the practical application is impeded by the instability of electrode/electrolyte interface and Ni-rich cathode *** we proposed an electron-defect electrolyte additive trimethyl borate(TMB)which is paired with the commercial carbonate electrolyte to construct highly conductive fluorine-and boron-rich cathode electrolyte interface(CEI)on LiNi_(0.9)Co_(0.05)Mn_(0.05)O_(2)(NCM90)surface and solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)on lithium metal *** modified CEI effectively mitigates the structural transformation from layered to disordered rock-salt phase,and consequently alleviate the dissolution of transition metal ions(TMs)and its“cross-talk”effect,while the enhanced SEI enables stable lithium plating/striping and thus demonstrated good compatibility between electrolyte and lithium metal *** a result,the common electrolyte with 1 wt%TMB enables 4.7 V NCM90/Li cell cycle stably over 100 cycles with 70%capacity *** work highlights the significance of the electron-defect boron compounds for designing desirable interfacial chemistries to achieve high performance NCM90/Li battery under high voltage operation.

Abiotic transformation of chlorinated organics at the active surface of iron-bearing minerals in soils and sediments

Chlorinated organic compounds are emerging pollutants of widespread concern because of their toxicity, bioaccumulation,persistence, and lack of adequate regulatory measures. Their abiotic transformation, facilitated by iron-bearing minerals, is critical to their natural dissipation in soils and sediments. However, further exploration is needed to understand their underlying mechanisms and potential engineering applications under different redox conditions. This paper reviews the abiotic transformation behaviors and mechanisms of chlorinated organics at the active surface of iron-bearing minerals under anoxic and oxic conditions and summarizes the strategies for enhancing the abiotic transformation efficiency of chlorinated organics. The abiotic transformation rate under oxic conditions can be a few orders of magnitude higher than that under anoxic conditions. Under anoxic conditions, chlorinated organics undergo reductive dechlorination through reductive elimination, hydrogenolysis, dehydrohalogenation, and nucleophilic substitution. A close relationship between the abiotic transformation of chlorinated organics and the production of hydroxyl radicals by iron-bearing minerals under oxic conditions was discovered. Synthetic active iron-bearing minerals, carbonaceous materials, and biological synergy can facilitate abiotic dechlorination under anoxic conditions. Meanwhile, the regulation of redox conditions, the introduction of ligands, and the utilization of coexisting anions are proposed to enhance oxidative degradation. This study is expected to improve the comprehension of the abiotic degradation of chlorinated organics mediated by iron-bearing minerals and provide the theoretical foundation for developing new approaches aimed at addressing chlorinated organic pollution.
